STK Rooftop - Stratford in Newham

Gran hallazgo, personal muy educado y respetuoso, servicio muy rápido, la comida estaba fuera en poco tiempo. La comida estaba en SPOT ON, se veía delicioso y sabía incluso mejor de lo que parecía. Sin duda recomiendo y volveremos pronto. Te recomiendo que si estás mirando el menú de la puesta de sol en línea, lo pidas mientras estás sentado o cuando te dan el menú. El pan de queso azul de cortesía era increíble. Gran servicio, vistas impresionantes.

I have been to STK Westminster, The Strand and Ibiza previously and have always had such a great experience. We attended STK Stratford for the vibe brunch. The music is 10/10 and I found the waiters to be accommodating of my allergies and took them very seriously which was appreciated. The price point for the brunch is high and as a regular attendee of brunch for something that costs around £100pp my expectations were high. The service was poor I had to ask to order. The drink top ups were also poor/non existent without asking. STK then ran out of ketchup/mayo for the chips. This is STK we are in the middle of Stratford this shouldn’t happen. Lastly the quality of the dessert for the price point is really bad. Candy floss and a brownie is not good enough for the price point. Additionally considering the music is so good we were the only ones up enjoying it maybe a MC/dancers would help to lift the atmosphere if STK would like for a lively brunch. All and all I think the music was great and I think the brunch could be successful if the service was up to scratch and the dessert changed. I will not return to Stk Stratford for the brunch.

Excellent food and friendly staff, especially our waiter Tof. Really nice atmosphere with the DJ and of course great views.

The view from the venue is amazing. The food was on the slightly expensive side and although the food was good, I don't think it justified the actual cost. The new York strip was good. The sliders were definitely a favourite starter on our table. The mac and cheese was very tasty. The cocktails were strong and there was a wide selection of drinks. By the bar, sports were playing on the screen which although I am a sports fan, however it distracts from what was a lovely experience. The staff were polite, youthful and friendly. The resturant definitely will go down as a must visit once in a lifetime. There are definitely areas in the resturant where you can do the prefect photo moment ( which lots of people were doing), however most judge a resturant by the food and this slightly missed the mark. This was seen by the birthday cake they bought out for those who were celebrating their occasion, to say most of the time it was left by people was noticeable.

Came back again but this time on a Tuesday night rather than Wednesday and just as amazing as we both remembered it! In and out with the 90 minutes guaranteed from the set menu again. Highly recommend. All the team there are so lovely and always make our trip super special every time we visit. The sunset menu allows us to go out somewhere really nice and enjoy our time together with some great food and drink! Will be going back now in April for both our birthdays. Hopefully on a weekend.

We had high hopes for an excellent family meal at STK. We arrived (6 of us) in plenty of time as we had tickets to ABBA voyage afterwards. Whilst the vibe of the place was great and the views from the rooftop windows were awesome, the service throughout was painfully slow and the food less than mediocre. We sat for ages with empty glasses and our main course took 1.5 hours to arrive. We did mention, on a couple of occasions, that we had a show to attend but this didn’t seem to speed anything up. By the time it was served, we had 15 minutes to eat it. Sadly, the steaks were cold, excessively fatty (even the sirloins) with hardly any meat at all. The chef did come out to look and two meals were knocked off the bill when he agreed that a sirloin shouldn’t be so fatty. Mine and my husband’s were both served medium-rare when we asked for medium well. The steaks are very highly priced, with no extras at all. Any sides (and they are small) are priced at £10. The price would be more palatable if the food was higher quality. Our waitress, Laurie, was lovely though.

Great skyline and view of surrounding area and contemporary and welcoming decor. BUT REALLY RUBBISH SERVICE. Got one drink order totally wrong and was given frosty looks when asked for the right drink. Server knocked a drink over on the table, went all over my bag/trousers, with little apology and slap-dash cleaning up. Long time for replacement drink to arrive. We specifically chose quick dishes as we had theatre tickets, but it took for ages for everything to come, even though there were only 3 tables in. Food was ok, but nothing special. For the service and food, it was way overpriced. Whole experience put a dampener on our evening. I would never go back or recommend. Not cheap either so we felt cheated.

I visited STK on 11th Feb for my boyfriend’s birthday after spending the day in Stratford. We arrived and was seated at our table quickly and had a table with a lovely view of the London skyline. Our food and drinks order was taken in good time but after this our evening gradually declined. I asked for a medium steak and the steak was rare when eating and there was a limited number of staff to highlight this to. The sunset menu we selected from mentioned a ‘guarantee of 90 minutes in and out’ but with the service this would be impossible! After finishing our mains our food remained infront of us for half an hour and at this point we were desperate to leave but still had difficulties flagging down a waiter. When receiving the bill, they finally took our plates and didn’t ask once how our meal was even though my steak was left predominantly untouched. In the end we went up to the front desk to pay the bill as no one bought over a card machine for us to pay. When also paying the bill at the front desk, we were still not asked how our experience was when it was obvious we were unhappy. Finally, I selected the occasion as a birthday when booking and despite others receiving a small birthday desert, we were never offered this service. All in all, I have attended STK The Strand multiple times and the food and service at Stratford is a completely different experience and I do not plan on returning.

4 of us were there on Saturday night we did book but was told to get a drink at the bar and wait, service was not so good only because of the time it took to serve absolutely rubbish! The vibe was good ish the music was great but to be fair the food isn’t that great it’s well overpriced and overrated it’s the name you go for I guess? I’ve had much better food in lesser restaurants sorry STK you didn’t do it for me.

AMAZING!!!! Food was outstanding. We ate from the set menu to celebrate our anniversary. Coming back here again at the end of feb to celebrate some more amazing things. Cannot wait
