Not being funny but I ordered a philly cheese steak and I got steak but none of what I want with it no cheese no mayo and a complete different sauce 😕 my hash browns were cooled 2 both subs were cold didn't feel toasted so we ended up warming them anyway not getting from ere again

I thought it would be alot of food as the picture, what I got was 1 packet of Doritos with some cheese and salsa heated very disappointed

Not their fault but delivery was late and then the wrong item d et livers- wasn’t even a subway. I won’t ever use the delivery Subway option again & am waiting for my refund.

Been coming here quite often and this one has brilliant customer service and they are very friendly and helpful I won't go to any other even when I only need to go to the opposite end of town

Usually get great service. Unfortunately, on this occasion my Steak Texicana was not toasted as requested.

Food was lovely but delivery took a long time. It seemed to be stuck on ‘preparing order’ for ages which is annoying when it’s just for a sandwich.

The food I order is meant to be toasted and warm/hot. The last 3/4 times I’ve ordered from this restaurant it’s been cold and untoasted(cheese isn’t melted) such a let down.

Honesty the be best Subway I’ve ever been to. Workers are always so friendly and welcoming, and always give out extra fillings and sauces.

I never received anything and it was marked as delivered. No one even knocked.

very good amazing posters and marketing whoever made them is really talented and cool. Service is good and the food was great especially the crinkle wedges. An owner by the name of Fabieen was very pleasant to talk with and was very nice.

my order was for hot/warm food subway only rapped them in thin paper not the normal boxes so when they arrived they where stone cold horrible

Order NOT delivered. Restaurant were not interested when we called, didn’t even know who the delivery driver was. Having to go through Just Eat to get a refund. Should be interesting!

We ordered this at 10:30 and received it at 12:16 this is ridiculous

Naveen and Singh made really good salad and in a little time they presented it very well.

Perfect place, the driver forgot the dips, subway called to inform instantly and also sent their own driver just to deliver the dips. Never had this happening before.

Wrong sandwich! Then told I wouldn’t know when they could get the right one out to me! Nothing I ordered was correct! Waste of time and money

Delivery 1hr 20mins late. I ordered for delivery at 20:10 and it arrived 21:30. The update was the restaurant were still preparing

Food was good, i forgot to toast the wrap. Delivery took over an hour and on the maps it looked like they stopped at several times. Took a long way round to get here and most of the food by then was cold

The delivery time kept moving back minute by minute and our food was stone cold

I ordered 3 subways. One of which was a Turkey Sub. The Turkey didnt look or smell right. It was brown in colour and had a bad smell. Clearly gone off meat. I complained to Just Eat and they told me that they weren't willing to do anything about it. I am pretty disgusted atcually. What a waste of money. And to top it off, extremely bad customer service!

Rude delivery driver. Sat in the wrong road despite having postcode and door number. Then demanded I come out and get my food. Not good service. Food was very nice 5 out of 5 for the subway team. Delivery shocking.

Nice seating area outside. Good location, just outside the shopping centre and close to the High Street shops.

Over an hour late, was freezing cold, had to contact the restaurant on multiple occasions and was given false hope everytime, due to delivery being extremely late and the restaurant having to call just eat to verify where our driver was. Very very disappointed. Will not be using just eat ever again.

Dispite the fact Nachos were cold l, everything was excellent. The Nachos would also be improved with the use of greaseproof paper. 10/10

Your driver was on time to start with, I explained to him how to get in to the building, this was 6:30, I buzzed him in, 20 minute he arrived. Most people woukd have found the flat in 2-3 minute tops. It's about time you made sure yiur drivers know where they are going and what to do, especially with HOT FOOD. As for tge food I can't fault it, shame it was not as hot as it should have been

The tuna sub was just tuna. Nothing else

delivery time kept delaying and ended us being delayed by 30 minutes (said 12:40 originally then changed until 1:15 pm) and also food was not hot or even warm.

They always forget the sauce … so annoying like what am I paying for …

The only issue I had was the Nachos need to be put on greaseproof paper not ordinary paper then they would be perfect 👌

Was delayed for over 2 hours and when I tried to cancel it said it was going to take the full amount when it wasn’t even prepared, turned up and it’s cold

Asked for toasted and it was cold and not toasted. Therefore the cheese was not melted.

Everything was great the only issue I have it with the Ketchup nit everyone likes it so having the option of brown sauce or no sauce would be of an ideal option choice. Still 10/10

I put my order in at 10:35 am didn’t actually receive it till about 12:30

Delivery never showed up. Rang them up and they didn’t care.

I want to use my point for coffee but manager said me that you could not use your point because of server problem but I watched that till is proper working and manager whose name is kevan told me that it’s network problem and told me that I call security it’s not fair And also little nephew with me and I haven’t my wallet with me so my nephew upset because of your manager . I want to clarification from-subway fernchise owner

Food was great,but delivery time wasn’t, as I’m a 25 minute walk from this restaurant and they drove to mine but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver!

Food arrived in good time and as usual with Subway was still hot on delivery. Excellent as always.
