Starbucks Coffee in Glasgow City

I have to thank the guys at Starbucks because they practically adopted us for half a day. We drank coffee and recharged our cell phones and then continued on our way.

Excellent support from Heather and Kai and area manager was awesome when my wife spilt coffee and she wasn’t too well after doctor visit They rushed to help They went out of way for customer care

The secret Starbucks, why "secret"? Reason being hardly anyone knows its there ... bijou, clean, comfortable, compact, and staffed by a lovely ensemble of friendly staff - plus they know how to make the best latte when you're in a hurry. More orientated towards the morning rush, lunch time office/business crowd than sit in net surfers, it is a welcome escape from the Nero/Costa/Black Sheep cheerles chains ... High recommended for those averese to the usual rat race coffee shop experience The best coffee shop in the whole of Bothwell Street by a city mile

Says they delivered at 2:20pm, nobody phoned, no notification, no attempt at flat. Worst service I've ever had on the app

I recently had a latte, and it was delightful – the perfect blend of rich espresso and creamy milk. The friendly staff enhanced the experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment.

25 min wait for a drink. Walked out

I received a completely different order than what i ordered. Kindly make sure to give correct order to delivery person. Ruined my whole day

None of the coffee was drinkable, all of it was spilled leaving a mess and empty cups! Complete waste of time and money

We didn't get our order and got someone else's instead

So it was late by half a hour and come all spilt drive is away to get another one, so not happy at all I want my money back

Driver was rude, hung up phone abruptly and was cheeky when handing over food

Bothwell street, glasgow has such lovely staff and a really nice atmosphere. Compliments to the lovely staff member (redish hair and glasses) working today Tuesday 4 july 2023 for rescuing me with water after i started to cough. She appeared like an angel. A very sweet girl Thank you sooooo much xx

I ordered at 13.51 and my food arrived at 15.20.So my lunch break was over by the time my food arrived.

There is a review by someone else who stated about the inconsistency and I fully agree. Had no issues this working week however Thursday and Friday I seen my order get messed up 3 times. Won't be using the mobile app for here anymore until I see who is in. Also the staff member who served me at the register clearly couldn't be bothered as she didn't listen to a word I said.

Delivered a Frappuccino to my work office without a straw! Absolutely useless can’t drink it. Waste of £

One of the smaller Starbucks in city centre. Would be quite busy during the working week, but this was a Saturday and was quite quiet - which suited me fine.

Driver said he was outside, went to collect and no where to be seen. Turns up 10mins later. No whipped cream on ice latte and Gluten free Panini just a squashed mass in plastic not even toasted. Very poor service

I usually visit this Starbucks about 7:30am I the morning for a Michael needed coffee.

My drink came completely poured out all over the bag. There was nothing left in the cup for me and i’ve spent £9+ on this?

Ordered on the Web, was told the driver was on site and then my order was suddenly cancelled. Re-ordered through the app and it got here no problem...

Driver spilled every drink request a full refund

Entered the wrong address, it happens sometime, Call the shop to cancel as the Just Eat app doesn't have a cancel button. Pretty helpful. Called the store and they said it was cancelled but still had to go through the app through which it is impossible to cancel. Guess what, the shop still delivered the items even though they knew we wanted to cancel therefore charging us for something we did not want. I find it ridiculous that there is no way to cancel the order through the app with ease - a company of that stature should allow control to the customers. Not only that, but the live chat option is buried beneath a plethora of submenus and can only be helpful after the fact that the money has been taken and the order has been wrongfully delivered. Get your app right.

Was sent two iced chai lattes rather than 2 warm chai tea lattes

This was usual Starbucks experience until they started hoovering all about us while we were still drinking our coffee and chatting. We could barely hear each other over the noise of it. Spoiled a catch up with a friend. They were over an hour from closing time so this was not great.

Great staff who speak to customers and know their products and coffee lore.

