Bread was soggy, too much sauce

Didn’t even deliver to me delivered to someone else

Don’t usually leave reviews but that was the best subway salad I’ve ever had.Well done Roman road won’t be using anywhere else in future.*****Five stars*****

ordered 2 foot long meal deals, delivery time changed 4 times ended up waiting over an hour for sandwiches. when food arrived our garlic bread was stone cold and hard and the chicken bites were freezing

Driver didn’t understand English so he couldn’t find my address kept going round the neighbourhood my food arrived cold

very stingy on the salad filling. if im going to be spending £17 quid for a sandwich meal deal I expect more than two pieces of peppers and 3 slices of onion

No cheese in either wrap and southwest sauce on both when one should of been teriyaki

Terrible , took forever was not toasted and I did include that in the options and then sent me the wrong cookies!

Ordered a bmt, missing one of the meats and barley any salad in my sandwich. Asked for it toasted and it isnt even toasted. Will not be ordering again!

Items missing and no way to speak to shop or delivery driver won’t be using again

The delivery was on time but only because the restaurant kept pushing the estimated time of delivery back by five minutes. The wrong fries order was sent and the box of 12 mixed cookies turned out to be all double chocolate.

He got here in time then wouldn't hand our food over for 13 minute's because we didn't have a code x we showed him all of the delivery details but he still wouldn't give us the food x in the end I had to tell him to just take the order number but he wasn't happy x

Waffle fries didn’t taste right and very little in box and soggy

No cheese cake cookies left in stock slightly disappointing but they made up for it by sending a chocolate and another cookie. thank you

Ordered a takeout today, went in store at 13:30, shop was empty and surprisingly no staff behind the counter for at least 5 minutes so I waited and kept saying hello, eventually a young girl comes out and takes the order, no customer service skills, very blunt and no smiles or friendliness, speaks very rudely, makes the order but is very stingy with sandwich filling and salad toppings. Took sandwich home to eat, bread was stale as well as the filling and salad tasted very old and not fresh whatsoever. No wonder subway is going downhill. Horrific staff and horrendous food!

We got lovely subways from here today- good portions, delicious! We had a slight problem with the delivery due to Uber eats. A lady from the restaurant phoned us, sorted it quickly and reimbursed us. Perfect subs- excellent customer service!

Food was missing foot long sandwich

The guy who delivered my order was very very nice and food arrived hot and fresh.

The Food Was absoutley amazing, the order was quite late but at no fault of subway, but just eat. But subway were still more than apologetic for this and made it up to us despite having to. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Ordered off Uber, have no way to customize a sandwich and then when you try and ring up the business with their listed number literally just to ask for no sauce no one decides to answer after several calls, and first of all who puts tomato ketchup on tuna absolutely shocking

The food and drink was packaged together, so when arrived the food was freezing. Makes no sense to package it together should be separate.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. The store is supposed to be open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:35 PM to place an order, the employee informed me that they were no longer taking orders because they needed to clean up. This is unacceptable. If the advertised closing time is 10 PM, customers should be able to place orders until then. It is frustrating and misleading to show up expecting service only to be turned away. Subway needs to ensure their employees adhere to the posted hours of operation.

Order placed for delivery however wasn’t showing that it’s being prepared even though the store is down the road.. 2 hours later went to the store to pick the ‘delivery’

I got no food at all! It hasn’t been delivered and said it was for me to find it 2 doors down 10 mins later on someone’s else’s window sill stone cold!!!!!!!

Sandwich was cold, and poorly wrapped, Bread was all squashed. Some of the salad did not taste fresh i.e tomatoes Salad was satisfactory but again some of the salad did not taste fresh ie tomatoes. Wasnt happy with the quality at all, sadly.

Stale rock hard bread, no cheese and basically thrown together with no card whatsoever. Also send me nachos when I only ordered a bag of crisps! So I clearly got someone else’s order. Not great.

Ordered x2 sandwiches, both were seemingly made by poorly trained chimps as the bread looked as though it'd been cut open with a small spoon and the contents of the subs were then simply thrown in....our .first subway in 4 years and if that's their idea of quality it'll be our last ever.

My meatball ft long came with all the fillings practically falling out for the first time normally this isn't the case slightly disappointed as everything else was ok

Order was late kept changing the arrival time then when the subway eventually came I'd ordered 2 meals one with wedges and one with nachos the nachos didn't come and the wedges were under cooked still hard potatoes

Breakfast items were a huge let down, the hash browns were too dry and the egg was slimey, no cheese on my sub and ordered 3 cookies which haven’t been sent. Such a shame as this place use to be lovely. How does an item always arrive missing when I order from here ? I only order a few items at a time. Big up the the worker though as was very polite and kind x

The sandwich that I didn’t order was put in instead of the one I did. So they put in a hot sandwich with a chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich and now the turkey and chicken is just to stay warm and no longer safe to eat. Never going back to Roman Road again.

Food was really disappointing..bread crumbled in my hand like it was stood there for 100 years .service was slow .salad poor... really tight on sause..and will definitely not be going back..

Great delivery time but absolutely abysmal sandwich making. Paid for a footlong and didn’t even get meat in half of the sandwich. Not like it’s coming out of your wages! Never again ordering from here and will spread the word.

Terrible. Hardly any filling. Covered in wet mayo on everything. All sloppy. Hardly any chicken at all. Totally disgusted. Avoid at all costs.

I got given the wrong drinks I ordered a Gatorade and a fruit shoot I’ve been given 2 robinsons juice bottles. I ordered the cheese Doritos nachos with the salsa and cheese ontop of them and quavers with the other meal and I have been given just a packet of cheese Doritos and a packet P.M. of plain Doritos and no quavers. I also asked for no peppers on the foot long sandwich and it has peppers on it.

Wrong drink and chicken but other than that the food was fine.

I usually order from here and it is great but this time the order wasn’t up to par. One sandwich I ordered extra cheese and it hardly came with any cheese on and the sauce was the same. The other sandwich also had olives in which I didn’t order. Other items came wrong but I can understand they might have been out of stock. Was just disappointed as I love ordering from this store.

Paid for a meal deal but did not receive the crisps, drink, or cookie.

They gave me the wrong items, of which where not the same in any way. I tried calling, no one picked up.

Sent a 6 inch when a footlong was ordered. The receipt even said footlong and was still wrong.

We ordered two sandwiches both to be toasted and when arrived both cold and not toasted.

Food that came was disgusting. The salad was an absolute bundle of miss like it had been half eaten and shook up. The nachos sharer, well that was a portion the size a 3 year old could eat. Literally 15 crisps, a tea spoon of cheese melted and a table spoon of salsa, all burnt to a crisp. Wish I could upload a photo coz its discusting

The sandwich I ordered was in the wrong bread, and it had obviously been next to something hot in the bag. So the salad was wilted and inedible, and the bread had completely dried out. I won’t be ordering again.

It was horrible to be honest. The wedges weren't cooked properly. The nacho cheese bites were an awful uncooked texture and had a weird taste. The meatballs were terrible and didn't enjoy the sandwich as there was barely any filling. Waste of money to be honest:(
