Ham was off on pizza made me vomit

I don’t often make complaints but this is the worst service I have ever received. I have been a customer of Pizza Passions for a number of years however last night I ordered a pizza and the delivery driver arrived to my house and gave the wrong order a munchie box to my friend. We didn’t know who had delivered the food and in any case thought it would be disgusting for them to come and collect it and deliver it to the correct customer given that would not by hygienic as dear knows what someone could have done to the food so it was chucked. Then the delivery driver came back and started saying my friend had called the restaurant and said to come collect the order and I told him I think you are telling lies can you leave please. I then shut the door on him. A few minutes later he called my phone and said your delivery is outside so I assumed my pizza had now arrived but when I went to the door the same delivery man was there and it was then I realised he had mixed up the orders. People make mistakes but it was how it was managed that was disgraceful. The delivery driver began to raise his voice so I told him to get off my premises and started to shut the door and he then shoved into my door causing the door to hit me. (Assaulting me). The delivery driver then called me again and said something abusive towards me and instantly hung up. When I called the restaurant and said what happened they said it didn’t happen and refused to give me a refund despite not receiving my order. I accept people make mistakes but this is the worst service I have ever received and urge that you should avoid unless you are prepared to be assaulted and not receive your food! I am very upset about this. Thomas

Wish i never ordered from here. Hungry all day and delivery was late. I phoned up and they said its on its way and it hadnt even left the shop. It came and i could have made better myself. Waste of money. Forgot our dips and chips was like something you would cook from icelands.

If I could give this zero I would! Got food after a work shift. One of the meals had a hair. Returned it only to find another hair. Was clear that they were using very low grade ingredients. I was aware of how late it was, however the whole place was filthy and their was food on the floor. If EHO seen this the place would be shut down. Don't waste your time or money !

The Peri peri chicken was very nice and tender with the right blend of marinattion . The pizza was fresh handmade, and I liked the cheese pull. They serve Halal food aswell but I would recommend to confirming from the chef in person as some items on the menu have non halal ingredients listed. The chef and the staff were extremely friendly.

This restaurant is a dirty place and the food is dirty to a degree that no one would expect

Worst chips ever. Although extremely hot on the outside they weren’t finished on the inside. The beef burger was very boring, but could be made edible by adding tons of mayonnaise. Rather filthy place too with an overflowing bin. Don’t come here.

First time ever ordered from the place n can honestly say I'm raging im only finding out about this place ni..... that's the nicest pizza ive had ina good while, ps ur crust is amazing 😍😍

!!Avoid like the plague!! We ordered pizza to sit in and had to wait for quite some time before it was ready. When the pizza was finally ready, a homeless man walked in and started harassing us (3 girls) to get a slice of pizza, which we refused. He then started talking to the staff, turned around and just simply grabbed a slice of pizza out of our box. Meanwhile all staff had clearly witnessed this and did not step in nor did they offer any form of apology or reimbursement and they also did not kick the man out, but allowed him to eat the stolen slice of pizza in front of our eyes!!! Worst place I have ever been to!!! This place should be avoided at all costs!!! In hindsight, I would also not trust tye cleanliness of this dump, fairly sure it does not fulfill any hygiene requirements!!!

Hungry, I found that place open at 1 am, good food, good people and good prices.

What I can said is price matches food. First it’s health and clean. Second is the taste is no that good. You can pick a piece of pizza with plenty salt, or a with to much tomato. I would said the taste is close to the freeze pizza, but it is handmade.

Waiting a good while on the food to only lead to disappointment. This food was burnt crispy and sticking to the paper yes it was still warm after our wait but certainly not worth what was spent.

Add a message to please remember the cheese and they deliberately leave it off. Not happy

Felt sick (vomited) after consuming the pizza. It was way to oily too.

Just eat under Bradbury kebabs, pizza passion it's called, meat horrible, hair in it, would not recommend also if on just eat app don't order Bradbury kebab as it passion pizza 🤢🤢🤢

Ordered delivery I live within 2 minutes drive of the place an hour later I call and they say it's on the way. 20 more minutes go by still hasn't shown up. Never received it at all. Absolute joke and a kip of a chipper.

Awful pizza i fellt so sick afterwards. The staff also did not put any effort to make you feel good. Ordered for 70 pound and they wouldnt even bring the food to the table. If you love your health dont go there

Bad doner meat - doner meats bad as it is, they've somehow made it worse 😂 so I guess just go really drunk and you'll be fine haha.

I had spent £50 on food for me and my house mates and while I was waiting on my food I was attacked and no member of staff contacted the police or ambulance as I lay unconscious a person outside had to, I never got my food and asked for my money back and was just told the food was mad I should’ve collected it that day absolute joke of a store

Wow - Some People Would like to meet the Queen, Some People would like to go to space, some want to achieve great things. However no-one will ever achieve what Pizza Passions have achieved. Whilst in its uniformity its not the M&S of Pizza’s what’s brilliant about this place is its consistency. The ability to smash out consistently strong pizza’s at the hours of 2am when many a man are intoxicated makes the taste of this Pizza incredibly special. I’ve had many a drunken night end with the consumption of these beauties and I can 100% say I am passionate about your pizza It was a unforgettable experience to shake hands with the spectacular humans who hand craft these delights after the years of COVID keeping us apart. Keep up the great work, you’ve done more for the UK than Boris will ever do

The "doner kebab" is literally just a few bits of meat on top of a dry pitta bread. Terrible!

Ordered off deliveroo, got quoted as half an hour order to delivered. Currentlly 1hr 30 and no sign of it.

Food ok chilli sauce is hot hot hot Only 3 starts as it was 3 in the morning so maybe a 4 during normal times

i ordered from a place called bradbury kebabs from the just eat website, trhe order was Order summary Order number: 981444393 Doner Kebab, Naan 6.00 + Garlic sauce 0.00 + With salad 0.00 Subtotal 6.00 Delivery fee 2.00 Service charge 0.50 what we received was a chicken kebab with chips covered in a strange sauce. thats not the worst! when i rang the shop no answer. then i google the address and see that it is not bradbury kebabs but pizza passion, a different shop altogether. The order was wrong, The name of the shop is wrong dont order go elsewere

Tasty pizzas with resonable price

I have normally had a great experience from ordering pizzas from here. Tonight I ordered a curried chip. There was enough salt in it that could have killed a horse. I had a few and was completely disgusted and sick with the level of salt. Extremely disappointed with this order and still feeling sick from it.

Best pizza in Belfast. Base is smooth and soft and good blend of veggies and cheese.

it was very bad the pizza was cold was inedible dry arrived an hour late if you can order from there do not order

Wife dropped her purse in here it was stolen then as a group they were followed out by one of the workers looking their numbers sleazy to say the least

I got a large pizza and some chicken and both were pretty good. Pizza wasnt 4 stars worthy but the staff working there were great so would go back again
