The staff was rude. Not going back to this place.

Recieved completely wrong food, staff won't pick up phone, appalling service

Yet another subway with no where near enough staff to cope with demand and the staff that are in are on their phones talking away to someone. So you THE CUSTOMER plays second fiddle to whoever is talking in their ear.

All the staff make your feel at home, such good people, definitely coming back

Parth was the most excellent server today, well spoken, kind, hygienic and understanding. His time management was impeccable and had a very friendly conversation. 10/10 dining experience and food quality !!

Open till 4am went in at 23:15 guy refuse to make nachos said was closing at 12am! Rediculas service! Subway take notice!

The boy named Parth is very arrogant. He was acting weird towards me and my friends when we asked for a meal. He was rude and made faces while serving us. I really don't like his behavior. Additionally, my husband's first language is not English, so when he is trying to oversmart and correcting him again and again…

Brilliant staff putting up with a lot, clearly due to the owners greed. Regularly only 1 member of staff in on a Saturday. Very clear the owner of this franchise cares only about his pockets and not about people.

Firstly can I just say I went to 3 different outlets due to closing at 19:30 so I ended up in the city centre which was ideal as I couldn't park outside. Anyway the shop was empty and I got served straight away. The staff are very friendly polite and professional couldn't fault him, the shop was clean despite being in the city centre although it could do with a referb. I'm not keen on the new menu but got what I wanted except for the Sriracha sauce which they stopped. Think I'll be giving subway a miss for a while getting bored with them and they're not the cheapest.

Ordered a vegi Patti got sent steak tried phoning numerous times to be ignored absolute sham but quick enough to take your money I'll b popping in tomorrow for my refund

Put a order through for delivery for nearly £50. When it was delivered they took the money but the items that were delivered were not the full order. They delivered 2 sandwiches and some drinks but not the rest of the order. Then dont answer the phone when you try to call them about it.

Not much choice of breakfast food and the tea tasted disgusting.

Food is always good and fresh when bought in store. When i order for delivery I have to put my sandwich in the oven to warm it again as it is never warm enough. Go for in store purchase instead

I ordered from this subway via Uber eats. A few weeks ago my sandwich arrived with the wrong bread and no cheese, it was still edible though. For my second order I ordered a toasted footlong spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread with southwest sauce, red onion, gherkins and olives. As seen in the picture this is not what I received. The bread was untoasted and stale, none of the salad or condiments had been added and they had not even bothered to separate the slices of meat. The sandwich wasn't edible and ended up going in the bin. There was also some mystery brown sauce on the outside of it. As they technically provided the sandwich I wasn't entitled to a refund via Uber eats, Subway customer service said the same thing. Uber had suggested calling them before ordering to check condiments are available, despite the fact the phone number is not provided. I strongly recommend reconsidering any orders from this Subway.

Worst ever experience. Took my son and my mam here on New Year’s Eve and it took me around 45 minutes to get the food. Only one person inside the shop getting served as I went in. It was the worst subway I’ve ever had. There was full slice onions in the sand which. I asked for gurkins and he put jalapeño on. I then asked for a flat white and hot chocolate and he actually said to me I don’t no what a flat white is. Both staff members had no clue what they were doing and the place was a dump.

Asked for a margarita slice from picture at least had tomato base but no got a slice of bread with some cheese wacked on n was chraged 30p entra for poor service wen i asked server he didnt have a clue

Most awful service I’ve ever experienced. Went into the open subway to find it completely empty of staff. I stood for 10 minutes without a single staff member making an appearance - what’s worse is I could hear giggling and talking in the back. I called ‘excuse me ‘ three times and nobody appeared. The entire front of shop was left unattended which is not only unprofessional to customers but also makes the shop vulnerable. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting for somebody, a girl came out of the back with her earphones in, on her phone! Appalled! Avoid this subway and just go to one of the others x

I ordered through Uber and out of a £20 order I got £3 worth of items. It was clearly done internationally as I didn't even receive a single sandwich?! Tried calling the store and I imagine my number was blocked as it wouldn't even ring after the first time.

Same spatula for all stuffings. Staff does not always change the gloves for a vegetarian option

last night, there was sick all over the floor which the subway staff weren’t making quick efforts to clear up. A girl offered to clear it up, but she was clearly intoxicated and they let her do it despite this. Gave her the mop and gloves and watched her clean it up. This is surely against hygiene rules?

Absolute shocking experience at this store the staff were very very rude & nasty. Avoid!

Utterly disgusting. We went in at about 1am Saturday night after a family party. The shop was filthy! We stood in the queue for half an hour before being served the staff were barely working, the girl toasted our sandwiches and then left them sitting there. There was no one else in the queue so no one else to order and she still wouldn’t make our sandwiches, just left it to the other guy who was busy on the till. Another man behind us was annoyed with her as there was no one else to serve but us waiting for our salad. When we asked to get our sandwiches as they were going cold, she told me I didn’t order anything, I pointed to my sandwich and she said she wouldn’t serve me as I’m being rude, I explained I just didn’t want my sandwich to be cold and she became so rude and argumentative giving out to multiple people in the line. She then said she would not serve any of us so left our sandwiches half made and told us to leave. The staff then kept the sandwiches to eat themselves after we left. Totally disgusting behaviour, I understand it’s late at night but she was so rude and entitled. Half the menu wasn’t available and the floors were filthy and they wouldn’t serve people that were standing there wanting to order. I’ll never go back.

I wouldn't even leave one star but I needed to review. Absolutely flithy, dirty toilets, urine on the floor, feaces around the toilet bowl, absolutely stunk. The eating area wasn't much better, please please avoid.

