Subway in North Ayrshire

Went to subway about 10 minutes ago, and usually with this day and age no one actually speaks to you. The young guy behind the counter was so friendly, asked what I was up to today, asked about my dog and seemed like such a nice guy. So refreshing to actually have someone engage in conversation with you these days!

I never leave reviews but the service in this place is a joke. Always under staffed, orders always wrong. Surprised it’s still going to be honest

Just cancelled my new order an 10 mins after accepting it.

Quick delivery and was lovely only complaint is wrong juice was sent

wasn't toasted but if it was it was left so long it got cold and soggy

Driver asked for code and wouldn’t hand over order. I didn’t have a code never needed one??

It was stone cold, despite asking for it toasted. Had to heat in the oven

waited an hour and a half! food came soggy and one sub was the wrong bread. just eat driver was also lost which delayed the delivery even longer. not a great experience

Ordered at 11:10am for a 12:30pm delivery! Arrived at 12:45pm and was stone cold! Crisps were also stale as if they had been opened or had been sitting a while, only good thing was the cookie!

apart from fact the subs have been halved lengthwise still tasty

Love this usually but the delivery service is shocking. Missed out every extra I added to my sub.

Order easy early, great food as always

Paid for meal deals and didn’t receive anything but the subs, there is no cheese in the veggi delight, the bread is wrong and NOT toasted and the amount of sauce is just rediculous and has made the entire thing too soggy to even eat!!

Sub way pepperoni and ham no sauce or salad absolutely rotten

food arrived on time but it was cold. the bread was soggy. there were items missing from the subs. easily the worst order I've had from Subway.

subways we're soaked in sauce and some veg was missing. overall a very soggy and disappointing experience

I did not receive the dipping sauce for either the churro or cheese and chorizo wrap I am disappointed as this is first time trying both of these items

delivery was spot on time couldn't fault it. ordered 2 subs, things missing from one and the other the breast chicken was still frozen and half the sub had salad missing. cheese bits cold. not great unfortunately

Absolute joke subway wasnt even cut properly asked for no ham they stuck ham in in freezing cold

They forgot part of my order and again the most recent time I ordered yet I was not given a refund for my missed items. Not the best quality either.

Order our food at 1605 and had time delivery of between 15-30 minutes. This kept getting updated and food was not delivered until 17.52. Not only was this disappointing the food was also cold.

12 all chicken sub had things missing from it ie cheese cucumber and12 chicken strip sub had cucumber no crispy onions and other things not asked to be put in. More care should be taken in preparing order

Came in near closing time to be greeted by an energetic red haired boy who was an excellent help choosing out what i should order as i have never really ventured into subway before, you could really tell he knew the menu. the customer service was delightful along with a mouth watering sandwich and cookies.

for being delivered early food was cold even though it was toasted looked as if it was thrown together. Big lumps of lettuce and missing veg in order. everything seems to be going down hill since that other manager took over. quality is shocking

Ordered at 4 received at quarter past 6 freezing think it's been sitting in shop waiting for hours absolutely barking wouldn't feed it to the homeless

Not what we asked for asked for something that was gluten free and they gave us something that was non gluten free.

Food hot. Generous portions.Well packaged. Quick delivery & pleasant driver.

food was look warm even though it was delivered early no cheese on the subs very poorly made missing some salad aswell

wish fries were delivered hotter being cooked then delivered straight away the other foods are ok.

Food was all wrong, bread was soggy and they forgot to put half the stuff in the bag, only good thing we received was our bottled drinks, probably because they aren’t made in there.

Time kept changing to later and later and no cheese on one of the subs

20 minutes past collection time and order was missing items, so took longer waiting for them and the other stuff got cold. I and one other person were the only orders so it wasn't as if it was busy.

Didn't even arrive and was marked delivered, the phone doesn't ring. What a joke

I ordered my subway and it said delivered and I haven’t received my order I want a full refund delivery charge also tryed to phone the no dosent exist this is shocking very angry customer

Was in this subway around 7ish and was greeted by 2 teenagers. Unfortunately there was issues revolving stock and they were very understanding and helpful about this, going as far as to offer substitutes. Service was excellent and very friendly, will definitely be back.

