Never used Subway before and really wish I hadn't. Hash browns did not resemble or taste like hash browns at all; mulchy discs of potato which were so stodgy they were hard to swallow. Breakfast roll contained bland sausage and tasteless bacon.

Not delivered... app didnt change address

ordered a 6inch chicken tikka meal ive received everything apart from my sub... that's the main part of the meal I'm not sure how you can miss that out. not the best service I would like a refund

was really unhappy with the quality of the meal. The sandwich was cold but was evident that it had been toasted. the meatballs had been overcooked and were very hard. Overall I was very disappointed with the food and this has made me doubt I will return to subway for this reason.

Sandwiches were a bit squashed and fillings were falling out a bit but overall would definitely choose this subway again. Top notch

I ordered a meatball marinara when it came the meatballs were burnt not edible and 1 of the 2 doughnuts I ordered was missing not happy at all with this order and the standard of food was awful I tried phoning the store but message was unable to connect your call at the moment please try again I tried 5 times so then tried to contact deliveroo and again no answer poor customer service and awful cooked food i would never order from this shop again and will definitely not recommend 😡

Food delivered was not what I ordered. Was missing 5 ingredients from the salad chosen and missing the sauces for the cheese bites. Would never buy a sandwich from this subway again. Worst subway I have had.

Horrible philly cheese steak was just cold meat straight out of fridge! Never had problem before but this has put me of for life. Not cheap an I couldn't eat mine en the others wasn't what we ordered

It was ok, not much salad on them Though .. and the crinkle wedges where cold and tasteless, there was about 10 in the box defiantly not worth it

The guy in charge there needs sacking. Obnoxious, rude, I asked for the (as much salad u like) seperate as my son won’t eat it on the bread. I only wanted lettuce onion and peppers. Not a box full just what I’d of got on the sun. He said no I have to pay for a full salad. I left the sub and the shop and will never step foot in there again! Jobsworth springs to mind. The girl said yes I can put in a tub he shot her a look of disgust and said no we won’t. 😳

Nachos are shocking no extra cheese one the tuna

Dont know where to begin with this place, firstly the guy making my sandwich asked for my partners permission to make the sub I wanted and asked for?? My partner was confused and said yes not sure why the staff member felt like I had to get partners permission to eat what I wanted? I asked for extra cheese which for some reason was so unbelievable I had to ask 5 times before the guy took the look of shock off his face and actually started making my sandwich. Next the Manger Ash stood around while I was waiting for him to wrap my sandwich. I had to ask him to because he was so busy talking. When he finally did instead of finishing my order he stopped mid way through and began topping my partners instead. The girl at the till just stood idle as my sandwich got cold. We was going to pay separately as I was hungry (which I told them several times but it landed on deaf ears) but because they was so disorganised and took so long with my order we ended up just paying together which rounded up to £20 for 2 sandwiches, we always get the same order so we knew they had over charged us. The worst service I've experienced in my entire life.

Item is always on time but is the person putting together your order blind??? No cucumber, no red onion, no pickles, no crispy onions, asked for double meat and it definitely wasn’t. Do they just do what they want and think that’s okay? Awful.

Everything was great apart from the missing crispy onions and one of the subs didn’t have the sauce we ordered. Otherwise it was lovely

Wrong cookies and wrong bread on orders

ASH YOU’RE MANAGER!!! Wants SACKING ! There’s rude then there is HIM!! Asked for two salads one with just lettuce one with everything else he then spoke to me like I was thick he then told me to stop talking because he was making my salad I was trying to tell him what salad I wanted then a woman that was at the till said could she add a chicken sud on and he said no you’re too late so yet again rude as out I then said I only wanted Mayo on the chicken salad nothing else he then started moaning so it’s only Mayo nothing else why giving me the most horrible look ever! I then went to the other man and asked for an ice tea with one of the meals and yet again ash the manger gave me a black look only reason I didn’t walk out was because I was in a rush that was the subway I used often but never ever again will I step foot in there ! I’ll also be reporting to head office because he is beyond a joke if you don’t like your job ASH don’t work there because your customer service skills are disgusting!!! AVOID this subway !!!

My bread was sadly very stale , to the point where I couldn’t eat it as it was rock hard.

Never got my ordered delivered to me and didn't even bother to call me if they were looking for the right address I will never order here for delivery again.

Ordered as stated on page (only option was for bread, and toasted) and only got bread and vegan philli meat. No veg or sauce... Totally disappointed

Ordered 2 subs, one toasted one not. Our toasted sub came untoasted and due to sensory issues wasn't eaten. Hopefully it's a one off but considering the price of these it was an expensive addition to the bin and for my friend to go hungry.

The food was standard. Wrong sauce on sandwich. Sandwich not cut . Cheese bites cold nd no sauce. Salad looked like it had been turned upside down. Poor effort.

Ordered 2 large meals One hearty Italian chicken and bacon with no salad and sauce, one with Italian herb n cheese chicken teriyaki bbq sauce ,cheese and salad . We received the chicken and bacon one with bbq sauce, salad and the opposite bread. The teriyaki one with no salad , no sauce and the opposite bread. Completely wrong way round !

They sent my order on the wrong bread and my food was freezing

Food was cold. The driver just left the food on my doorstep. I received notification a hour after food was supposed to be delivered that it had arrived. I wish the driver woukd have rang the bell. I can't keep checking the door as I've got a broken foot.

forgot everything i wanted to put on

One sandwich on wrong bread. Bread felt stale as very crispy on the edges. No sweetcorn and i honestly don’t think there was any cheese on them. Go back to the subway I normally use

No brown bread. Rationed the salad. Teriyaki wasnt pre mixed so chunks of plain chicken and tones of sauce. Frustrating because all the subways local aren't up to standard. Minimum sides i.e. no hash browns Over charged the debit card. Realised once home not worth going back
