Like subway they are always helpful

A good subway as it has good staff, seating and food but sometimes the place can be a bit messy and covered with breadcrumbs.

Absolutely horrible place. Went to buy a cookie and one of the slice things, on the boards and signs it says that together they would be £2.30, went to the till and the man charged me £4.35 so I lost money, and he wouldn't even give me the right money and made me pay the £4.35, and the way they packaged my food made it fall apart and stick to the bag. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY PROPERLY!!!

whats the point or rather wheres the points- i have a subcard which i use regulary about once a week, I must admit that i never really noticed that on quite a few occasions the reward points have not been put on my card. i had a look online and it is clear that this has happend also as i personally have never been provided with a receipt it is hard to keep track it was only after a frienfd told me about his experience and the problems he has encountered it trying unsuccessfully to resolve it that i even thought to check. i will not be going here again although i am sure that my once a week footlong will not worry them

Unacceptable... I Ordered two subs to be delivered took nearly two hours for them to arrive and they came soggy. I wouldn't recommend ever ordering for delivery if u want a quick feed. Seriously how do u mess up a sandwich

Snail staff💩💩 My boyfriend and I came in for lunchtime today just after 2pm. He was on a strict schedule and short break time, it was nearing 3pm by the time we got out. I understand the lunchtime rush but being a fast food chain catering specifically to people on lunch breaks who expect speedy service, maybe it is not the best idea to hire staff who cannot handle a lunchtime rush which is a guarantee on the daily. In love with the chain, but this location has sadly put me off entirely

Been going to Subways for years, haven't been to this one lately but popped in for a takeaway, good service but haven't prices gone up a.lot nearly £10 for a 12" Toasted Italian with only Tuna and Mayo filling and a small Cappuccino and a bottle of 7up. Can get 2 small Breakfasts with tea and a coffee for less than this when cafes are open again at several places including Wetherspoons. Rant over enjoyed what we had though, check Subways out and see what you think.

Standard subway sandwich, Covid precautions left a lot to be desired.

I love the foot long to share, always tasty and made fresh for you as you want it. They are always good and it was good here at the Quays. Most were buying to take away, hardly anyone except us seating in the store.

Just out of subway... No sanitizer on the way in.. the girl taking the orders kept shouting down the line despite the fact that they couldn't get them through the till quick enough, this forced the customers to bunch up in front of the till. There were 6 people within 4 metres. So much for the 2 metre rule.

Bought two bite size sandwiches to try for me and my boyfriend. Photos on the window advertising it is totally deceiving they looked lovely. I actually couldn’t stop laughing at them when they came out, they were pathetically TINY. Total rubbish and waste of money. Don’t order them. Not good value for money.

The man who served us was fab however his lady colleague was standing doing nothing as he did everything himself. The only thing she did was take the money while he was making sandwiches toasting and dressing them. We asked for an extra dip off her at the till and she actually stood and asked him for it as he was serving someone else and she stood 3 feet away from the sauces watching him. Height of laziness! also no smile or thank you when exchanging money I even said “you’re welcome” as I handed her the money as she was so rude and she handed me my change back still no thank you or smile. Horrendous service not to mention the state of the place.. ourselves and one other table yet the place was disgusting. Crumbs and rubbish all over the floor had to wipe our table before sitting down. Could see past it if it was busy but it wasn’t! poor hygiene and laziness of the staff member is not acceptable!

Only 4 stars because some of ladys cant make proper sub and beef meat (limited edition) is gone :(

We were shoping till we droped... needed fuel quickly.... popped into subway in the quays..... 2 of us are coeliac.... we were delighted to be able to have 6 inch subs which were delicous..... SUBWAY in Republic take note... Never have we been able to eat (only salads) in your shops. Well done ladies in Newry. we'll be back.

Always hit or miss, I like the steak and cheese but fund the chicken revolting. Staff seem pleasant. Once a month kind of place.

Subways the same all over the world

It was great staff actually know how to make a sandwich instead if just throwing it in!

.I'm not posting about this particular outlet but most subway restaurants. No customer toilets,sometimes your allowed to use staff toilets. The food is normally quite good but it can get messy but nowhere to wash your hands, should at least be wet wipes available. Child sandwiches are not available with meatballs, on the subject of meatballs, they taste good but it must be cheap meat , little lumps of fat in them and once I got a piece of bone in one........ Soggy or rock hard sugar sachets, simple thing that ruin their reputation, it goes on.

Small portions staff hard to understand and they cannot understand me had to ask for portion of everything 2 or 3 times

Subway generally ignore complaints or play pass parcel with them IE refering it back to the franchasiee who does nothing. I had regully been getting a meatball sub until last week when two of the meatballs where to say the least very tough. I changed to cheese and ham. I got one yesterday at Subway Dundalk .footlong deal. I got some grated cheese on it from the salad bar and was charged the same IE nothing extra. However at me Monaghan st for the same sub they tried to charge extra. My son got the same footlong ham and cheese with grated cheese and like Dundalk was not charged extra. To top things off the franchasiee rang Initally he pretended that he did not know what the complaint was about from there he advanced to reacting in an condescending manner .

Subway everyone knows the beauty of additions to sandwiches :D and crispy rolls :D the place is small, but usually there is not much traffic for PLN 15, you can eat your fill with your friend or girlfriend :)

It doesn't matter where you go, the experience is generally the same. However the food is very tasty! The staff in this particular establishment are very helpful and conscientious. There was plenty staff on shift which made the experience pleasant.

A clinical odour, staff have been trained so well, they're almost robotic. Price on the high side for what in the end is a sandwich bar.

Good food. Service OK, the staff were a little hassled on the day we visited.

Its a quick service Subway. Staff are great. Not giving 5 however as the prices of items like cookies are much higher and slightly smaller in size than the rest of NI. ie Dundonald sell a dozen cookies for £3 and not £5. Not that you'd eat them all yourself, usually good buy for office especially if your buying a platter.

I buy from subways weekly generally for my grandchildren, I would usually use my subcard and therefore have a few points gathered, last week I tried to use some of these points to make a purchase- that's the idea - I thought- I was told that the card was not registered - something which I disputed- I asked that the owner ring me and paid in cash, he rang a couple of hours later, by coincidence I was on the subway site trying to find out why I could not use my subcard, the site told me that the card was registered , I passed this onto the owner who assured me that he would sort it out and get back to me the next day- Thursday- Thursday came and went- no call, I phone the shop, he was not there, I was assured - theres that word again- that a message would be sent to him - time passed still no call, I rang a further twice the last time today Tuesday- nearly a week later, I waited a few hours before deciding enough was enough - you can only be ignored so many times before becoming aware that this is intentional the thing is this if the customer service provided by the shop owner is this bad, can you really expect that the staff will no emulate this example - ie the boss does not care about customer service so why should wesad but true

Very good quality and variety of different a healthy snacks! I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Tiene una agradable zona de asientos dentro y fuera de la tienda.Genial para la gente que le gusta este tipo de comida rápida de lo habitual hamburguesas y patatas fritas!
