Placed order through app deep pan Texan bbq,cheesy garlic bread @15.20 arrival by 16.09 ok,that passed @16.50 arrived by just eat delay on receipt & no apology for lateness opened up pizza not hot & different cheesy garlic bread most disappointed with service

Disgusting customer service. Used to go all the time until they changed hands and all the staff had been changed. Now they're disgusting. I've had the following happen: wrong orders, wrong toppings, missing pizzas, missing sides, and just entire missing orders. Going in to see where your stuff is doesn't help either, since they just fob you off. They even told me once to "piss off and stop phoning" when trying to get an update. They just left the phone ringing beforehand, along with them then having the phone off the hook. Went in to see where my order was and the phone was constantly ringing with the staff working as slow as possible. Complained and all had office said is "we'll look into it" and gave me a 10 quid voucher... At least the support was better than the actual staff working in the shop. Appalled. I'd recommend you not order for delivery if your want your order or want a correct order.

Ordered pizza which took over an hour to come. Food came wrong. Rang and the person I spoke to couldn't understand anything I was saying. Finally was passed on to someone who had basic English. They then asked what do we want them to do so we said can we have the correct stuff we ordered. Then continued to wait another 45 minutes and the wrong pizza and sides came again. After being messed about for so long we gave up in the end. We will never order from here again. It use to be ok and never had a problem but think its been taken over by new people. Don't ever order from here.

Has to be the worst pizza ever. Burnt and 2 slices of mushrooms on a large pizza. Didn't realise we had a mushroom shortage. The staff couldn't understand a word I was saying when ordering. Surprised I even got a pizza

Pizza hut are currently running a false advertisement about when you download the app you get a free large pizza if you spend £15 the app removes the pizza order at the end but adds the voucher so they are aware you are trying to get the free pizza after spending £15 but don't give it you. When called they want you to speak to an online service that takes 48 to reply but the website states you should contact the pizza hut you ordered from. The manager can't decide if she is the manager or not saying she spoke to the manager then claiming she is the manager. The prices at pizza hut are already incredibly high and if the coupon is added it's clear there should be a pizza on this order.

It wasn't in so atmosphere isn't really valid. Food was lovely and a greet offer and service was fine, a little slower than expected and nearly forgot something but was apologetic and it was collected so wasn't much of an issue but staff were nice.

Absolutely disgusting. Wrong pizzas third time in a row, food was cold and late coming. The cookie was burnt. They have lost my custom

What can you say about what can only be described as a big hot cheese sandwich that costs £20+

The order was supposed to arrive for 18.30-18.45. Actually arrived 21.05. Cold pizza wrong pizza missing items. Told driver didn't want the order, but he refused to take it away. Also impossible to get in touch with. Obviously ignoring the phone.

Terrible! Ordered for delivery ASAP at 6.50pm by 8.50pm still no pizza. Called 5 times but no answer, then just rang off. The tracking app then just changed to 'pizza delivered' when it hadn't been. No refund on my £25!! Would never use them again - shocking customer service!

05/10/24 ordered 2 large pizzas which have never turned up and app says delivered 2 hours after ordered. They won't answer phone so now £25 down and very hungry. Absolutely crap. Do not order from here or you will be disappointed.

Seems to be a standard now that this restaurant delivers 30 minutes + late and food luke warm. Seems the app is happy to take constant orders giving a standard tat but the restaurant can’t handle the orders 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very slow delivery. Waited over an hour. Tried to phone to get an update, it just kept ringing and ringing until the line cut off. Tried to phone them 4 times and the same thing happens over and over again. Edit: eventually turned up after 1hr20, delivery driver didn't even say sorry for taking so long.

Like to go to collect on Tuesday or Wednesday when the two old men are working. There like the Chuckle Brothers. It's always good to see them and put the world to rights. Great food and service.

Been going to this place for 25 years, always been the best pizza, don’t understand the poor reviews, but as I live outside the delivery radius I have always collected so can’t speak for the delivery side.

