What can I say still great food 10/10

my order was for hot/warm food subway only rapped them in thin paper not the normal boxes so when they arrived they where stone cold horrible

Order NOT delivered. Restaurant were not interested when we called, didn’t even know who the delivery driver was. Having to go through Just Eat to get a refund. Should be interesting!

We ordered this at 10:30 and received it at 12:16 this is ridiculous

Naveen and Singh made really good salad and in a little time they presented it very well.

Perfect place, the driver forgot the dips, subway called to inform instantly and also sent their own driver just to deliver the dips. Never had this happening before.

Wrong sandwich! Then told I wouldn’t know when they could get the right one out to me! Nothing I ordered was correct! Waste of time and money

The chicken was dry and the sausage gristly

Delivery 1hr 20mins late. I ordered for delivery at 20:10 and it arrived 21:30. The update was the restaurant were still preparing

Food was good, i forgot to toast the wrap. Delivery took over an hour and on the maps it looked like they stopped at several times. Took a long way round to get here and most of the food by then was cold

All my food was cold very unhappy with delivery driver

The new Chimichurri Steak Footlong is my new fav, packed with flavour and filling

Order at 12pm. Only came at 13:45.

The delivery time kept moving back minute by minute and our food was stone cold

I ordered 3 subways. One of which was a Turkey Sub. The Turkey didnt look or smell right. It was brown in colour and had a bad smell. Clearly gone off meat. I complained to Just Eat and they told me that they weren't willing to do anything about it. I am pretty disgusted atcually. What a waste of money. And to top it off, extremely bad customer service!

Rude delivery driver. Sat in the wrong road despite having postcode and door number. Then demanded I come out and get my food. Not good service. Food was very nice 5 out of 5 for the subway team. Delivery shocking.

Love the new Chipotle Cheese Steak Sub, Its the perfect amount of heat and filling

Driver was waiting at the store for over 30 mins to collect the order.

Nice seating area outside. Good location, just outside the shopping centre and close to the High Street shops.

Dry horrible very expensive sandwich with just salad in! Not happy

They were cold, untoasted even though it was requested on options

Food was very delicious as always.

Over an hour late, was freezing cold, had to contact the restaurant on multiple occasions and was given false hope everytime, due to delivery being extremely late and the restaurant having to call just eat to verify where our driver was. Very very disappointed. Will not be using just eat ever again.

Dispite the fact Nachos were cold l, everything was excellent. The Nachos would also be improved with the use of greaseproof paper. 10/10

Your driver was on time to start with, I explained to him how to get in to the building, this was 6:30, I buzzed him in, 20 minute he arrived. Most people woukd have found the flat in 2-3 minute tops. It's about time you made sure yiur drivers know where they are going and what to do, especially with HOT FOOD. As for tge food I can't fault it, shame it was not as hot as it should have been

The tuna sub was just tuna. Nothing else

Missing items second time this has happened in a row won’t be ordering again.

delivery time kept delaying and ended us being delayed by 30 minutes (said 12:40 originally then changed until 1:15 pm) and also food was not hot or even warm.

They always forget the sauce … so annoying like what am I paying for …

The only issue I had was the Nachos need to be put on greaseproof paper not ordinary paper then they would be perfect 👌

Was delayed for over 2 hours and when I tried to cancel it said it was going to take the full amount when it wasn’t even prepared, turned up and it’s cold

was originally meant to be between 2 20pm and 2 40pm, ended up waiting another 20 minutes past that. food was good but wish it was a bit quicker

was very unhappy with just eat as they kept changing times of delivery my order finally turned up one and half hour's after ordering when it was due 40 mins after ordering

Ordered food at 2.20 arrived at 5.20 cold and soggy

One hour and forty minutes from order confirmation to delivered is not acceptable!

Took the restaurant nearly an hour to start preparing the food

It was made the same as if I was there. Highly recommend.

Food stone cold. Wasn’t toasted at all. Not impressed.

From when I ordered it took 2 hours for a sandwich and some cookies

Asked for toasted and it was cold and not toasted. Therefore the cheese was not melted.

Everything was great the only issue I have it with the Ketchup nit everyone likes it so having the option of brown sauce or no sauce would be of an ideal option choice. Still 10/10

Wedges were cold. One sub was wrong and it was half an hour late…

I put my order in at 10:35 am didn’t actually receive it till about 12:30

Delivery never showed up. Rang them up and they didn’t care.

I want to use my point for coffee but manager said me that you could not use your point because of server problem but I watched that till is proper working and manager whose name is kevan told me that it’s network problem and told me that I call security it’s not fair And also little nephew with me and I haven’t my wallet with me so my nephew upset because of your manager . I want to clarification from-subway fernchise owner

Food was great,but delivery time wasn’t, as I’m a 25 minute walk from this restaurant and they drove to mine but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver!

Food arrived in good time and as usual with Subway was still hot on delivery. Excellent as always.

Poor sandwich, barely any salads and it was dirty inside

Do not go to this Subway, go to the one that’s 5 mins away from this one. They overpriced me £9 for a foot long with only cheese and mayo. The new workers only overprice and try and take advantage of college students.The other Subway charged me £4 for the same sub I asked here. Plus the workers are not good with communication, & kept asking if I asked for cucumber or meat when I specified what I wanted already

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes for it to be delivered

Arrived within time slot, food was lovely, maybe a bit cold.

Firstly, the wait times are ridiculous!!! They are completely unreliable and constantly changing to later times, and eventually turn up late. We ended up waiting over an hour for 3 subs from when we first placed the order which is utterly unacceptable. Toasted subs were barely lukewarm and the meat was tough. Do not order from here!!

Delivery tracker said driver was in the restaurant until he was outside half an hour later than it said he would be.

Worst subway store ever the staff said there’s no internet to claim subway points.

mine was great but my bfs one was completely drenched in sauce and soaked - so the toasted bread was completely soggy, basically ruined luckily it was still somewhat edible

i ordered plain meatball marinara in italian white bread and it came in italian cheese and herb bread, i am lactose intolerant so i can not eat it , i want a full refund on my sub

We don’t know why we got charged the Bag Fee of 10 pence when there was No polybag used in delivery.

Often order salads , for lunch and really nice . This time dont know if it was because I ordered late afternoon but basically the chichen was a couple of tiny bits

Fire the driver. MY ORDER NEVER CAME. I tried contacting just eat but no call number. Pathetic. I want my money back. And please fire the driver.

Staff don't take into account that the recent menu change at subway might confuse people used to the old system that was unchanged for 20 years. Add things without asking then act confused when called up on it. Very unhelpful.

Cookies were left in the order, driver was lovely

The box of salad was placed in the bag on its end so all the salad gathered at 1 end of the box

Subway gave the cookies I specifically left a note for saying we did not want but other than that everything was fine