Shocking service from the red hair boy moaned constantly when making order and swearing infront of children. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Food wasn’t nice cheese tasted very weird , it ruined the meal so couldn’t eat it .

The website stated the store was open until 9pm, we arrived at just bedore 8pm. There were 3 people in front of us, so I guess the young boys “in charge” had been busy. However that did not excuse their bickering, constant talking to each other and lack of customer engagement. Going by the looks the customer in front of us was making, we weren’t the only ones who were less than impressed with the unprofessionalism of the two servers. I get that when it comes to closing time it’s best to run as many ingredients down as possible but there was very little variety by way of bread, the toppings were fairly depleted, as were the sauces. When we finally managed to place a complete order ie one they could supply, they set about preparing our subs. Mine was first, and all was going well until the salad was applied…….most of my lettuce was within the wrapping but not the sandwich. My husband asked for a toasted sandwich, which they began prepping, placed it in the oven for a short while then wrapped it haphazardly and handed it to him. Not once was he asked if he wanted salad or veg on it. It was just flung on some paper and rolled up and handed to him. My sandwich was slightly better other than the top of the sub was torn along the top and hardly any veg made it inside the sandwich! I think these young workers require some extra training in customer service, and back to basics training in reference to actually making up the sandwich. The red headed boy especially! Quite rude and had no interest in providing good customer service.

As a part of my order i ordered a bottle of normal coca cola 500ml.....what did i get....you guessed it diet coca cola 500ml....can't tell the difference ?

This is the worst footlong sub I have ever had from subway it had 2 slices of meat no cheese toasted too much veg and a slither of sauceI payed 24 pounds for 2 meal deals which wasn't worth half of that I usually can only manage half and eat the rest later I ate the lot and was still hungry shame on you subway I could have bought a really good meal for.y son and I from a Chinese or Indian would've a response to this post please

I ordered Dr pepper and got oasis. also got the wrong crisps and cookies. it wasn't the right bread asked for hearty italian and got italian on both subs. food was cold when arrived not happy at all. This subway used to be good but gone down hill now. Even In the subway the cleanliness is just not there. very disappointed.

The food was very late and when arrived none of the correct ingredients (plus no cheese) on subway sandwich plus it wasn’t toasted. Won’t be using this branch again. Please arrange a refund kind regards David

Got givin the wrong order ordered a footlong and cookies and got delivered two footlongs how can someone mess this up !

Salads are absolutely delicious, my husband was delighted with the fact that he got warm hash browns. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery time was great. Food was ok but had items on it I did not request and missing things I did ask for.

Not for the first time I have ordered from here and been missing and item. This time it was 3 bottles of juice. But tonight also I ordered tortillas and cheese. When they arrived the box was squashed and the tortillas were a mess inside the box. Unfortunately I felt this was no good enough. I do not make a habit of complaining but in this case I could not let it go without comment.

I understand it’s busy but should say or call to say no certain products that’s been ordered a waste of time, fuel and double journey after items and replaced with product that a person is allergic too rest of order fine but

Very unhappy with my order I ordered nachos with cheese and salsa and was sent a small pot of cheesy Doritos and payed £3.69 wouldn’t let me phone and it was part of my tea so annoyed

I ordered at 09:40, was told it would be here for 10:20-10:40. It arrived at 11:30, with not even a courtesy call to explain. Also no contact number would work to find out why my order was late. So I had to order from another store so I now have paid for 2 of the same meals. Shocking service

I only received 1 item out of 3 and the one I received was cold and soggy...I had to put in the bin as I couldn't eat it, total waste of money

Big bombay was great but the plain ham sub that i ordered had cheese on it and was toasted unfortunately. This meant my son couldn't eat it.

Was rather upset waited an hour and odds and then get delivered the wrong sub I asked for turkey and got chicken of witch I don't like 😡😡

Time kept changing for delivery ended up over an hour later than original time. Then order was short tried to call subway no answer so not happy

I would not use any other subway. Always get great portion sizes

Everyone was very disappointed. Nowhere near as nice as when we get it from the other Irvine Subway. Looked like it had been chucked together and wrong bread was used for some. Sauce missing on one as well. No boxes so everything colder than normal. Wont order from here again!

Driver read instructions and arrived promptly. Always appreciated. Food is subway, tasted like subway, subway/subway.