So we pre ordered few hours early £100 worth of pizzas, sides etc, was 9 pizzas and 6 sides, on arrival they gave up 4 pizzas and 4 sides and said thank you we said that’s not even half of what we ordered then 2 staff looked at reseat said ahh yeah then spent 20 minutes more making them while the other pizzas went cold, once we had got the pizzas the man said sorry we can’t see screen in back (not sure what this means) then at home they got 2 pizzas wrong and forgot one side, rang up shop saying we are missing one side and 2 pizzas are wrong they apologised and said they would deliver the remaining things they delivered fast to be fair within 40 mins (we live in Stocksbridge so not bad) the man at the door who delivered said why didn’t you say at the shop loudly across house at me in front of family (it was a 21st birthday celebration) so overall not brilliant

they waited three hours after i ordered to cancel my online delivery order. cheers.

Awful restaurant. Have ordered a few times and just now they missed some items off my order. Pizza is always luke warm and of poor quality considering the price. Never answer the phone when you need to contact them. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered at delivery and on my order was a margarita and then a 4 topping one. It was delivered and I had got a 4 toppings one and a veggi supreme which no good to either of us as we are allergic to peppers. The ; topping one had burnt ash around the pizza a was really not nice. I tried ring and no one answered and I tried to look on the website and it was not open for deliveries. So I can not complain to anybody. I will not be ordering again as it was money thrown away because they were uneatable.

Ordered a pizza in off peak time. Still hasn’t arrived an hour later. Don’t pay attention to the app it means nothing and worse if all 5 phone calls later and they can’t even be bothered to pick the phone up !! This place used to be good but no longer !!

Never know anything like it, put an order in online, it says shop is closed, telephone the shop its open, the guy says he's no drivers, OK I'll come and collect it then, he says OK, goes back online to finish my order, won't let me collect it now, rings shop a again, knowone is answering the phone, what a absolute joke, pizza hut, absolutely rubbish.

Reviewing the service only, the pizza was very nice. They wouldn’t deliver to our office that is 2.8miles away from the store. Told me their drivers weren’t insured for that distance… after I’d already paid! Obviously going to have to order from Dominos next time.

Best Pizza Hut in the UK, hands down! The portions are so generous and the amount of toppings on the pizzas beats any other chain. Plus, they have the friendliest delivery driver ever - so glad we found this location, as it's become our new family favourite!

Order an hour and a half late, resulting in having to drive down to pick up . As a add on to this, today I rang up to use the credit note that was given to us from the top issue. They have no record of this resulting in me been lied to the first time and having to pay again. Staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing someone from head office needs to step in and get some training involved. Absolute joke of a place

Asked for delivery was told they don’t cover Grenoside advised the person on the phone that there website says they do cover the Grenoside area to be then told we only cover half of it 🤷‍♂️😳. Enquired about any deals was told no deals. Told them there were deals on the website. Accepted the deal. Absolutely clueless.

First time ordering, order came late. then the order was wrong not correct pop and no sauce. then found TWO hairs one in the fiery nachos and one on the pizza. really bad service. wouldn't use again. I would have chosen zero stars but wouldn't let me.

30 minutes late for the 2nd time, not answering phone when call, pizza arrived both times cold with wrong base??? Stopped using due to this month's ago and will never be using again.

Told a 10 minute wait and was there nearly 30 minutes. 1 bloke tried to tell the manager my food was ready but he was on the phone and didnt want to know so it was put on the side. I then had to prompt to him that it was mine as i was losing my patience. He then tried to get us to pay again. YOU PAY WHEN YOU ORDER, incompetent manager and staff didnt seem to know what they where doing either, maybe thats lack of training so you cant blame them, not even an apology for the length of time taken. There is Dominoes around the corner as well as many other little takeaways, carry on like this and youll soon be looking for other jobs. Sorry if it sounds harsh but thats the way it was

Poor service . Got told on Saturday night at 9pm that it would take 2 hours to deliver a pizza!!!!! Sorry no stars you know your business times , you put staff accordingly . Dominoes here we come !!!!!!!
