I was there on Monday morning , vini served me , he was brilliant, very positive , my coffee was exactly how I wanted it and first time ever someone spelled my name right.

Good place to come for sipping matcha latte and eating banana loaf cake whilst awaiting arrival of train. Definitely recommended.

Popped in whilst waiting for our train. We were going on a trip to Scotland so had a bit of time to wait for our train. We don't drink much coffee but Vini taught us all about the different roasts. Brilliant!! I’m now a coffee convert. Great members of staff at this branch.

Nafi did a wonderful job at Starbucks. She prepared caramel waffle cream iced latte for me. This is not first time that Nafi prepare for me She is very quick & the best😇

Visited today and what a lovely atmosphere there was, really has put me in the Christmas mood, service was amazing very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for Andrea , 100% will visit again on my next trip to Birmingham 😀

Had a fantastic experience here recently, grabbed my coffee and sweet treat, on the way to sit down i stumbled and you guessed it, my coffee went everywhere! Andrea came to my rescue, not only cleaned up the spillage but gave me a coffee free too and an extra cake pop because I was so embarrassed. Service like this in the UK is hard to find, thank you Starbucks 🤩

In ordering my coffee and using my app to pay the system would not accept my card despite many attempts the store manager Sri complemented our drinks for the inconvenience which was a very nice thing to offer as I was more than willing to use and alternative method of payment. Thank you New Street station Starbucks you have started our day at the market on a very happy note will definitely visit here again all staff were really friendly and helpful.
