Steak is a bit tough but that’s personal preference, however it’s super tasty and will definitely be ordering again!

Terrible delivery time and service. Couldnt change my delivery address and the guy on the phone hang up on me since I had to leave the address I put in since they took an hour to get my food cooked.

The food here is superb. Spicy chicken sizzler dish is fantastic. Everyone who has tried their foid whenever delivered, loves it.

Ordered their so called philly cheese steak and its just your standard takeaway burger sliced into strips topped with your typical cheap takeaway cheese slices dissapointing is an understatement

Disappointed with my food tonight. Should of read reviews on the philly cheese steak before I ordered. Same as guy below. Was just a chopped up burger on a roll. Its just a burger on a roll. Tasted fine but besides the point. Expected real steak and was just a burger really

First time I ordered a rib eye steak and got a box of chips with a very small thin slice of beef the second time I ordered, a firecracker chicken burger as in the description the actual chicken was supposed to be spicy however this wasnt the case and was simply drowned in chilli mayo sauce to the point it was all over the place made my bun soggy and really wasnt enjoyable. The special salads in the description also wasnt there the chips that came with was also mushy and soggy rather sweaty if u ask me, definitely isnt worth the extra money for a more gourmet experience just like every other takeaway in longton want nothing more than your money. However there beef burgers are great.

Wow. Only just discovered this place, and we were not disappointed!! Ordered a pizza and milkshake before which were lovely (teenager said it was 'banging' 😊) Ordered smash burger tonight.. UNREAL. Proper quality, fresh and hot. Milkshakes Ordered too which were fab again! Definitely be using you again.. lovely xx

Hi had Rib eye steak plenty of Fry's maybe six of each onions and mushrooms , for the rib eye 2 thinly cut slices very tasty but very disappointed .about what you got rib eye £10 not good enough give this amiss.

The word I would use to describe Steak N Shakes is "disappointing", it's not bad, the food tasted fine, it was just disappointing. I had a cheesesteak and a double smash burger. The reason I had both was that it was my first time going here and I thought the cheesesteak might not have very nice steak on it, I thought it might be fatty or something, so I got the smash burger as a contingency. Sadly, both were a massive disappointment and neither lived up to their name. The cheesesteak was just a normal burger chopped up and put into a roll, this is called a chop cheese and is from New York, not Philly as the name implies on the menu, that’s 2 things wrong with this item. A chop cheese is nothing like a cheesesteak, a cheesesteak should have thinly sliced pieces of steak with onion, NOT A BURGER, it’s even on the description of the item. If you’re going to advertise a Philly cheesesteak, deliver one, don’t butcher the name with a chop cheese, it’s depressing. The smash burger was an even BIGGER disappointment. A smash burger is exactly what the name implies, a burger that has been smashed, it's a very thin burger that is cooked mostly on one side to pick up colour, then flipped to have a touch of heat and finish cooking. The burger that I received was just a normal, takeaway burger, nothing about it was smashed. How can you even mess that up? You just get burger meat and flatten it out...it’s a simple as that. It’s even faster than cooking a normal burger so you’re just wasting your own time, as well as mine with this product. Now I’m sure they do make some good food, as I said, it’s tasted fine, I know people that have enjoyed the food from here, but if you’re going to put 2 very famous, very specific items on your menu, don’t mess it up and make something completely different. One photo is the "Philly Cheese Steak Sub - Thinly sliced beef topped with sauteed onions, american cheese, house sauce salad of choice" and the other is the "Double Original Beef Smash Burger" As you can see, they're the same burger meat.

The salt and pepper ribeye steak was absolutely horrible and the chips were nice but the chicken steak was fabulous.

Speechless that all that I can say, the food is amazing I order the lamb chop with chips and and rice I came in early and I was watching the lamb chop sizzle on the grill. All I can say my mouth was watering and the boss man gave me a napkins my respect went 📈. Delicious chicken smash burger.

I have decided to make a review about this food outlet due to bieng overall satisfied with the experience. I tried this particular food place due to it bieng newly opened and was the talk in the community so I thought I must give it a try. I did a collection order around 6pm and the collection time I was given was 25 minutes. I arrived to this place 10 minutes early and I was impressed the food was just in the process of bieng packed and passed on to me. I went on my own so it was a single order. As I entered the building I was given a warm welcome with respect as what anyone would love to receive and give in return, it cost nothing to be nice. The atmosphere was nice inside the shop, didnt feel like it was crowded and I must say, more importantly the premises was clean. Although I must declare there was a customer inside not wearing a mask during this pandemic.. wether he was exempt or not I dont know. This food outlet from outside does not look like an average takeaway as you would see elsewhere local and the food menu is completely different to what your used to see which is Brilliant. I had the BBQ GOURMET smash burger Meal which comes with Fries and a drink. The flavouring of the meat was nice and juicy and the texture was soft and chewy. Looking at the appearance of the burger and bun, you can straight away tell you will enjoy this meal.. and yes I did. I had chilli sauce on the chips and burger and it was well spread on the food unlike some places I have been you would only get it on the top layer of your chips and anything below would be dry from sauces. The chips were crispy and I sure enjoyed them exactly how I expect my chips to be. I have been to some places where the chips a just soggy and just covered in oil. I personally think people should give this food place a try, the staff are well nice and you can see how hard they try to please their customers. The packing was brilliant, first thing I wanted to look for was any signs of stains om the paper or any oil from the chips leaking. The paper looked dry and as I was unwrapping I was impressed with the choice of box they use for the food packing. A square box with closing lid and tin foil on lid to keep the food hot. BRILLIANT! Well done guys 👍
