Without realizing at the time, I managed to leave my wallet on one of the tables outside Starbucks at Birmingham New Street after going in for my usual coffee. Luckily for me it was found by Andrea (I think she’s the Assistant Manager), who then managed to track me down on Facebook and let me know. I now have it back safely, complete with contents. Andrea definitely went above and beyond, and is a credit to herself and to Starbucks.

I was at the Birmingham New Street Starbucks branch and was attended to by a lovely lady by the name Sophie. She was really pleasant and nice and provided excellent customer service from receiving my order to collection. Would visit there again.

I visited Starbucks and purchased a latte coffee, the staff member Amreeta was very polite and friendly coffee was to my taste would must definitely be back.

First experience of Starbucks, and to be honest it was a huge disappointment. Aside for the insane prices for all items there, i was served by an incredibly rude staff member (Amreeta). When she wasn't on her phone, or talking to her colleagues rudely (despite one of them being on his first day), she just had an attitude that screamed, 'I don't wish to be here'. I was hard not to notice, not one, not two but THREE other customers, left the shop annoyed/appalled at her attitude. She failed to ask if I had any allergies when purchasing a specific product, on i would normally eat but then couldn't as it had raisins in (which i obviously wasn't aware of). Overall, would avoid Starbuck going forwards.

Good location on Birmingham New street station with fast friendly service and great coffee considering they are always so busy. 4 star for food and Atmosphere as the food is pricey and the cafe can be cold in the winter as essential it’s outside (inside). Special shout out to Vini who is always kind, friendly and clear when you order. (Also great coffee made by Rupai)

Today early morning I visited Birmingham Starbucks and sri gave an excellent customer service, very friendly and offered different pastries, she's very quick and I love to visit again 😍

From the moment I walked in, Sri greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that immediately made me feel welcome. Their customer service skills are truly top-notch. Sri was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to my order, even offering helpful suggestions when I was indecisive. They crafted my white mocha perfectly, and it was clear that they take pride in their work. I came in here and ordered a single macchiato. I was served a long drink (long enough to be considered a latte with burnt milk. Horribly steamed milk and the texture of it looks like bog swamp water. Looks like the staff pay no attention to the coffee they are making and simply steam and pour milk into a cup mindlessly. Untrained and uncaring. This is the first time I’ve felt like I need to leave a review because I’ve never had such a disappointing cup of coffee. I don’t think I’ll ever leave a review again cause I myself work in hospitality and understand what the life is like, but the coffee I received to the one I requested couldn’t be further apart and whoever made this coffee really does require some barista training

I had a fantastic expeeience thanks to Antoinette! Her c/s was exceptional. She greated me wirh a qarm smile and made ordering a breeze. I chose the pistachio red velvet latte , reccomended by Antoinette which was prwpared quickly and came out absolutly delishious. Its clear Antoinette takws pride in her work and her friendly demeanor madw my day much better ( good c/s doesnt exist in mpsr places now a days) Highly recommend visiting when shes on duty! Thanks Antoinette!

Visted the starbucks in Birmingham new street and a lovely staff member called Antoinette gave the best service she had a great smile and held conversation very well also asked necessary questions to make sure allergies were ruled out and and gave lovely recommendations keep up the fantastic work

I come in to Starbucks new street station nearly every morning on my way to uni. Antoniette always has time to have a chat with me, if she's taking my order or making my drink. Always friendly and lovely personality.

Dirty, food in fridge stacked too high to stay cold under required temperature. Did not take staff discount for other starbucks workers, also didn't tell us they only accept points card unless you're paying on app. Then reluctant to refund causing missed train and extra £25 to our journey

Coffee made by lad on the bar was excellent however the two ladies on the till one being a coffee master were clearly untrained and did not allow me to scan the app without explaining that you have to add money in order to use it. Food fridge was overfilled to the point where any air circulation keeping the food cool was completely cut off. Overall an entirely unpleasant experience with staff who were unwilling to help.

sri, pleasant and polite service, attention to detail on name written correctly and welcoming at an early hour. Knows the drinks well even when only saying pistachio she knew the rest I had forgot. Thank you.
