Good place to eat, friendly staff

Made an order which was wrong, I phoned up they said they could make another one but only if I collected it, I explained I had the kids and couldn't, apparently that's not their issue and hung up and stopped answering the phone. Would highly advise against subway!!

Waited over an hour for a sandwich, cancelled the order in the end. Tried phoning restaurant but no answer. Now I have a hungry child, tried ordering again, this time just for her as I'm too fed up to eat at this stage, they took 40 mins to prepare 1 pizza slice and 5 cheesy balls. This is ridiculous, wanted nice lunch with my daughter as her school is closed today, I ordered from Subway so many time with no issues but after today, I won't do it again. Glad I passed my driving test and now I'm not tied up to places that can't deliver or offer good service. Last time ordered from here.

Not bad for a Subway. Bread was fresher than other subs I've been to. Only went as had £4.99 offer for footlong. Would never pay full price. Sub was edible enough (chicken teriyaki). Overall ok for offer price not full price.

Went in for the any sub for 4.99 which is false advertising as even with app it didn’t work so a waste of time. Food was nice staff polite but very expensive and customer services online useless when you Ask them about the offer. Always take out as shop not clean

Rude staff member didn't listen. Expensive. Went in for sub and ended up with a small expensive wrap dripping oil and a luke warm weak coffee

As I have not used any subway shops since the menu changed I thought today would be a good idea. Im usually pleased with the whole setup but not today. Luckily it was quiet when I went in as I dont think the server would have coped. He seemed surprised that I had said that the sandwich is usually melted/heated first and just stood there looking at me. I was trying to decide on the salad I wanted. His college eventually promted him. But the bit that most annoyed me was he didnt even put the sandwich in a bag. Petty, maybe but its the little things that make a good score!

The Doritos were stale in the Texan sub so really had and inedible. The meatballs were really hard and burnt in the meatball marinara. There wasn't enough meatless Philly steak in the salad.

The man at the front counter on Thursday the 30th of March around 21:00 was very lovely and helpful, seemed like a genuinely really nice person and someone who wanted to help

They got my order wrong rang them up and they said they will send out replacement and I’m still waiting for a 6 inch sub 2 hours later absolutely ridiculous service would not recommend and now they won’t pick up the phone will not be coming back here

Ordered 2 foot-long meals and 2 hot sides... The service was good as he completed my whole bigger list before moving on to the next customer! Loved the subs.... To tell the truth order was about £5 lesser if you order the same things with another delivery app! It was a real shock..

The big sandwiches here are good. I went for the tuna and it was satisfying. And we took the sandwiches with us.

Nani the manager is very friendly and responsible person...... I love this Subway because he works there..... I come from thornhill to shirley if I want to get a subway foot long chicken tikka..... Very hygienic and clean store.

Love a subway! Took the wife here as she was starving! Fresh sandwiches at a moments notice, clean, tidy and very helpful staff! Quick too! Took about 3mins from start to finish and about the same to eat it all...🤣🐷 Always super busy, disabled friendly, well done team! 😁

Shocking!! Tried ordering a footlong at 21:30 through just eat and everytime the order was rejected. Phoned the store to ask whats wrong and some guy said they just closed the store when they are meant to be open till 10pm!!!! More like the guy didnt want to finish his shift...laziness

Really busy. You have to wait in the queue for ages whilst they apparently seem to focus all of their attention on the Uber Eats orders.

The best Subway around here. Always nice and hot roll, which is quite rare if you think of other branches in the area.

Tried to give a second chance after previous poor service. But the server was rude and argumentative. Even if I didn't give the order in the order he wanted is that really a hill to die on for a customer orientated business? Very poor, will not be returning.

The tuna sandwich was delightful, however we had ordered chocolate chunks but the never were found in the bag.

They've got ham, turkey, salami, chicken tikka, meatballs, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, peppers, corn, olives, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, honey and mustard, rye bread, wheat bread, Italian herb bread, pretty much everything really.

lovely customer service,nice and clean, the food is so nice and they are very happy to help in an way they can.

I ordered white chocolate chip cookies and the guy gave me milk chocolate chip he wasn’t focused and listening and he made me wait for him to finished what he was doing but still didn’t listen to my order. fool

Papa John's was an Execellent Pizza in Shirley as it's next to Subway shop & we have not been to Subway shop

Great for a bite to eat, as someone with nut allergies I can trust this place well as only the cookies contain nuts and are kept well away from the food. Make sure to ask your sandwich maker to change gloves and use a fresh knife.

Never seen so rude staff in Subway before. Left the counter 3 times while serving, got the order wrong Especially when there is no one in the restaurant... Staff needs some customer training or replacing!!!

Shirley branch is a disaster 45 mins for a sandwich but 5 stars to lordshill as always have what you 3ant and quick

Went there last night for a sub after shopping, I'm fussy about food but Andy the guy serving was happy to listen to me tell him what I wanted and what I didn't , he was very polite and happy, an all round lovely guy, I hope his manager recognises that he has a fab member of staff, will certainly go back!!

Subs are good. Staff seem motivated to work and generally a good place to grab a quick meal. It's not too expensive and is affordable.

I don't normally go to them but I got a cookie and coca cola!!! I felt very alienated in a way!!! Maybe it was just me!!! I'm still giving them one of my better ratings as I'm sure it's nicer to go for a sandwich option when i feel up to it!!! Two young ladies kind of laughing at me!!! I'm not a weirdo I swear to god!!! It's just severe druggings!!! Other people have done to me!!!

Pour service,my toasted cheese chicken sandwich left on counter getting colder will employee decided putme on hold to attend customers that came after she was prepering my order. She toke her time,relaxing prepered 3 more sandwichs,my food on got really cold and not even apologise went I asked if was still going to take long. No intention to go back.
