Starbucks Coffee in Aberdeen City

My mug was extremely dirty. This morning I got a herpes on my lip. Sorry but never again. I understand was busy yesterday but you can at least wash your mugs properly.

was served by campbell early this morning and he was super chatty and lovely - very rare to see. lovely experience!

Zuzzanna was amazing, super friendly and accommodating, absolutely lovely, experience made much better with the attention given by her. Give her a raise, because if every Starbucks’ customer experience was like the one provided by this beautiful girl, i’d be getting starbucks few times a day.

Campbell (downstairs at the kiosk) went above and beyond when it came to customer service. He was so lovely and made very good coffee too! One of the best customer service I've had. I will definitely be going back :)

Part of the order was missing and I didn’t get a refund for the missing part of the order so Starbucks have made money from me without providing the product ordered

Nice environment, convenient but messy tables.

Order took ages, didn’t even greet me when there was a couple taking ages for no reason. Also no straws in sight.

Drain flies everywhere!!! Avoid if you don’t want them in your drink or on your food

Fantastic service from Jack today, very informed on allergens and serves with a smile.

Polite enought lassies but table i had to be asking for it to be wiped down sandwhich wrappers were sticky and cake was dry bannana loaf :(

The young man who served me at the Starbucks in union square (small one on the lower floor)is the best and friendliest batista I have ever encountered

Driver was very rude he was shouting at me saying I gave him the wrong address even tho the address was correct. He shouted at me saying no I’m waisting his time and he didint want to give me my order. I’m really dissatisfied.

Coffee requires a little more sugar and milk to make it drinkable. But it's a good place to wait (when you're waiting for a bus, for example), with electricity and soft sofas.

Sadly, it was not a pleasant experience. Messy tables, messy floors and they've started lifting the chairs up and closing while customers were still at the tables with beverages. For the prices that Starbucka charges it should be way, way better.

Well another Starbucks where I have hit the trifecta 1. Great coffee 2. Great service 3 .A table that a rodeo clown would have trouble balancing on

Needs a really good clean. Feels and looks dirty and unhygienic. We have been several times and the tables, chairs and floors always a mess !

I had to write a review about this experience. I was having a really stressful morning, and I didn’t actually catch the server’s name. But he was so friendly, very bubbly, and asked me what I would like to order. I wasn’t sure if I should go with my usual or try something new, but I felt pretty tired from the stress of the day. I said I wasn’t sure, and he asked me if I wanted something cold, hot, sweet, or bitter. Coffee, no coffee, etc. I decided to go with my usual, an iced white mocha. He very enthusiastically asked me if I’ve ever had it with hazelnut and if I would like to try it. I couldn’t resist the persuasion, so I said yes. He then asked if I would like to use my free drink coupon, and if I would like any extras, etc. Of course, I got an extra shot of coffee. When I went to sit down to wait for my drink, he jokingly asked if I was done talking to him. He asked me to come up to the counter and asked if I had any plans for the rest of the day or the week. Overall, he made an amazing conversation, and he put a massive smile on my face, which I definitely needed! I also really enjoyed the coffee. Thank you for making me smile today!

Summary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s a coffee shop - “does what it says on the tin” No complaints got exactly what I paid for. Coffee was pretty decent, would visit again Drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ordered 2 x white coffee’s with “warm milk” did not there was such a thing. Initially I felt the coffees were not filled enough but there was more than enough milk and would not have wanted any more coffee Cost⭐️⭐️ Paid 40p extra to drink in the seated area - this was not explained to me and secondly (why??) I know places like Starbucks are more expensive than your run of the mill coffee shops, but is there really a need to jack the prices up with dodgy practices like (hidden charges)?

Drinks was expected to be here at 2:00 and they came 10 minutes early which was even better. Both drinks are lovely.

A Starbucks through which all life seems to pass in a nice busy way. Good go-to location when in the centre of Aberdeen; or when transiting through the city as it's right near the rail and bus stations.

The staff at the downstairs Kiosk are always so so lovely!! :)

I was feeling unwell and went in for a water as I often have in the past, and was told by the worker that they are no longer permitted to give water? The employew seemed very apologetic so I doubt it's their decision, and some quick research showed this isn't a new policy of the company, so presumably this was the decision of some store manager who rules with an iron fist. It's not legal in Scotland for a café to refuse drinking water.

Gotta keep getting the I was there coffee mug. Prices are great and mugs are generous.

Yummy desserts and good.place. amazing staff members. Nice seating on the first floor. Coffee s r good but our orders always gets mixed up and wrong.

My experience here is always good, but I’m writing this review today as the staff were exceptional when I had to discuss how three teenagers were constantly harassing me non stop, asking inappropriate questions and saying homophobic slurs even after asking them to leave me be. Alex initially helping alongside Nicola. They were a great help with handling the situation, even offering a free coffee due to the situation that had unfolded.

Prompt, with really friendly delivery driver. Coffee and food were excellent. Perfect service.

Food was incorrect, ordered a toastie but ended up getting a muffin.

Absolutely shocking, you place an order more than 1 hour before they close then they wait 30 minutes after they close to inform you that they are closed and cant make the order

The baristas are my heroes. Considering how many orders they get every minute, the speed with witch they serve is astounding. I remember thinking as I made my order that I was going to spend a very long time waiting because there were over 10 cups standing in line before mine, but in reality it wasn’t even 10 min before I got my drink. The quality is consistent with all the other Starbucks cafes, and it’s surprisingly not too loud here. I was able to spend about 4 hours reading my book before I had to go home

Seating area big enough even during peak hours. Olivia was super friendly and incredibly nice. The staff can definitely make your experience different. 😊 They just could improve the cleaning at the customer area.

