bp in Middlesbrough

There was No adblu at the pump for HGV today so after much messing about with pumps and muffled advice over the intercom, I gave up. So a bit of a faff having to use containers to fill. I think that Staff should be on top of the fuel side of things at the very least as it's a fuel station, yet when I went in, they were too busy sorting the sweet shelf to notice! The garage does have a good selection of food stuffs and supplies, it's also combined with a subway, so snacks a plenty. It also has a cash machine. Also shares the site with MacDonalds so although it's not great for trucks to stop as there's little to no parking, cars and vans can expect a great service. Just keep an eye on the fuel! It's what most customers are there for.

Stopped for fuel and drink just before joining the a66 would be 5 stars but all petrol stations are to expensive

Car wash and jet wash working perfectly some people don’t know how use car wash and some they don’t know jet wash is minimum 1£ if they put 70 penny nothing come out after they complain. For us it’s perfect 👍

Fuel my HGV up here most days. As we are not allowed in the shop during the night we have to pay at the night pay. Me and another customer spent 10 minutes this morning banging on the window, door and metal pay box but could not get an answer. The door was locked, the keys were in the back of the door…money was on the counter…somebody was obviously inside. I had to leave. I returned 45 minutes later and 4 other customers were trying to get in but still no joy. This has happened several times. Please get a bell fitted so we can get their attention. Took my wagon to Stockton BP and spent my £500 there.

Nipped in for a coffee from Costa machine before I start work. Got to till 2 Asian lads chatting away in their own language which I have no issue with, my only issue was how ignorant they was didn't even acknowledge my existence, never spoke to me just carried on talking to each other. These two ignorant people need to learn from the young girl who normally works there she is such a pleasure and so polite.

I use to use this BP all the time. But stopped using it. Today as I was on my way home I needed fuel. Now I collect the points from BP. Once again I e put a lot of money in the tank. Did I get my points no I didn't. Prices in shop still higher than other places. They must think they're a motorway services. The garage is appalling. The staff aren't that nice either. What makes me wonder is the Asian lad on the till, according to my receipt says he a girl. Why hasn't he got a log in with his name on the receipt. Something dodgy going on there. Give this BP A MASSIVE WIDE BERTH.

Called in for car wash on 16/1 but there was no water , they just simply said do know about that and I don’t have any training , they don’t know how to respect and behave to customers cause they rude in their behaviour. BP should sack them all, disrespect to the core felt sick of these people

The worst response we were had for the jet car wash. I.e., we did the foam wash and than we started with water wash but it was not working. It’s so disappointing that there are 3 staff in the site and they said we are not responsible for the jet car wash because without manager they can’t do anything. Then I don’t know why they are in the site. And keeping it open. This happened on 16/1/2022. And the most important thing there is no response at all they simply doing there work

Called in for a car wash on 17/9/21 and there was no soap in the machine. I asked about a refund only to be told there was no manager in to issue one and to call back. Came today 22/9/21 and the manager refused any refund. So I go away with a dirty car and £5.99 lighter in my pocket. Thanks Manalan (manager). One very dissatisfied customer!

Clean and tidy, towels and gloves well stocked on the forecourt. So had plenty of good stuff.

Gone down hill in recent years , used to be a decent garage.

1 till open and I was 14th in the queue, when I got to the front to buy a car wash ticket she said it was out of order. But there was no sign on car wash. Wasted 9 minutes. Dreadful customer service.

Awful for a refurbished petrol garage. no stock, empty chillers, ice creams all melted and then has been put in the freezer again. Toilet was messy and sensor not working. No hot food or hot dogs Won’t go there again!

We travelled from Blackpool to midlesbourough today Saturday 13th may To help my father in law who is moving into a new house in midlesbourough the wife went to the bp petrol station for some fuel for my strimmer while there purchased two food items a steak slice and another slice as we were hungry as no facilities on in the new house yet . Both slices were unfit to eat so hard and burnt black contents inside I could even bite through the slice I have complained to bp hq as this is unacceptable even the Dog had trouble trying to eat them .

Paid £5.99 on the carwash and the car still had bird poo on it.

Cheapest fuel I found, great staff too.

Held my bank card and refused to return it because their system crashed, charging me twice because of their error. Horrific experience!

Good selection of products rather than your little back Street petrol station. There is a Costa machine for the coffee lovers and a free cash machine outside.
