New Fortune in Belfast

Very expensive and food was disappointing, chips burnt, spring rolls soggy and no crisp to them. Myself and my partner where unwell for 2 days after eating from here also. Do not order from here.

Called them for over hour and a half to find out where the order was. After 2 hours of waiting told them to cancel and refund my order. 20 mins later they show up with the order at my house saying they won't offer a refund. Food is cold as! Despicable people, horrible business

Daughter in law ordered delivery at 8.30pm tonight and wasn’t delivered and the place is now closed. Phoned twice and was told food was on its way will not be ordering again they can’t even tell you the truth when you phone about your order absolute joke won’t be ordering again and I’ll be looking a refund of the £37 they took of my debit card

£5.50 for a salted chilli chip which consisted of a small portion of burnt chips with some random unpleasant spice powder with no veg

Bought special curry boiled rice. The meat and prawns was tender and tasty. But that’s the worst curry sauce I have ever tasted I like salt but this was madness avoid the curry sauce

Ordered food last night totally £25.70 and it never arrived Spoke with staff who firstly advised manager was too busy to speak with me, when I insisted on speaking with him apparently he wasn’t working After 1.5 hour wait made contact with takeaway (had to reiterated the correct address as the one given at this point was incorrect ) was advised the driver was on his way takeaway had closed when I attempted to call back 2 hours later According to staff the food was left at random door step but they couldn’t confirm the address as the driver wasn’t on shift and won’t return to Monday Extremely poor handling of customer service would not recommend ordering from this restaurant Now I have to attempt to claim my money back from just eat which is a inconvenience

No Fortune would be better placed. Abysmal. Food never arrived yet they took my money and refused any refund or apologies. Stay clear.

Just got delivery chicken satay and chow main special all meat was tough and hard like it was reheated will not use again .

The food tastes beautiful. The satay sauce is to die for ive never tasted a nicer sauce.But had to drop 1 star for the chicken it is very tough and chicken skewers aswell i could not eat them.maybe dont cook them so well and it will be tender.

Got from this Chinese a number of times and have been really impressed. They only accept cash except if you order on just eat and pay with your card that way, but inside it’s cash only. There is a cash machine a few doors down. The food tastes great, always comes warm and comes quite quickly most times. Would recommend this place.

Horrible. Dry tasteless chicken. Whole meal was smothered in salt. Dry batter on chicken. £20 wasted. Will never order from here again.

Way too salty, ordered the spice box as well as the boneless bbq ribs. Ribs were good but spice box was smothered in salt could taste nothing but it.

Very fresh, excellent quality food that's extremely tasty and delicious, delivery guy very pleasant
