Visitado temprano en un día de semana. Otro cliente estaba sentado dentro y había terminado su café. Estuvimos de pie unos minutos mientras cuatro empleados hacían todo lo posible para evitar el contacto visual. Debe tomar tres empleados para servir el único coche en la unidad a través de como era el caso aquí ... . . , finalmente se tomó nuestro pedido para dos artículos calientes y dos bebidas. Todavía no hay otros clientes internos. Terminamos nuestra comida caliente y finalmente nuestras dos bebidas llegaron después de que una orden gigantesca de Just Eat fue alborotada y otros dos coches fueron a la unidad a través. En cuanto a nuestro pedido, el café con leche de mi esposa fue rociado liberalmente con crema batida que no se había pedido. Experiencia típica de Starbucks: millennials demasiado distraídos, pedidos no cumplidos, atención al cliente ausente, nadie a cargo. Este modo de servicio está siendo aceptado en todo el Reino Unido. El cliente que paga se sienta - en último lugar después de conducir a través y la plaga que es solo comer. Absolutamente evita este lugar.

Trabajo en Starbucks y Dios mío nunca he tenido un servicio como este fue terrible, ambas bebidas no se hicieron correctamente, el personal no fue servicial en absoluto. Sin pegatinas, sin mangas y sin jarabes como se pide. Experiencia completa en basura. No volvería aunque me pagaras.

Vino a tomar un par de bebidas frías, primera opción fuera de stock, bastante justo, sin embargo no hay disculpas y también parecía molesto que no sabía lo que quería a pesar de que yo era la única persona en el lugar y no iban a cerrar durante un par de horas más. El lugar está limpio, pero el servicio sigue siendo abismal, una pena.

Usado el drive a través y el miembro del personal era feliz, alegre y educado. ¡La bebida fue genial! Es tan agradable tomar una copa que puedes probar el melocotón. En lugar de ser inexistente.

Been there to collect delivery order but they said they closed but they still accepted order so driver need to automatically go location to collect the order they way staff spoke to me abuse and he said he manager he need to learn how to talk to customer been Wednesday night about 10 pm

I popped in here for a quick bite to eat, the service was great and very quick but they don't ask if you have a regards card and don't provide napkins or straws, etc. The food wasn't worth the money, I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini which was served very hot but lacked fillings, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes 2 tiny pieces of mozzarella, most of the panini was empty?! Irvine wasn't even toasties just very hot and soft. The caramelised loaf was lovely and the strawberry acai was delicious but the food was very overpriced. It was hard to find a table too as there was people hogging the tables with laptops and even job interviews and loads of students, hardly anyone eas eating, so wouldn't recommend sitting in.

We stopped off here yesterday following an afternoon at the pool in the Lagoon Leisure Centre. Went through the drive-thru rapidly, ordering a Chocolate Frappuccino, a Caramel Macchiato and a Baby Hot Chocolate - no dramas and all enjoyed. As Starbucks visits go, this was a good stop off on the way back home.

Been in here a few times as close to home however staff barely ever seem happy, tonight I had to ask for a proper mug rather than a takeaway cup. Food also given in bags rather than plates. Biscuits and cakes not on display, there were 2 trays with loads of them dumped in there. Don’t get me wrong 1 of the staff was pleasant and smiled, the other 2 members (1 of which was the manager could take pointers from her) all in all I’ll still come here but there are way more nicer Starbucks out there and with this one being on a main busy road, they could really make the most of the business on their doorstep

From the minute I stepped into Starbucks the friendly team spirit was recognisable. I explained to Steven and the team my daughter was unwell and asked for a panini with no cheese. They advised I take home the panini and customise it at home to avoid disappointment. All the members of staff went above and beyond to make sure i received the correct order for my daughter even when I wasn’t sure what the drink was called. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and good ideas. Thank you for good, friendly service!

Visited here shortly after opening and remember it being good. Visit last week (Sept '22) was a dumpster fire. Ordered a black Americano, received a disgusting milky concoction (no idea what it was). Returned it, had to suggest 'barista' make me the drink I had ordered. Sat down - 10mins later, still nothing....asked her if she would be so kind to remake, met with a series of grunts and she tended to delivery orders and other Customers coming into the store. Eventually got the right coffee almost 1/2hr after stepping foot into the place. As a frequent visitor to the Starbucks, would say that service/training needs some attention in this one.

My friends and I visited the lane on Saturday night. Once approached by a goth/farmer like barman to see IDs. All of us, 20 years of age were refused service however the barman proceeded to tell us that he believed one of our IDS were real and therefore the one friend could buy us drinks (more illegal than serving us). As the night went on we met many other women who had been told the same also all of age and very unhappy with the experience as we felt very judged. Barman also seemed very sexist as he wasn’t even asking for males ID and only refusing women.

Had a small breakfast. On the plus side, the coffee was good as was the toast hence the 2 *. Fried egg was ok, bacon barely lukewarm, potato scone a bit overdone, and the Lorne sausage gave the impression of being the cheapest quality they could find.

It took 20mins to go through the drive thru this evening. We ordered 2 chicken deluxe meals. When we arrived home realised they had not given us the chicken nachos. Have spent the evening phoning them to let them no however it is just ringing out. Dreadful experience. Do not recommend visiting unless you want a long wait to not get what you ordered ( and spend a lot of money in the process).