What a lovely bunch of people working here. Had really lovely experience which made our Day before we left Glasgow. Smiles and extra little word, also they offered us to take a seat bringing us our drinks and food. I have had nice tiny chat with a girl while I asked her to poor the rest of my coffee to take away cup. The only tiny little thing… I think all Starbucks, not just this one could make their coffee a bit hotter as ours were ( and always are ) just warm and got cold within seconds. Maybe we need to remember to always ask extra hot next time 🤞🏼 But thank you to these guys for they make others smile. 😊

Round the corner from my work, been going here for years. Service is slow to average. Today I ordered a few drinks and a sandwich. Once hot drinks were made no heat sleeves was given although everyone else had them on their drinks. Had to ask twice and eventually they simply dropped them on the counter without speaking. Had to go behind the counter to get my own drinks holder as well. Unimpressed with service today, not usually like this at all.

These guys have been troopers throughout the pandemic

Restaurant were so lovely when i called up, they explained that the driver never came to pick up the other and apologised, never got my food but the woman on the phone was so lovely and helpful, can’t complain about the shop but extremely disappointed by just eat for not assigning me another driver

Very disappointed with my Frappuccino I’ve literally been given quatre of a cup of it if I’m paying for a full Frappuccino I at least expect more than quatre of a cup full. My cup is half full al together including the wiped cream and my toastie is rock solid

The restaurant has been very sweet when explaining that the driver could not find the address, but it does not change that the order arrived an hour late, and hot drinks were cold by the time they got into my hands... Probably won't order from Just Eat anymore if the drivers are that incompetent and cannot even get Google Maps to work.

I paid for peppermint syrup - there was none. It was a Frappuccino and bag arrived with no straw either! So no syrup and no straw.

You know what you're getting with Starbucks. I just wish they didn't have the music up so loud as I struggle to hear the staff and they struggle to hear me, especially with the masks.

The guy would have been early but he cycled about for 45 minuites in the wrong place phoning me so by the time it got here it was freezing useless I order from here a lot and never had this when I phoned Starbucks they couldn’t help me with the problem last I will be using this one

Staff need training on sunflower lanyard for hidden disabilities. Very embarrassing getting asked questions when clearly showing the sunflower lanyard.

Best espresso in town, no indoor seating at the moment for social distancing which is a Shane but necessary as this is quite a small store

Great coffee and pastries. A few till problems causing a queue but not the staff's fault.

Small place with slightly tired ambience, offering the usual selection of coffee (drinks and beans to take away), cakes and sandwiches. Seemed to be largely visited by a variety of foreign tourists when we were there, as it is conveniently located for sightseeing visitors. There is a toilet, which also seemed to be a reason why people were popping in for a coffee.

Typical Starbucks and had a deliciously huge soya cappuccino. Was now ready for Glasgow!

Used to be a great place a few years ago, came in for a coffee with the wife and barista cant get it right even though shop is nearly empty, also got other customers order wrong. at this time. Barista has such a loud voice you can hear her 2 blocks away very unsatisfying coffee definitely gone way down hill will not be returning

The best Starbucks in town, never had to return coffee as they make it wrong all the time in other locations. Staff are friendly, the store is conveniently located in a business district in Glasgow city centre. Could get very busy during lunch time.

A bog standard Starbucks coffee shop set in the office district of Glasgow and I think relies on the office workers for a lot of their clientèle. Standard Starbucks products in a smart, modern interior . Coffee was acceptable and refreshing, other goods available include cakes, sandwiches and paninis. Outdoor seating also available

Pleasant coffee but the salted caramel cookie was poor

Easily the best Starbucks in Glasgow if not the central belt. Always a great coffee well made to a very high standard. Never had any cause for complaint in this branch, others could learn about service and quality from this branch.

The seating can be a bit tight, and when busy it can be hard to pass folk getting in or out. The staff however are lovely chatty amd upbeat.