Takes 10-15 mins before somebody actually comes and serves you every time you go in. Not sure what they’re doing out the back

I saw the lady was making a sandwich with meat before my order, then I asked for a veggie Patty (I’m vegetarian) and she wouldn’t even change the gloves.. Another thing- for the same order I pay £6.18 one day and then the other £5.89, when I asked she wouldn’t know why…

Terrible place with terrible staff, over charge you for an item even though the advertised menu price says its cheaper than what they are trying to charge you, then they try to claim that the price has changed even though they haven't updated the menu to reflect any price changes. Absolutely vile staff and practices complete and utter scammers.

The staff were polite but rushed with a lunch queue. Toilets were not clean at all however, not a lot of seating also.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Walked in to grab a coffee about 10 mins ago on my break to witness the worker roll his eyes at the customer before me for requesting extra lettuce after which angrily he stared at him for failing to independently pick up on the fact that it was time to pick the sauce. The customer before me was thrown off and in anxiety quickly rushed out of the store after paying. Whilst taking my order with very little eye contact, the worker proceeded to wipe spilt sauce on the counters whilst making my drink, getting sauce on the cup my drink was served in. There was no coffee. I had ordered a latte and was served a cup of hot water with milk, absolutely disgusted in the level of customer service as well as the product

Food is nice e but don't get delivery as its cold by time it gets to us and the sub was a flat sub as I got a bottle of pop and the numpty put the sub in the bottom

Visited today about 5:55pm. Stood for 10 minutes and still no one was around and serving. Had a look round the back and no-one there. I shouted excuse me but no one answered. Bit unsafe leaving the shop unlocked and nobody on the shop floor. No wonder this shop gets a bad reputation. Won’t be back

Member of staff had headphones in and was on the phone to someone, she was un-interested in the customers, ignorant. I was after a meal but before I got the chance to ask she just rang through the sandwich. Very unprofessional staff member

Prices reasonable Food good. Plenty of choice

This has to be the dirtiest Subway, I have ever been in, I know it is a city location, but it was awful, the tables, floor and whole place were dated and dirty. I would not recommend it here. They didn't have half of what was on the menu and the member of staff serving, couldn't have been bothered at all.

Stays open all night, staff are really dedicated. gotta rate it!!

Pop in today and I would like to say Sean one of the staff was most helpful and efficient and made mine and my Daughter visit to subway very enjoyable nice to see someone happy at work .

Incredibly unprofessional staff!! The sub wasn’t wrapped properly & it was everywhere. You should take into consideration not everyone is drunk or on a night out while visiting that branch so anything you throw at them they eat it. That’s not right.

Just came into this subway today and I've met the best staff member out of any of the chains I'm a massive subway person and I get salads all the time normally I have issues with staff in all different places throwing the food in anywhere or not putting enough in but today a guy called Shaun at this shop was so lovely very welcoming and the passion he put into making my salad and asking me every step of the way what I wanted and putting the right amount in was an absolute diamond so subway if you read this please pay particular interest in him because hes a credit to your company.

Staff are diabolical, specially the security staff. Visited after a night out and wasn’t treated nice at all. Security staff were swearing and being very immature through the window after me and my friend had left. Disgraceful way to act!

Arrogant and bad service and the food did not taste fresh as it should. This was the first time EVER that I got disappointed in Subway. The sandwich was so bad that I could not eat it at all! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

SANDWICHES... SALADS... TOPPINGS FOR SANDWICHES... DRINKS... SAUCE... IT IS MADE FOR YOU...FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATED HYGIENE... SANDWICH ARTISTS ARE WEARING PLASTIC GLOVES... I really advise you to get something from here. If you have an allergy, please tell your sandwich artist that is serving you. Table service is not available for you yet. Have fun while eating here!!

always nice sandwiches, should pay there staff more

Visited on Sat 8th September 2018. In terms of service and food everything was to an acceptable standard. I would ordinarily give three stars to a franchise or Nationwide chain. However, the star was dropped on this visit as all the toilets were out of service.

I saw this place had some bad reviews but work nearby and visited regardless. Admittedly, it’s not the most attractive place from the outside but the food is consistent with other Subways and the staff are very friendly. Perhaps the staff have changed because the current ones don’t deserve poor ratings...

Ordered two footlong sandwiches. Lady behind the counter wasn't paying attention. Asked for Honey Oat bread and got Hearty Italian. Went to get the drink with the meal deal, machine had run out of pepsi and was not labelled. Opening up our sandwiches, the lady serving us hadn't even bothered to cut them in half. When asking if we could, we had to wait until another member of staff appeared as she had gone on her lunch. When the sandwiches were cut, they didnt clean the knife, so wound up with spicy sauce in our sandwiches. Turkey in one sandwich was quite clearly out of date. Threw the whole lot in the bin and walked out after a few bites. Toilets had run out of loo roll. Windows and place in general was filthy. If Environmental Health has any sense they'll shut the place down. The too long, didn't read version. - Bored and rude staff who clearly don't want to be there. - Drinks machines barely work, not labelled as having run out of certain drinks. - Staff don't know what basic food hygiene is. Avoid, unless you want food poisoning.

I wouldn't feed my dog with food from here! And the rubbish outside !! Inside and out it's disgusting

It's subway so you know what to expect

You'd think there couldn't be that much variance between subway locations but this place is really bad. Barely lit, staff rude and the sandwiches are an absolute mess.

Friendly staff but often run out of breakfast supplies or don't have bread ready first thing in the morning. Quite often they only accept cash as card machine goes offline.

Terrible experience, me and Abby were singing Whitney Houston and the man wouldn't serve us, I rate this restaurant a 0/10 xx
