So quick yet so good and fresh. We asked to move tables and they seated us right away. Recommend going with the girls for a shopping spree. (Even though im male).

Ive been to alot of nando restaurants from different areas and cities but none of them compare to the one in st stephens hull, the food was amazing!! Such good quality and the service was great. Very much recommend 👍

I took my kid here and was disappointed by the standard of food and the state of the staff. The chicken was all gristle with very little meat on it. My kid enjoyed his kids meal but the drink was garbage .

The food is so good but I would say its very expensive. Anytime that we have been here the staff are always nice.

Lovely restaurant, I'm vegetarian and thought it was just chicken but there are wraps and veggie burgers.

Visited with Son on Friday 17/04. Was seated quickly, served quickly with our food. The server was polite and made sure our visit was a good one.

Had an issue with the food but the manager was lovely and offered a refund which was declined. Food was quick and tasty! So impressed

To be fair it was really busy and the staff were run off their feet. The food wasn't great to be honest. It all seemed a bit of a rush and I never felt comfortable. The staff I spoke to were nice and polite and one guy was just going on his break and stopped to serve me.

We arrived and was greeted by a lovely young worker, there was 14 of us and they accommodated us all even though we could see they were a little short staffed. The manager Steve was also very helpful especially when it came to one of the children with a nut allergy, he took our order and the chefs got all 14 meals out together and no mistakes. The staff made our visit and a good and stress free as we had drive over 3 and a half hours, well done Steve and the team.

I always love the chicken with the lemon herb spice. For me, the service has always been fantastic. The team is always up and doing. The atmosphere is cool and calm with nice relaxing music playing in the background

The food did look nice on some of the plates, not for me though. Over rated and over priced, for what you got.

Portions weren't the best I've had from here and the chicken was a little over done. But brilliant front of house staff.. brilliant service.

What can you say about nandos? It's good chicken. 👍 atmosphere the same in every nandos. Relaxed and comfy. Service was good.

Good amazing, had an issue with payment on the app and questioned about it as I was charged 3x the amount and order hadn't even gone through. However, the money came back into my account and the staff were nice about it and helped me. I did realise that after asking this we were not spoke to at all again

The food was great, staff excellent. The back of house rest areas need work.

Always good scran, was really busy due to kids holidays yet still got seated quickly and food didn't take long at all, nothing to fault.

Everything about this nandos was great. We had just finished climbing at Rock up and my daughter was in her words "STARVING" We asked if they had a table for us and they did and the guy who took us to our table was easy going and friendly. We ordered and enjoyed our meals and came out quite full. Overall experience for our daddy daughter day was great and this food topped it off. Thank you Nandos Hull - St Stephens and the staff.

The food was mediocre, stupid expensive tiny portions and also rather flavourless (I see why you need spice). Will definitely be going to subway across the way instead in future. You can see clumps of dust in the light fittings and on the surfaces other than the tables. The staff on the other hand are lovely and helpful.

Out of all the Nandos we have visited imo this one is one of the best. The only complaint I have is the garlic bread wasn't crispy but every thing else was fantastic.

Friendly staff and great food. Had the chicken liver with the extra hot Vusa XX sauce. Really tasty and not just hot. Damn good scran even though my arse is paying for it this morning.

Really poor. Chicken was burnt on the outside and dry in the middle. I know chicken around the bone can sometimes come out abit pink but I find it so weird it could be so pink and dry at the same time. My partners was the same but she was to shy to say it wasn’t very nice. I did get a refund for 1 meal but then meant having to get food on the way home. Really disappointing especially as we travelled an hour

Good and calm environment with friendly staff, although we had to wait to get into the house. Nevertheless, it was worth it..

First visit and was spot on, very nice, staff great, food great, service excellent.

Went here today with my nephew who has severe allergies to egg and milk (so I was very nervous taking him there) and I must say from the moment we walked in ,to us sitting down the staff were brilliant the manager took care of our order and made sure there was no cross contamination we couldn't of asked for more ,so a massive thank you to all staff and for make our meal enjoyable and stress free wish more eating places were like this xxx

Ate here multiple times on a work trip. The half chicken was good, had a butterfly burger which was slightly disappointing. Staff were friendly.

On the 27/10/2022 I have visited this place, after I had my order and I asked for water, but by mistake one of my guests was with me for a first time in nandos .he did no about rules in nandos he went and put Coca Cola instead of water , a very rude staff came and took the Coca-Cola on the table and she acted a very unprofessional it shocked me, after that we didn’t eat the meal and straightaway we left the please , I all ways love ❤️ Nando’s but shame for the manager at the time he didn’t acted professionally way with us 😞 for sure I never ever go back to St Stephens nando

Very poor experience. First of all pita not available. We have ordered spiced chickpea in pita all the time. But the chef refused. Once we had placed the order and half the order was delivered we were told that they ran out of spiced chickpea burger.Everything tasted bland and no taste. Will not visit again.

Can't beat a cheeky Nandos and this one doesn't disappoint, brilliant staff and a lovely clean restaurant.

First time in a nandos and last, the food is very poor standard the chicken is bland and never seen a grill, the bread is rock hard, the coleslaw is bland must use cheap mayonnaise and to top it all off you get your food and there's no knife and fork you have to go get them yourself. If your going to charge £15.50 for a chicken burger, fries and coleslaw it shouldn't be self service you r paying for service

Nice and friendly. But very loud and intimadating when there a big football game on in the city. But is OK. Fish and chips over cooked but all in all beer OK 2

Ok despite halloumi being off the menu due to a delivery issue I'm still going 5 stars. I'm currently on crutches and struggling to walk and my partner is in a wheelchair, the staff were awesome. They couldn't do enough to make sure we were ok, fetched multiple drinks, grabbed the sauces and did everything for us with a smile. Honestly can say they were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

Brilliant service, food had to be sent back because cold and dry but once sorted from the helpful staff delicious food 👌 We had medium half a chicken with peri chips and coleslaw and hot Fino pita with peri chips and coleslaw.

