Amazing service my daughter has gluten allergens. The way they looked after her. offed to take the produce from out the back so no contact with any other food was great and not made to feel awkward about it x

Really nice sandwich with my father after a continuous run of train cancellations, so a welcome break from our stress. I got the Ham build your own which was delicious. The staff were very kind and nice, and were really good staff. After eating I filled out their Subway Survey and got a free cookie which was delicious! Great experience.

Ordered a six-inch and a footlong via a delivery app. When the order arrived, two six-inch subs had been delivered but I'd still been charged for a footlong. Impossible to get through to the store on the phone and Just Eat refused a refund. Contacted Subway customer services via e-mail a week ago and still haven't had a response. As for the food, both subs were very poorly assembled with unevenly sliced bread which was disintegrating at the bottom due to the amount of sauce used. Can't say I'd patronise Subway or Just Eat again as they're taking money for goods not provided, and those that are are sub-standard.

Please be aware you will be charged extra if you ask for any more sauce on your subway than is deemed standard. Continually run out of ingredients.

Just wanted to recognise a member of staff at this Subway who I believe is named Julie. I've visited here a number of times and from what I can tell Julie is the backbone of this restaurant ! She clearly loves her job and always has a smile on her face. Unfortunately her colleagues include a lad with long greasy hair who can be seen eating in the back and coming back out chewing (gross) and a short afro haired lady with the personality of a piece of paper and permanent look of misery on her face. Julie is a breath of fresh air, someone give this woman a promotion !!

Ordered on the app in advance for collection. When we arrived, our order wasn't ready and was blamed on the fact that their orders don't always come through in bad weather! I could accept this if it was a monsoon or hurricane but it was only drizzling slightly and it's not the first time this location has claimed not to have received an order made on the app. Our subs were made there and then which defeats the object of ordering on the app. The subs were adequate at best - falling apart as they were picked up and the hash browns were cold and dry as dust. Definitely not worth the money. I enjoy a Subway but will be avoiding this branch in future.

Ordered food for delivery, food was delivered but burnt beyond belief. I can't believe anyone would send out food that bad... Contacted store, Assistant Manager was not prepared to do anything, would not give his full name, was unable to give me the full name of his Manager or any complaints email/phone numbers. I was told they could not resend my food and I would have to chase Just Eat. He also dropped his co-worker in it by telling me he isn't very good and often gets complaints. With friends like that who needs enemies?? To top it off he then hung up.....

Popped in for lunch ...3 ladies serving all doing just eat orders. I'm patient but not one said sorry for the wait , we were totally ignored whilst they chatted between themselves. I believe the older blonde haired lady is some form of team leader. Well I suggest you and your 2 other staff one blonde lady and a brown haired lady go on a costumer satisfaction course because you let the name subway down.

I ordered a meatless meatball sub, what I was given was clearly a real meat meatball sub. As I know the difference I have had the meatless many times, what I was given was foul and left me feeling physically sick. I will never get food from there again.

So my partner and I order form here quite regularly purely because it’s the closet place to our house for a salad (I calorie count so it’s the best filling low calorie option). I don’t know why we keep ordering though, every single time there is something wrong. I don’t normally leave reviews or complain but it’s getting ridiculous. Ordered today on the Uber eats app, one salad box and one foot long meal deal. I ordered myself a Pepsi Max cherry as well. Order comes and not only am I missing the Pepsi Max cherry bottle but my salad looks like it’s missing half the ingredients. It was half empty and I like everything bar olives in my salad so it’s usually pretty full looking. Just so so disappointed. Not going to order for a long while because there’s always something wrong! Such a shame. Rated it 2 starts purely because the food always tastes nice, nothing wrong with the taste etc. Jsut how it’s put together and bagged up wrong.

2 ladies working this evening, Tuesday 23/2/2021. The one lady not the girl with dark hair but the other lady that served us tonight was very rude no smile & it seemed she couldn’t wait to get rid of us, her customers service was vile :( & we use this subway often, not no more.

I ordered last night using the just eat app and our order came wrong. No cheese on any of the sandwiches (some of us being vegitarian that was important) and missing cookies that we had paid for. When we called to complain the employee on at the time (19:00, 3/7/2020) told us to hurry up when looking for the order number, said we called the wrong store and they didn't have our order logged, then hung up on us. We reported this to just eat and got credit for our meals back. Today we called subway again (12:40) to report that employee and had the pleasure of dealing with moe, who apologised and even hand delivered us some food. Before speaking with moe we had no intention of using cardiff road subway again, but now we absolutely will. Thanks again moe, you're the man! I hope your employers recognise your amazing customer service.

Plenty of parking on the Saturday we stopped here. Not too crazy busy like some others. Friendly staff and quick with the food creations. My wife loved her salad and I tried the new pepperoni pizza sub with suggested toppings. Was brill. Well worth a go if you like a spicy lunch. Spicy spicy (say it with an old Italian accent). Would recommend.

Small number of parking spaces out the front of this Subway. Great selection of lunch time foods. Coffee was lovely. Staff are friendly and efficient. Like the fresh ingredients being on show in the fridge. Would recommend.

Had a meal with family here and it was delicious but unfortunately the bill came to £33 for two plates of chips, a sausage in batter, cod and two drinks. Very overpriced imo because yes each chicken nugget also costs 90 pence. For a frame of reference, you can get a pack of 38 in asda for £3. That means that would cost £34.20 in Vacara's!

Food was late and cold I assume it would be lovely if served straight away not quite the same warmed up again in the microwave seafood dish aswell disappointed after such a long wait 45mins past delivery no contact via telephone only from the app and when I called them I was told they driver left ages ago didn't come for a further 15 mins after that conversation
