Starbucks Inverness Drive Thru in Rugby

Teníamos un coche de alquiler, y queríamos un poco de café por la mañana, así que este viaje - a través funcionó bien para nosotros. Y el coche tenía portavasos, así que todo funcionó y estábamos en camino rápidamente.

Order cappuccino with soya milk , so I saw young lad pour semi skimmed milk , I told him soya !! He doesn’t read label .. he need more training.

I went in to get a drink and was greeted by Amy she was very welcoming and made good recommendations for what I was looking for. Would definitely come again.

Yummy breakfast. Quick, friendly service. Clean tables. Always stop for breakfast when I'm in Inverness.

Lovely store, drinks always top quality. Clean tables and lots of choice for vegans in the bakery and food section. Staff so welcoming and friendly, Isla in particular made our visit 10/10 with her helpful recommendations.

Love this branch, staff are always super friendly and chatty. Coffee is also great too. Five stars from me!

Nice staff, good restaurant, however the prices are outrageous. Please explain how your drinks are in some cases more than 30p more expensive than Starbucks in Edinburgh and London ! Seems all the Inverness Starbucks are a franchise and more expensive. Come on I know prices are on the up, but you are ripping off local people, by putting an extra tax on folk living in the Highlands.

The best staff, really nice and friendly, And they always make the best white chocolate mocca 😋😋!!

I love it it was ready in 1 second and they give us pappucino for my Shih Tzu from the vet (they give her worm's tablet into mouths in fluid form)😿😤🥺😻♥️💘💝💖they for sure made her day ! Lovely ♥️💘💝💖😻😻😻😻💗

Use the drive thru ALOT and the majority of the time the service is quick and everyone is always so friendly. Had one issue recently where I had to wait for about 10 mins for my order (as it was clear the person was new and got it wrong), so had to wait in the parking bay. However, I won't take away the 5 stars as it was a one-off, the service is usually always great and well everyone makes mistakes eh?!

While visiting this store with my sister and friends the only way to describe it was dirty. I was the first of our group to arrive. I ordered my coffee and sat down. I noticed the table I was sitting at and the tables either side of me were dirty from spilt coffee/drinks. I then noticed my coffee cup had a huge brown crack down it which had not been noticed which baffled me as two different people had handled my cup before I received it. My second cup was dirty and by this point I was tired and disgusted. I fully understand if a cafe is busy cleaning tables isn’t top of the agenda but while we were in you couldn’t describe it as busy. Staff were leaning back chatting to each other then when they did come to clean the table next to us they wiped the table but missed the the huge coffee stain 🙄The floor was covered in crumbs and I watched a member of staff go outside with a mop bucket to wash something, it’s a shame the same care couldn’t be taken with the inside of the store. The two times previously I’ve been in I’ve also been disappointed with the level of cleanliness and given it’s early morning visits to me is unacceptable. We’re living in a very stressful time hence the reason twice previously I’ve given the benefit of the doubt but to visit a third time and there still to be dirty tables, cracked cups and upswept floors during a time when we’re being told how important cleanliness standards are is completely unacceptable.

This and other Starbucks outlets formerly stocked gluten-free paninis and other GF offerings, but no longer do so. I've been told several times "It's coming back" but it never does. The coffee's fine (if a bit pricey) but coeliacs like me are completely ignored by this global chain. Costa is no better.

Anytime I come in to get my coffee it’s always such a delight to be served by the staff who welcome you in the door. Naiomi is always on when I’m in, where she remembers my name!! And my order! What a presence she has! Remembering my sister had her wedding dress fitting and wished her luck! All the staff are great but Naiomi had to be recognised! I love coming here and will be in again for my caramel macchiato with almond milk! 😊
