Subway in Belfast

My g kids just love subway and staff very happy to make up their order without referring to me. Makes them feel grown up. Nice chat to server about her course at queens while waiting.

Terrible lately. Made order online got raw red onions rather than crispy, ruined the salad box. Receipt details items. Apparently a portion is 6 pieces of tomato, cucumber or peppers etc. Heated meat is always tepid not hot enough. A lot of regular staff seem to have left. Not the first time they have got order wrong.

I have never seen a more dirty subway. And the unresponsive staff, the tall white guy didn't want to serve me at all. I asked him for no tomatoes in sub and he didn't listen to me. Also he didn't pack the sub well, like all the veggies and sauces came out and I couldn't eat it properly. Highly disappointed. But thanks to the Indian guy who helped me with my order and asked before putting any veggies on my sub. Also, the best thing about this subway is that they have a coffee machine which isn't there in other outlets. So I can have my breakfast sub with a hot steaming cup of coffee.

Literally just been here, had to ask 3 times for the kids and pack with my order, foot longs are still cold in the middle. Ordered the breakfast foot longs & half the stuff that went into it should have been heated before hand (well going by my subway training) and it wasn’t. Asked for a line of red sauce in the kids pack and the guy called Anto had doused it in red sauce. Took me that long to get the order done I just accepted it and took it because I had a child wanting fed.

ANTO is beyond rude!!! Absolutely atrocious customer service from this man. Speaks with the most dead tone whilst I wasn't even ready to pay yet and he was yelling the price at me. Another man almost put cheese on my sandwich after I clearly stated no and I am ALLERGIC. Not going back!!

Tables were absolutely filthy while staff stood and talked. Was supposed to be eating in but changed my mind

I ordered nachos with cheese and south west sauce and got 5 nachos

I went in today and I ordered a margahetia slice and THIS is what i was given. I'm appalled, that is warm bread with a PINCH of cheese. I am baffled.

Burn my nachos plus my sub way sandwich also there was no drop of mayo in it. my chicken nachos freezing also the nerve to yell at me for not saying what else I wanted when I literally have anxiety completely a waste of my money.

As I am a diabetic I needed something to eat, the staff don't listen I asked not to put too much mayonnaise on the food when I sat down the mayonnaise went everywhere I should have tried one of the other restaurants across the way 😡😡😡

Was here Monday 4th sept and Tuesday 5th sept on lunch breaks all servers look so uninterested and are so rude. The girl manhandling my sandwhich replied “wa” when I asked something and even though on the Monday I got a sandwhich and crisps and tuesday was a sandwhich with cookie it was dearer on Tuesday and I tried explaining to the girl on the till she was so ignorant and couldn’t care less? They also don’t take hygiene very seriously as the person who wrapped my sandwhich never changed his gloved after the one he just finished of, won’t ever be back here

There was a big queue when I came in but there was enough staff on so it went quick enough. That being said, one person was doing one thing the other another thing with my sandwich so it was confusing who to talk to.

How can I put 0 stars, I can only put one. So btw my sandwich was horrible, they put my sandwich in the microwave instead of the toaster, then the cheese was not melted after my sandwich did not smell good it did not taste good everything was cold and then the man told me that I couldn’t eat in the restaurant, and I had to stand to eat this horrible subway so I don’t recommend it.

Just went here and orderd a 6in hearty italian bread she took out the smallest piece which looked like a childs portion.she tried to open it up an then procceded to through it in the bin.she took a full 1 out and cut it which looked much better.then she put the tuna on which was 2 of the smallest scoops ive ever seen.any other time they have always put 3 scoops on the bread. i could not even taste the tuna there was that little on the bread.i will make my own from now on because they have cut the portions and upped the price i wont be buying subway again.

Rude and ignorant staff, David couldn’t care less……you’d think they had a gun put to their heads and were forced to go in to work there, people crying out for jobs too, 1/10 👎🏻

Server was so uninterested in serving us. What do want was asked 3 times. Sandwiches were ok but felt like they wanted us in and out

I often eat Subway food and this is the second time that I've called into this establishment for food. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. The staff are totally uninterested and obnoxious! They are totally uninterested, have no manners and are clearly not cut out for the job! Nial the manager must accept some responsibility for this as he clearly lacks the interviewing skills to employ the right people for this restaurant. I hope that the staff pay more attention to the food and hygiene than they do the customers! The worst service I have ever experienced is in Subway in Castle Court! My advice to anyone is to simply "eat elsewhere!"

Good sandwiches at a slight high price for what you get.

This is my favourite subway in belfast friendly staff with good service.

Only subway, they are everywhere, but regularly get the salads (chicken nacho salsa one) heated with cheese and ALL of the other salad items. Good value lunch (mentioned Salad is £2.89) good sized portion, good quality salad ingredients. Much better than a supermarket pre made salad.

The staff were OK present enough food great, but the price way out there, it better going to o briens staff were more friendly food less pricier

Had a gluten free burger, not impressed.

The fresh meat it's really poor quality. Bought some lamb there and have to ask for a refund coz the smell when I open the bag was just disgusting. There Boucher it's a disgrace

Inexpensive healthy-ish food. Service can be a little slow and the staff need to be reminded to clean the knife after cutting footlongs full of mayo and other gunk before using it again.

Normalmente disfruto de mi experiencia del metro pero no esta vez. La chica que me atendió hablaba muy tranquilamente, lo que hizo difícil la comunicación. Tuve que llegar a ella para repetir todo. Mi agua, directamente desde la nevera, era cálido. Me resultó difícil encontrar un lugar para sentarse que estaba limpio. Sin duda necesita un recinto más grande ya bastante concurrida. Dudo que visitará este particular metro de nuevo.

Later thst day no, honeyoat bread. Subway is really starting to go down hill. Never any tropicana in for breakfast. Im stoping going as its got crap.

Típico del metro sabes lo que estás recibiendo, sin embargo las porciones son conseguir skimpier por semana. Ensalada son mucho entrañas pequeñas ahora y la lechuga ni siquiera completamente la parte inferior como brechas cubrir puede ser visto. Me dan un montón de el chile jalapeño, pero todo lo demás es titchy. La sacó de cerdo era asqueroso. Todos los ácidos grasos. El personal es estupendo y en y fuera muy rápidamente.

Only giving 1 star as none isn't an option. Staff very uninterested in helping customers and took far to long to serve. Order Tuna with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and peppers only got lettuce tomatoe and onions. Tuna portion was so small it was pointless. Drinks are so badly watered down you can't drink them. Only safe one seems to be Diet Pepsi. Overall horrible customer service and lack of customer care. Wasn't even gave my receipt. Won't be returning to this one.

Subway menu which is first class but with this store being so busy the service factor is not what it should be,

Very small store, so limited seating, although the food court could be used, and often busy. Staff are lovely though and tend to have very speedy service