So we came on a Saturday, it was really busy joined a virtual queue for a table this was not a problem, we have before, it works really well. We ordered food on the table through the app. Drinks arrived.... but food.... well I could have raised the chickens myself.... food took almost 50 minutes to arrive, if this was the normal wait time it wouldn't be a problem. However, 4 table who arrived around 15 to 30 minutes after us were served before... I questioned the wait time and was told this was normal 🤷🏻‍♂️ There was a very polite and bubbly lady greeting people at the door, she was by far the best thing about the experience, I wish I had got her name to thank her.

Fantastic food ..its always grando's at nando's

Waitress spat in my food. Waited over an hour for food and it was cold. Wouldn’t recommend. When asked for food to be warmed up the waitress looked at me for the duration of at least five minutes then walked off. Absolutely fuming😤😡

I like nandos. Food is always nice. They were quite busy so we waited a while but apart from that it was good.

Love Nandos but not a good experience today, running out of peri drizzle and peri salt, coleslaw was on its way off. Bit of a dissapointment overall for £60.

Waited 1 hour for a table. They got the table ready and don’t sit us till we asked them if we can sit on the table that they got ready for us. No customer service what so ever, they brought our food but no cutlery. Table was ‘wiped down’ yet had food all over it. After we finished our food we ordered a takeaway, the lady at the tills had wrote a note for it to come to our table. After waiting half an hour we asked for the takeaway and they said that they was waiting for us to tell them when to start. When it was clearly on the receipt to start straight away.

Getting overpriced for the small amount of chicken you get, tasty tho x

2 stars for extremely speedy service! Staff welcoming too🙂(a little clumsy also but that’s okay😂)However, got my order wrong and refused to change it. Saw that happen to a couple of other people too, even a child’s meal 😠 I understand getting one persons order wrong, that’s understandable. But multiple people in a short space of time isn’t right. Prices also need to be lowered or portion sizes increased for the money you’re paying , as it is not worth the money at the minute unfortunately. Overrated and extremely disappointed.

Nandos food always tasty.cant understand why they took all the coffee machines out.nothing I like better after a meal than a coffee.. so it's 3 stars as I refuse to drink and drive..lemon znd herb chicken beast so tasty though...

Quick service, friendly staff and enjoyable food!

We sat in a booth but along the backs of the booth's look like they haven't had a good clean in month's. Barely any staff on we were sat for ages with empty plates and staff just walking past us not bothering to ask if we wanted any desserts. We had chicken wings left over on a plate what we wanted to take away we had to ask for a box at the counter and put these in ourselves then again ask for a bag. Customer service really not good that night. Usually better in this one than the other one in Hull. Staff wandering around not knowing what they are doing also. No salt anywhere to be seen not asked If we wanted any neither. Bit of a rubbish visit really Nandos 😕 food was medioca too!!

Great as always and the fact you can now order at your table is much better then queueing at the till... staff were friendly and we got seated straight away

Thought I'd try Nandos again after years of boycotting it due to poor quality previous times. Wine choice is poor and overpriced, and the bread for the burger was stale. Won't be going back.

Despite having about ten empty tables, they turned me away saying they were fully booked and that the wait was 1hr 15mins...

Empty restaurant yet they are saying it's a 40 minute wait to sit down. Ridiculous!

Very Slow Service, I had to wait outside for 45 minutes before they let me in and again I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food

Fast home delivery and the meals were delicious. Definitely made eating at home easier during my stay in the UK.

When I went it was fairly busy but the staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming and were apologetic for the wait. I explained what drink I would like as I didn't know what it was called and the staff member knew right away. They even wrote my name and added have a Good day with a heart. Now thats what I call customer service

First time in since reopening! And not disappointed great service usual standard of food no complaints! One issue slight had a gift card which were told we could use then told we couldn't use??? Not the end of the world but....

I have just been treated with such disrespect by the man on the door at Nando's St Stevens! Despite there being no indication on the nandos website or on the door that you need to be in a PHYSICAL queue, we were told that we could not scan the QR code to enter the VIRTUAL queue unless we were in the PHYSICAL queue. We had been waiting outside the restaurant for 40 minutes in a social distance area outside the store. Then to be told after all that time that we couldn't scan the code is ridiculous! Nandos really need to have a think about there practices. Coupled with the rude man on the door who had no time to understand our situation i will not be dinning here again. Shocking customer service and the actions of this store are missleading and putting peoples health at risk by making the phisical queue a prerequisite to dinning in! Shocking! Nandos. Sort your self out!

Overall this was a poor experience at Nandos, this coming from someone that goes regularly to Nandos in London.

Always great service here. Seated almost instantly and our order was delivered quickly even though it was pretty busy inside, which is typical for a Saturday though. One order was missing some halloumi but we brought it up with one of the passing servers and within 30 seconds it was at our table. Food was lovely as usual, always leaves me craving another Nandos 😊 Every time I visit the staff are always super friendly, helpful and hardworking. Even once had them offer to call when a table became free for us during a very busy weekend so that we could pop down and do some shopping! Never had a bad experience here & would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a decently priced delicious meal whilst they're out and about.

Came for a rare meal out with no kids. Food was ok but there was flies around the tables
