Worst customer service and worst behaviour from the employees (SPECIFICALLY FROM HASAN AND SOME GIRL WHO WASNT WEARING THE NAME TAG NOR DID SHE TOLD ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED HER AT 13:40 ON07/03/2024) of Subway of specifically this branch of Subway (Holloway road near London metropolitan University) . Being a Subway fan this is the first time I have experienced the worst kind of customer service from particularly this branch . I took 3.99 saver meal and as the hoarding doesn't says only two veggies allowed not the employees explain us I asked if I can get any other veggies instead of tomato so instead of explaining that meal doesn't include it he got rude and said that " From the next time don't ask for anything" . I replied that you should inform customers about the meal to which a girl jumped in and shown finger to me and got very rude with high voice and started fighting with me . Unfortunately there are no managers or responsible person to handle the rudeness of employees. I asked her name so she said that go complaint I don't care . Disgusting behaviour subway . Just imagine you go to eat food after a tiring day and you get this behaviour. Wat a shame.

Cashier (Hassan) refused to honour the subway listens free cookie policy stating "you get nothing got free and have to pay" was also very stingy with the quantities of salad and sauce. Was overall quite rude and hostile but made me pay in advance so I have no choice but to just stomach it as if I hadn't already paid I'd probably have walked out.

I tried to use a voucher to be told that this particular store wasn't participating in the promotion and to check online which stores are. After I left the store I checked online and saw that this store is on the list offering the promotion! Staff should check before they give wrong information to customers.

I loved every second as I walked in I felt a fresh relief of gulit. I knew if KFC found out I wouldn't live to see the night but I couldn't help my self. The sticky chicken was like an angle in my mouth and the sweet Chile source stroked my mouth. KFC couldn't ever do something like that and here I am KFC found out and now I'm in the cage of struggle but was it worth it yes all the time a billion times yes.

Wouldn’t recommend. Customer service is very poor due to the staff being undertrained. There is no manager if any issues come up and the company in general doesn’t really care. My points didn’t go trough and I tried to tell the staff but due to a language barrier I got to nowhere. I then emailed them to let them know and then said they couldn’t do anything and that I should speak to a manager ( which I’d never there)

Poor customer service, we had bad experience in this particular branch on two separate occasions. The fist one was related to a new sub that was released, where no salad was offered. Apparently, it was not meant to be sold with any lettuce or tomatoe etc. which I understand but we weren't even told about it at first place, and we were not offered to pay extra if we wanted the salad. We asked if we can add a bit of salad and pay extra but the very "friendly" supervisor refused. At the end we were charged even more than what we were supposed to pay - a sub and a drink with a cookie we were charged separately instead of a meal deal. They admitted they made a mistake, didn't offer a refund on the extra they charged and didn't even apologise. What a customer service they've got! The second occasion was today, when they didn't want to take a promotional voucher we were given the same day. It was very frustrating. They didn't explain why, ignored us and moved onto the next customer. Subway is not this in general, I have friends who work in Subway, but this particular brach has some serious customer service issues that need addressing

Execrable services. They supposed to manage bookings in London, but they are certenly don’t know what are they doing. I’ll let here some pictures with one of their property. The property description on booking not matching reality. They don’t take any responsibility for anything.

Don’t expect to sit down at an unreserved table early in the evening to enjoy time in this place! Was sitting with friends about to order meals when they put a reserved sign on the table & asked us to vacate in 30 mins! A busy pub yes, but no respect for walk in customers. Go somewhere else!
