my experience has always been great here. Vini and Aisha were my servers today and they were super fast, friendly and helpful. the drink was amazing too!

The hazelnut shot on my cappuccino tasted so bad!! And the croissant was soo dry and almost tasted like made yesterday as I bought this at around 8 in the morning

I went to Starbucks and got a refreshing drink. just what I needed to shake off the fatigue. Nafise, with a genuine smile and so much positive energy, prepared my order quickly without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you, Nafis, for your kindness and professionalism!

I came as a customer and placed my order around 8:20 a.m. I told the partner at the POS that I would like a blonde roast, ristretto shots, and oat milk. They told me at the POS that they do not accept the Starbucks app, which meant I did not get 30% off and had to pay £6.95, which is about £2.00 more than at other stores. I agreed and paid for my order. At that price, I was at least expecting my order to be correct. The order was passed on to a partner called Bertrik who made my order with ordinary milk, I did ask if it was made with Oat milknandnhe confirmed it was. I did ask for cream; however, he put the cream on the inside of the lid and not on the actual drink. I have never seen that before, so that shocked me. The drink was spilling over the edge of the cup when he finished, and he just passed it to me in a mess, which I had to wipe and clean. I noticed straight away that before he put the lid on, the top of the drink was pure white. With oat milk, you get a yellow color on top, not white. Also, when I started to drink it, there was no oat milk taste at all, which again is not normal. I took about three sips and stopped drinking it. I had to go to catch my coach but overall felt like I had been ripped off. After about 15 minutes, my stomach started to ache as I am lactose intolerant, I can only have a little lactose before it starta hurting my stomach. Also, on my visit, cross-contamination was witnessed. Bertrik made a frappuccino with a blender that previously had cookies and cream in it and did not wash it before use. My thought at that time was, "If he is doing this, then he must be doing this with all the pitchers too." This is a huge concern, imagining that my drink was made in a picter that had not been washed all morning was not a lovely picture in my head. I hope you take this seriously. I have attached a photo of my Grande white mocha in this email. Also No name on cup! No thank you on hand off. Also did not ask for XH!

A go-to spot for some great coffee and chill vibes. The baristas are very friendly and calm even during busy hours. My go-to is iced caramel macchiato, but their seasonal drinks are always fun to try too.

Without realizing at the time, I managed to leave my wallet on one of the tables outside Starbucks at Birmingham New Street after going in for my usual coffee. Luckily for me it was found by Andrea (I think she’s the Assistant Manager), who then managed to track me down on Facebook and let me know. I now have it back safely, complete with contents. Andrea definitely went above and beyond, and is a credit to herself and to Starbucks.

I was at the Birmingham New Street Starbucks branch and was attended to by a lovely lady by the name Sophie. She was really pleasant and nice and provided excellent customer service from receiving my order to collection. Would visit there again.

First experience of Starbucks, and to be honest it was a huge disappointment. Aside for the insane prices for all items there, i was served by an incredibly rude staff member (Amreeta). When she wasn't on her phone, or talking to her colleagues rudely (despite one of them being on his first day), she just had an attitude that screamed, 'I don't wish to be here'. I was hard not to notice, not one, not two but THREE other customers, left the shop annoyed/appalled at her attitude. She failed to ask if I had any allergies when purchasing a specific product, on i would normally eat but then couldn't as it had raisins in (which i obviously wasn't aware of). Overall, would avoid Starbuck going forwards.

I visited Starbucks and purchased a latte coffee, the staff member Amreeta was very polite and friendly coffee was to my taste would must definitely be back.

Good location on Birmingham New street station with fast friendly service and great coffee considering they are always so busy. 4 star for food and Atmosphere as the food is pricey and the cafe can be cold in the winter as essential it’s outside (inside).