It was not the fault of the driver. Generally it seems there is a shortage of drivers and foods keep coming late. Last time it took like 2 hours because they could not find a driver and it generally happens especially with Starbucks.

Air con was on full blast causing a very cold draft on a rainy day but otherwise excellent as always

Remains my fave chain of coffee outlets. The flavour and range if drinks is great. Always seems to have a good atmosphere, with helpful friendly staff

The food was delicious, and the service was a little speedy. I expected the waiter or waitress to approach my table, but it took longer. However, the atmosphere was eclectic, adorned with beautiful plants. Management can improve service delivery by approaching guests and inquiring about their needs instead of waiting.

Starbucks in Montrose is a nice coffee shop. Ambience is great.

Probably the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been in.

Came to starbucks with family to get coffee to find out that all the tables that was free were all dirty staff behind the counter didn't bother cleaning until I said to them do they mind this dirt the woman karoline took 20 minutes to even get somebody to clean I was in this starbucks at 4pm on 30 of April poor service very unhygienic

Enjoyed our coffees , large cups even the regular! We both had the bacon, cheese and supposed egg roll , we couldn't find any egg also the roll became rubbery as we were eating them ,not worth the cost ! Won't have them again! Will reconsider where we eat in union Square in future!

Coffee was never delivered. I got a phone call from the delivery deliver saying the main road is closed down and he wont be able to pick up the coffees, even though there's two entrances to the carpark at Starbucks. He was very rude on the phone and funnily enough when I called Starbucks up myself, they said he had been in and already collected my order. It's now 13:50 and I havent received an order that was already pushed back to 12:20. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Good. The food is quite sweet personally but very good otherwise. The place got a bit loud at times but other times it was very quiet so I suppose it depends when u come.

Despite the starbucks sign saying they do oat milk products when we asked for an oat milk latte they said they don't do oat milk. What sort of coffee shop doesn't do oat milk these days, especially since its starbucks and we have never had a problem getting oat milk in any other starbucks. Complete laziness of management!!

Plenty of space and seats for chatting, working, meeting up or just plain sitting.

1st floor shop, 4 staff on massive queue. I Know it's a little gripe but had to pour our own milk. There is no need for personal a vender machine that would probably be a lot more efficient.

I never received my order, even though it has been marked as delivered. At the time of writing this review, it has been 2.5 hours since I ordered and it has been 1.5 hours since it was marked as delivered. Someone has clearly messed up and stolen my food. I better get a refund considering I've paid for absolutely nothing.

Ordered grande pumpkin spice latte. By the time i recieved it, there was half cup of almost warm coffee. Not very nice at all.

If you need reliable WiFi, don't go here - it's been terrible recently.

Really poorly made flat white (it was a semi skimmed double macchiato if it was anything) bashed out by a team who totally ignored my presence.

Takes waaaaaay too long.to get a simple cappuccino. You have 3 staff serving and only one making and you wonder why everyone is mooching around waiting.....2 stars as the coffee was nice.

Food is total rip off. Mental prices, £5 for one sandwich.

Meget forvirrende sted, Starbucks i Union Square Aberdeen. Bestilte 2 kopper kaffe, og det tog en evighed at få kaffen, hvor gæster der ankom og bestilte senere fik deres varer. Til sidst måtte jeg spørge til kaffen og så fik der kort tid. Området omkring kaffebaren savner i den grad rengøring. Der ser ikke ud som om rengøringen prioriteres overhovedet.

Not the best experience I had today from Starbucks. I ordered pink coconut and it was literally all ice in the cup and 2 sips of the drink. I went and told them that after thinking about it if it is actually worth saying anything and what they told me is that the drink meant to be Like that and that next time I should ask for less Ice so my order was basically Ice for 4.50 the cup is still full of Ice💔💔😂😂

Came here for the first time in years today to the upstairs kiosk. Asked at the till for a strawberries and cream. She then said "do you want whipped cream on the top" I replied no thank you. So waits to get the drink at the end. Girl puts whipped cream on it. So rude she slammed the equipment down as she re made my drink. Not being the one I asked for. I got cookies and cream. With no whipped cream. Then rudeness out of her mouth said "next time ask for no whipped cream" the service in here is awful and not very customer friendly I thought. The staff did not look happy at all. Get your staff to be smiling and happy please for my next visit. If I ever do!!

Everytime we visit this Starbucks never once yet have they gotten our coffees right .. when your spending 20 quid a time would be nice to at least get what you ask for .. got two bottoms and a tiny piece of bacon in the bacon butty .. absolutely love Starbucks usually but don’t think we will be back in this one.

Great location for a Starbucks, on the first floor of this modern shopping centre. The biggest Starbucks seating area I have ever seen. Plenty of friendly staff offering Starbucks normal good range of food and drinks. You can order via your mobile or at the counter.

Who doesn't like Starbucks? Only issue is the lack of space. It can be a bit cramped and very busy. However this is easily overcome by ordering on the app... They served my order very quickly doing it this way.

It was spilled everywhere this time, only half a cup on the coffee. Driver said it was the restaurant fault as they never package it right
