Subway in Sheffield

Subpar experience at Subway due to a rude owner and the absurd policy of not accepting Subway points. Disappointing overall. Walked straight out. Avoid!!!!

The subway and garlic slice I ordered was not at all made properly. It felt like they made it for the sake of making it. Workers not so friendly and helpful. Have had very nice experiences in other subway outlets but this one never had one good experience after having been there 2-3 times. Won’t recommend this branch.

The subs were amazing, the best things is that all the items are halal in this store which allows Muslims to try out all the options available on the menu. I tried their chicken tikka and the mega meat... I'd say that the chicken tikka was a lot better than the mega meat. The staff was friendly, good customer service and food was fresh. Definitely recommend. If you are looking to park as parking can be a problem - just park at ALDI nextdoor. The parking there is free for 1.5 hours and you don't need to make a purchase or enter your registration in the store.

Really really rude staff. Such foul language I seriously don’t know how they’re working for a famous worldwide chain of subway. Employees took points from my sub card and then lied saying I had no points left, expecting me to pay for my second sub. I was using my points to get the homeless man outside the store a free meal. But they found it weird and did something to my account. The staff were named Ali and Kami. However one of the store members called Justin tried to help me out and solve the problem, but the other 2 employees were shouting at him telling him not to serve us (me and the homeless man outside. Obviously I don’t care about a free meal but I felt awful for the man who needed food as he was already embarrassed enough, asking for help.

This is the third time I order from here via Uber Eats and every time they’ve messed up the order and missed some things I ordered. Tried calling back several times to understand why and nobody answers, really irritating!

Good staff for the most part, but had a guy recently get annoyed with me and raise his voice for ordering a wrap instead of a 6inch sub - they're clearly on the menu - with an attitude like I offended him. If the restaurant had been full of people and this incident happened, I would have been mortified. I'm sorry if I made their life harder but at the end of the day I'm paying fully without issue so I didn't understand the convection behind it.

I've ordered from this subway through deliveroo 3 times and each time I'm disappointed. They're always missing what I've ordered. Don't waste your money

It's a subway. It's fine. But it would be nice if the staff wore masks... Since, you know. It's the law again.

I just ordered a sub from this place to honest I so unhappy. It is a plant patty footlong, I hardly felt any veggies inside as I selected so many. Many other instructions like chilli flakes n sea salt missing. I have worked in subway and truly aware how the sub should be according to the respective order.

All I have to say is that the guy that was serving me had a lot of patience with me and I am appreciative of that. But in the end, I felt like he was getting annoyed, which honestly, I would too, so I can't mark them down for that. But for the most part, customer service was good and he was friendly and patient.

Ordered a meatball marinara salad and it was quite tasty, with all ingredients being fresh. It's great to have a healthier alternative to the usual sandwiches and also an option for people who have a gluten intolerance, such as myself. Service was very good also.

Very polite and friendly staff. Good offers. If it is Subway day, I prefer this Subway cafe.

During a 4 week course at St. Mary's, this Subway provided my lunch every other day. The food was consistently amazing and the fact you can choose what goes in your sub was very good for a vegetarian like myself. There was always brilliant service, particularly regarding that I never order a menu item. Overall this Subway is very good and deserves 5 stars.

Same as other subways always a quick service and nice food. Only four stars due to cleanliness, the tables and floors needed a clean and the person who served me was clearly a new starter.

Manager here is very helpful. Polite staff and a great dining area. This subway is halal also.

Extremely disappointed to see there were no trays because they keep getting broken and stolen. Rather than replacing they just took it away and you r provided with a napkin with sandwich to eat in. Never dine in such an uncivilised way.

Cold Today Subway .wow! grilled COLD steak n cheese ,just had to eat it ,left nasty aftertase ,in fact staff and room are warmer .did phone up an tell`em , "will being it up with the manager" and hung up
