Starbucks Coffee in Birmingham

Nafise friendly and quick service made my Starbucks visit a pleasure, even during the busy rush.

Nafi did a wonderful job at Starbucks. She was friendly and efficient, and she handled multiple orders with ease. Her positive attitude made a great impression.

Been here twice recently now and received poor service, most recently on Friday I got a too good to go, as a vegetarian, and received 3 sausage baps, from rude staff, this would be pretty terrible even if I weren’t veggie! No apology no communication totally ignored, no care. Not the standard I expect from Starbucks! I’ve had countless TGTG from Starbucks before and receive 5/6 different items, so this totally was an anomaly, felt like it was intentionally being rude and disrespectful towards me.

Nafi provided friendly service, making my experience enjoyable.

Being in any train station is never a great experience for anyone, however I was recently served at Starbucks by Andrea and she made my day. She was very happy, engaging and made me feel like she was delighted to be serving. She is a fantastic asset to your brand. The coffee was ok as well 😂
