Steelers Sports Bar in Sheffield

Honestly I go here every week and it's an absolute dump. The carpet is sticky and black. The tables are all damaged. The men's toilets are actually laughable, there's a urinal that's been leaking for over a year, black mould, holes in the walls. The staff aren't to blame but I genuinely think it's embarrassing for one of our professional sports teams to put their name to this place.

A very spacious club and the staff are friendly and helpful but like most clubs that have snooker,English 8 ball and American pool tables it maintains the American pool tables very poorly. The cloths have more holes than Swiss cheese are stained and look as though they are seldom brushed,the pockets are poorly fitted and don't allow clean potting,and black cloth is the worst colour as it emphasises all the defects and makes the pockets less clear. But the prices are reasonable. (I would happily pay a little more to have better maintained cloths). It's a shame because 9 ball is a fast growing game and will soon be very popular due to the efforts of Matchroom. If they get this right I'm sure there will be many more 9 ball players applying for membership.

Went to watch football game,plenty people in.👍Atmosphere very friendly and comfortable 👍.Quick and cheerful service for drinks,prices 👍 Plenty people with kids and other groups dinning( daughter eats in here ,she's particular what she eats) but 👍👍.Mixture of age groups. Excellent afternoon in here defo recommended.Love this place 🥳🙂

Good place to play pool or snooker. Decent beers

Go here for snooker and pool. Normally busy but you can book online earlier if you want. Also got darts and other games there and big screen for sports so all great. Drink selection is alright/average for a standard pub. Friendly staff as well.

Wonderful family venue, I come every four weeks with my extended family a table is £10 for 2-hours because there are quite a few of us 2 book two tables then afterwards we sit in the lounge chairs have a bite to eat and a pint and a natter,

I arranged a surprise 50th birthday for my husband and everything was fantastic. The food was amazing the place and the service was first class. It’s the first time I had been inside the VIP room and it wasn’t a disappointment in the slightest. I would definitely use this place again. There was nothing that was too much trouble.

Aside from idiots playing musical chairs with one another, claiming empty seats as if they’ve paid a £5000 pound deposit at the skybox in Old Trafford. It’s not a bad venue to watch a game.

HD a brill night good fantastic had wrap best one Iv ever had I usually don't eat fries as from everywhere else Says cold and no flavour here bit and tasty we will be back staff do friendly even a young man customer gave my 3 dma grandchildren some money they said they had a brilliant time too death by hot chic pudding omg yum thanks to all staff especially the cook me and my daughter in law going one night soon for the gin tree 🤗🤗

A very good establishment for people to visit and have fun with plenty of English Pool Tables, Snooker Tables and a few American 9 Ball Pool Tables at the venue... There is also a Darts section, plenty of Big Screen TV's that show the live sport and good, comfortable seating available... Food is available at reasonable rates and you can order food to come to your Pool table if you wish... Drinks including Alcoholic, are available from a main bar and they appear to be at reasonable prices too... The facility charge £10.00 to become a member on an annual re-sign basis... All in all, I would highly recommend trying the venue to see if it offers anything that you enjoy doing... 🤔💯🤓🎱👍🏼

Great bar for playing pool and snooker, or just watching sports on TV. Large selection of pool and snooker tables and reasonable prices to play. Good selection of drinks served at the bar and a food menu also available. Gets very busy on a weekend! Staff are great, very friendly and helpful.

Very nice & friendly staff quality food that’s still to let me down after about 2-3 years of visiting access to games of football on telly & games of pool & snooker there’s always a quality atmosphere inside aswell. The only thing I’d say is having to have a membership to use the pool tables & then paying ten pounds on top of ten to join the membership for a year is a little steep.

We went in today on Thanksgiving Monday. The restaurant was busy. The service was great and so were the owners. A great Turkkey Dinner was enjoyed. A small town hidden gem.

Nice game of pool. Superbly appointed tables, but a word of warning....if you encounter problems do NOT attempt to email the company as they never respond. I sent an email setting out my position, with a follow up 5 days later and they still have not responded. I had a problem meeting a booking I made one day previously, because of flooding and asked they move it to the next day same time and table, or refund my money. They refused. So I was left not playing and out of pocket. I know companies need profit to survive, but this one shows no goodwill to customers. I have reduced my rating from 5 star to two star accordingly.

My son loves going to play pool. It's very reasonably priced & the foods pretty good & good value.

Loads of snooker and pool tables and a few dart boards. Cheap for drinks compared to some places. Membership needed to play snooker, not sure about the rest. Plenty of seats to watch large sport screen

Table 5 had a massive hole in the cloth got moved to Table 10 there was still 4-5 little holes on that table. Pre covid I used to go 2 or 3 times a mouth now the common room has better tables and that's saying something.

Good snooker and pool tables but not a recommended venue for snooker teams due to the owners reputation.

It's a great place for snooker, pool ,American pool, or darts. The staff are Courteous and food gets delivered to your table while U play if U choose, and there is table and chairs, to sit and eat separately from the games area. All various sports events are shown on TV's all around or big events on the projector an screen and the TV's all around, great place for family's ,couples, an group of friends/acquaintance's

Cheap food and drinks, plenty of sport on the big screen and darts, snooker and pool available. You have to be a member to play snooker and pool and pay by the hour but darts is free. Membership costs £10 a year.

Has improved massively in the last 6 months under new management. Food is good, pints are reasonable and the big screen and sound are great for sports events.

Watched most of the footy there during the world cup when England played. Friendly staff and pretty cheap too, can't beat it :)

Very pleasant atmosphere. Food was amazing. Ordered the Classic burger plate. Drinks were very reasonable price as well. Bartenders were so cheerful and helpful with my questions! Huge sports bar.

Great food, even better prices, sport on tap, and endorsed by Sheffield Steelers what more can you ask for? Screening the ice hockey games perhaps?

Excellent venue for all cuesports. The snooker tables are match standard tables and are priced at a reasonable hourly rate. Bar and food available also. Well worth a visit!

Decent . Some dodgy tunes on the jukebox though.
