Picolo's fish and chips in Belfast

the most shocking food ever. ordered a kids 2 chicken goujon meal and a cowboy supper meal and a curry dip, it had all tasted like fish and the chips and chicken especially, curry was runny and had also tasted like fish they had put four “chicken” goujons with two of them burnt and harder than rocks! they had also gave a mayonnaise dip aswell which was also tasting like fish, rang up to complain he hung up and said he didn’t sell fish but on the menu it says whilst fish has been ordered out of here before, would 100pc not recommend cheeky wee snobs, couldn’t even eat the food.

Fraudulent shop. The food I paid for was not delivered. My money was stolen. Fortunately, delivero refunded it within 1 week. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

Awful customer service, half of food missing. In disbelief they sent food out that was freezing 🥶.

Avoid at all costs! They were happy to take the money but were extremely rude on the phone when I tried to explain that I hadn't received the food. Currently waiting on a refund, worst service I've ever received. Shocking.

Staff are awesome, would recommend (food is pretty great too!!)

I live up the street from the chippy and its absolutely gorgeous all ways worm never once have I got it cold staff is so nice make sure to give them a tip

Ordered a taco chip was my first time trying here and the cheese was absolutely disgusting tastes cheap and plastic my food came cold and all the sauce was put at the bottom of the box do not recommend !!

They charged for said 330 sauce and salad 110 on a kabab

Absolutely disgusting not worth the money. Delivery was on time and service was good.

Arrived within 30 mins food wasnt cooked it was cold probably due to lack off cook sauce was like water blue mould the chicken nuggets was all batter a Beatle came out from the bag forgot my drink would only recommend if feeding to a dog !!!!!

Each time I ordered from Just Eat, despite which delivery dude was in charge, I was always asked for leaving a good review; on Just Eat, they re-registered at least once when they found there were too many negative reviews left so that they could empty all the reviews and restart their delivery career; recently when a friend of mine ordered via Deliveroo, he was asked for paying delivery fee by cash by the driver, when he had subscribed the Deliveroo Plus service which is aimed at getting rid of all the delivery fee, the driver called a customer service and the staff said the service doesn't cover the self-delivery restaurants, but when he contacted directly to the UK customer service he was advised that all the restaurants registered r delivery free, so there must be either this restaurant or the driver deceived him or at least both of these two parties r lack of the supposed knowledge about their business, it's just ridiculous. Trust me, everyone, avoid this place when u try making a choice for ur delivered meals.

When I ordered of just eat I didn't like the place but I've now walked in 5 times and ordered various things from the menu. Kebabs, pizza and chippy food. All great and served by great staff. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because of the just eat app.

Do not pay by card once they get the money they will cancel the order be careful

Do not order with a credit or debit card. Once they get paid they don't care if the food gets delivered or not.

Chicken on the bone and chips are lovely, staff very friendly and good craic. Well worth a visit if peckish
