Subway in Wigan

Nothing wrong with subway but the staff at this subway are useless, they can’t be bothered and don’t listen.

ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and 2 6in sandwiches and 4x 6 piece hasbrowns and 9 piece chicken nuggets ordered arrived no footlong and the other footlong was made into 1 6in only recieved 2x 6 piece hashbrowns requested refund recorded the 2 sandwiches and 2x 6 piece hasbrowns they have arrived wrong again missing 1x 6 piece hasbrowns will not be ordering again can't even ring the store

Everything arrived just a shame the sandwiches were flat like pancakes from the drinks

Order was delivered in a timely fashion and all correct. Food tasted nice. Only slight complaint is toasted subs put on top of cold drinks in same bag so we're cold when got them.

Didn’t put the 3 cookies I paid extra for in. Marinara sauce didn’t taste the same. Was o.k

worst subway I've ever had, ordered for collection got told it was ready for collection only for me to turn up and they haven't started making the food. Gentlemen working there has a serious attitude problem

I used to really like subway. But the bread that they use has become really dry and horrible to eat. I've tried different locations and different fillings and it's definitely the bread. It has definitely put me off ordering any more sandwiches from Subway. Also, the prices have become outrageously expensive unfortunately. Especially compared to ordering the equivalent food from local independent vendors. Sorry subway but you've dropped the ball.

Absolute waste of money. Was expecting something special after paying £12.99 for a sandwich… what I received wasn’t worth £3 and I could probably make something better myself. Won’t be ordering that’s for sure

¿Entiende el personal aquí las instrucciones en línea? En primer lugar filete de 6 pulgadas y queso, queso y tostado, vino frío con queso y no tostado, en realidad la carne estaba casi congelada. Luego vino el atún sin gluten de mi hija, también supuestamente tostado con queso, sin queso, sin tostar y el bollo en realidad estaba parcialmente congelado! En cuanto a los hachís morenos, hubiera esperado que estuvieran cocinados, desafortunadamente no. Este metro no se parece en nada a ningún otro del pueblo, lo evitaría a toda costa, estoy seguro que el personal necesita formación en servicio básico

Don't go to this subway it's is horrible. Total waste of money, hardly got any food on sandwich, was a mess, rude service, communication barrier, food was wrong. I'm regular at subways but this is the worst compared to all others. It's an embarrasment to the subway name. First visit and last

Never used Subway before and really wish I hadn't. Hash browns did not resemble or taste like hash browns at all; mulchy discs of potato which were so stodgy they were hard to swallow. Breakfast roll contained bland sausage and tasteless bacon.

ordered a 6inch chicken tikka meal ive received everything apart from my sub... that's the main part of the meal I'm not sure how you can miss that out. not the best service I would like a refund

was really unhappy with the quality of the meal. The sandwich was cold but was evident that it had been toasted. the meatballs had been overcooked and were very hard. Overall I was very disappointed with the food and this has made me doubt I will return to subway for this reason.

The guy in charge there needs sacking. Obnoxious, rude, I asked for the (as much salad u like) seperate as my son won’t eat it on the bread. I only wanted lettuce onion and peppers. Not a box full just what I’d of got on the sun. He said no I have to pay for a full salad. I left the sub and the shop and will never step foot in there again! Jobsworth springs to mind. The girl said yes I can put in a tub he shot her a look of disgust and said no we won’t. 😳

Nachos are shocking no extra cheese one the tuna

Dont know where to begin with this place, firstly the guy making my sandwich asked for my partners permission to make the sub I wanted and asked for?? My partner was confused and said yes not sure why the staff member felt like I had to get partners permission to eat what I wanted? I asked for extra cheese which for some reason was so unbelievable I had to ask 5 times before the guy took the look of shock off his face and actually started making my sandwich. Next the Manger Ash stood around while I was waiting for him to wrap my sandwich. I had to ask him to because he was so busy talking. When he finally did instead of finishing my order he stopped mid way through and began topping my partners instead. The girl at the till just stood idle as my sandwich got cold. We was going to pay separately as I was hungry (which I told them several times but it landed on deaf ears) but because they was so disorganised and took so long with my order we ended up just paying together which rounded up to £20 for 2 sandwiches, we always get the same order so we knew they had over charged us. The worst service I've experienced in my entire life.

Everything was great apart from the missing crispy onions and one of the subs didn’t have the sauce we ordered. Otherwise it was lovely

Item is always on time but is the person putting together your order blind??? No cucumber, no red onion, no pickles, no crispy onions, asked for double meat and it definitely wasn’t. Do they just do what they want and think that’s okay? Awful.

Wrong cookies and wrong bread on orders

ASH YOU’RE MANAGER!!! Wants SACKING ! There’s rude then there is HIM!! Asked for two salads one with just lettuce one with everything else he then spoke to me like I was thick he then told me to stop talking because he was making my salad I was trying to tell him what salad I wanted then a woman that was at the till said could she add a chicken sud on and he said no you’re too late so yet again rude as out I then said I only wanted Mayo on the chicken salad nothing else he then started moaning so it’s only Mayo nothing else why giving me the most horrible look ever! I then went to the other man and asked for an ice tea with one of the meals and yet again ash the manger gave me a black look only reason I didn’t walk out was because I was in a rush that was the subway I used often but never ever again will I step foot in there ! I’ll also be reporting to head office because he is beyond a joke if you don’t like your job ASH don’t work there because your customer service skills are disgusting!!! AVOID this subway !!!

My bread was sadly very stale , to the point where I couldn’t eat it as it was rock hard.
