The service was very terrible. The food was not cooked to our desired satisfaction, one of the steaks had hair from the chef head. When complaining about this the staff was so rude and told us that we purposely put hair on the food. I wouldn’t waste my time here again.

HAIR IN MY STEAK I came hear with my family to enjoy a steak dinner and had one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We ordered two well-done steaks and two medium-well. Mine was supposed to be medium-well but came out completely well-done. Sent it back, and the replacement was basically raw inside — just seared on the outside and full of blood inside. Sent it back again, and the third time it was finally decent. But then I found a hair in my food. I showed it to the manager, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he accused me of planting the hair just to avoid paying. He then said I’d been “complaining the whole time” and even called my family “broke” because we didn’t want to pay for a meal that had been messed up three times and was clearly unsanitary. My sister stood up for us and told him he was out of line, and things almost escalated because of how rude and disrespectful he was. Totally unprofessional. We were patient and respectful the entire time despite everything, until we got treated badly which was unacceptable. Would never come back here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The food here is outstanding, I’ve been blown away by all the delicious foods and flavours. Thank you, we will definitely come back again.

Steakout Meat House Overall, I wouldn't say I was satisfied—but “disappointed” feels a bit too harsh. My visit to Steakout left me with a sense of what could have been. There's promise in the name and setting, but the delivery fell short. Starters: The onion rings were overcooked, with a batter that tasted burnt and disintegrated upon touch. The onion itself lacked freshness, giving the dish a stale undertone. The buffalo wings were coated in an overwhelming dose of Tabasco, which masked rather than enhanced the flavor. Instead of a bold, balanced bite, it felt one-dimensional and rushed. Sauces: I ordered both the mushroom and pepper sauces to accompany the main—but neither lived up to basic expectations. The mushroom sauce was simply sliced mushrooms soaked in a sour, acidic base that clashed with the meal. The pepper sauce lacked both richness and presence—no peppercorns, no depth, just an undercooked, forgettable liquid. Main Course: My 340g rib-eye steak (well done) arrived sizzling, but without the marbling that brings balance. It was lean to the point of being dry. I sliced around the cut trying to find fat—but there was none to redeem the texture. I had hoped the sauces would bridge the gap, but they only made things worse. Service: The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet my request to serve the main course after the starters was not honored. It arrived early, making the meal feel rushed. The server did check in twice, and I did raise feedback about the sauces, but no action or gesture followed. Beverages: One notable omission for a steakhouse setting—no alcoholic beverages are served, as the restaurant adheres to halal service. While I respect that choice, it does take away from the full dining ritual for guests who enjoy pairing their meal with wine or a spirit. It’s not about alcohol—it’s about ambiance, completion, and tradition. That absence left the experience feeling slightly incomplete. Dessert: I kept it safe—a scoop of chocolate ice cream. No errors there. It was simple, cold, and the only part of the meal that gave what it promised. Final Thoughts: Steakout has the visual energy and branding of a great meat house, but the food and service execution need improvement. If the kitchen refined its approach to flavor and pacing—and if there was an option for guests to enjoy a beverage pairing—it could truly live up to its potential. Rating: 3/5 – For the brand, the service effort, and the hope that next time, it steps up to the plate it claims to serve.

They are 100% Halal! As a Malaysian Muslim, we are very concern about cross-contamination. So to find a steak restaurant that sells all Halal is gold. I got a medium rare rib eye. Tried their sauce specialty. The meat was juicy and tender. Nagwa the staff here was fast on her feet too! Would certainly be a frequent here.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The steak was delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Nagwa, my server, was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. I stayed for about two and a half hours, and not once did anyone make me feel rushed. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and respectful of my time. It was a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. :)!!

Booked a table for 11people was told will book you upstairs as it’s private. Got there and found it was actually part of their working kitchen and really bad ambiance with pick up point for take away. Aired our views and asked if we could be accommodated downstairs. But said No.Was disappointed as ruined our evening. We left without having our meal.

It was out first time here at steakout, we were severed by a young lad Abdirahman. Honestly speaking he helped us a lot when it came to ordering it felt so easy. He explained everything proper and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone but him to serve us today. What a place to break out iftar, we felt so welcomed by him although we never booked prior to coming he still accommodated us very well. He’s a top man and I want to thank him for the experience we had. Loveee

Disappointing Experience – Standards Have Dropped - Editing Review. This place has really fallen off. The cook clearly doesn’t know how to prepare a proper steak, mine had to be sent back twice, and another person in my party also received theirs incorrectly cooked. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the food, and our order arrived wrong. Despite all these issues, not a single staff member apologised or acknowledged the mistakes. No offer of a discount, no basic customer service, just indifference. We didn’t ask for money off, but it’s an unwritten rule: if you mess up this badly, you make it right.

I recently visited Steakout restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Abdulrahman, whose customer service was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. As for the food, it was fantastic. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – a great accompaniment to the steak. And the milkshakes? Absolutely delicious, creamy, and the perfect treat to end the meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and Abdulrahman’s excellent service truly made it memorable. Highly recommend!

Good service good steak Nagwa good service

Very disappointing. More than 30 quid for steak and fries. Ordered the Porterhouse and it's probably the t-bone I've ever had. Like worse than breakfast cafe quality. Can't even say it was cooked well done, it was more like congratulations. Absolutely torched and cutting it was painful. Way too much salt, badly balanced against the marinade. Had a few bites and stopped. I last tried Steakout years ago in a different area and it was pretty bad (but their chicken was good). This was an even worse experience on my return. An insult to the braai; if they served this in Johannesburg they would be kidnapped and shot! Can go Morrisons, buy an aged sirloin for 5 quid and I guarantee you it'd probably turn out better than what you buy here. If you really must go and get steak - go to Miller and Carter. For the same price you get a humongous 16oz dry aged rump, fries, a wedge and beef dripping sauce to go over it and they actually know what they're doing. It was so bad Deliveroo who normally only part-refund actually refunded the entire cost of the steak when I showed them a photo of it. They'll probably try and defend this and say 'well eat in the restaurant, steaks are hard to deliver'. There are two other decent steakhouses in Harrow, one doesn't deliver anymore at all (only did during Covid) - the other is Miller and Carter. Miller and Carter take over 20 minutes to drive to my house from the other side of Harrow, Steakout are 6mins away in Harrow town. M&C doesn't get the cook as evenly as they do in the restaurant, but they also account for travel time where the extra resting will cause it to cook more. Arrives pretty much above satisfactory every time. It's not an excuse.

Had a nice time in Harrow steak out with 7 friends. Abdul who served us was friendly and professional. Only thing was the sitting area was cold due to door is not closing properly.

Visited from Birmingham thought id visit this place as reviews seemed good, food did not meet expectations!!!! My spicey lamb chops were mainly fat then meat! Would never recommend lamp chops from here ! Steaks were decent but overall I wouldnt come back here again! I'm a massive foodie and love my steaks and lamp chops but this place was a let Down.

The service in this place was amazing, all the servers were so sweet. The food was halal which is great however it didn't taste as good as I thought it would. The munch was like a 4/10 but my friend says it was a 7 so believe what you want x
