It says they have parking but it’s the local shopping centre and is around 6-700 metres away and costs £20 a day. Bit sneaky and not great of you have kids, accessibility issues.

Excellent service. I arranged traveling for my colleagues. There were many people who were administrating the trip. It caused a lot of confusion. With the support of friendly front office and reservation team everything was solved on time with full transparence.

Fajitas were £18 for 6 pieces of chicken. The manager came out and said... that's the portions. A rip off.

Staff so often make the difference and they really did this time. It started with the smiling, helpful and imaculately turned out receptionist. Unusually we decided to eat in the hotel bar as everywhere nearby were extremely busy. A special mention to Samuel the barman who went above and beyond with his exceptional service. My wife ordered a spiced dish, he offered to place a note for the chef that she did not want it too spicey. A few minutes later the chef appeared and discussed the dish with her, allowing her to change her order. Her pasta dish arrived and she really enjoyed it. My fully loaded pizza was without doubt one of the tastiest I have ever had! A really surprisingly very good bar meal. The buffet breakfast today was also of great quality. All in all a terrific visit!

I've stayed here several times in the past and was pleasantly surprised this time. Room was very nice, clean, warm but not hot and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was actually very good, better than I remember from previous visits. Eggs to order and a buffet. Location in the Union Mall and right next to the train station could not be more convenient. I will use again.

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter while exploring Aberdeen for University place. Fantastically situated right next to Rail Station and Bus Station. Situated within Shopping Mall with good shops nearby open late and bars/eateries open even later. Staff were friendly and welcoming and informative. Room was clean, beds were comfy with ample pillows! Good shower pressure. Some light noise but you are in the middle of the city. Breakfasts were really good - fresh hot items and a huge selection of cold/bakery items. Ate in the restaurant 1 of the nights and the pizza was probably one of the nicest I've had. Drink choice at Bar was OK- would have loved a few cocktail options though! Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Union Square Aberdeen - When booking online ahead of time, it asked for a rough time of arrival. I simply added into the notes I wasn’t sure what time as we were getting married that afternoon. When we arrived, upon check in we were advised we had been given a free upgrade! Got to the room and there were some decorations on the bed and a lovely wee note with two complimentary drink slips! What a lovely surprise for an amazing day! Oggy was so sweet and we cannot thank him enough!

The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering spacious rooms that are impeccably clean and designed to be wheelchair accessible.

Great location, decor a little tired, noisy (ice machine outside room), toilet running , plus something squealing all night, neighbour's alarm early morning, some weird handprints on the wall... staff helpful.

This hotel is an excellent hotel which is located next to Union Square shops, the location is just perfect and next to the train and bus station . Aberdeen city has very little to offer, the main street is very dirty and the shopping is very very poor , the hotel is clean and the service is very good , i would visit again but this city is far from ideal .

It's okay if you want to be in a mall. Nothing exceptional about this hotel apart from maybe the price. Service is not the best. I'm sure there are other places with better service.The lady at the front desk assigned a room that had not been made up at first. Also, I kept hearing noises in the ceiling the first night, I was so spooked out that I couldn't fall asleep till about 3am. I was upgraded to a room a class above the one I booked on the 7th floor, room 728 after the unmade bed incident. Room was not so clean as I saw a burger king receipt which the previous occupant left and some other weird stuff on the carpet which I did not touch. In summary, stay if you want to visit the stores only.

Nice hotel but if you want a pint of Guinness, go elsewhere because it is absolute disgusting. They do not know how to pour it. Other than that, it would have been five stars all round.

Rooms are what they are ok for a 1 night stay. Food is an absolute disgrace and definitely recommend to eat elsewhere , I paid £20 for what I had in photo I felt sorry for the staff as you could see they were embarrassed to serve and when raised with manager his response was that’s what we have been told to put out. I asked if it was acceptable with no reply.

Rooms brilliant, service excellent Ian on nightshift was an absolute hero and brought us a drink when we were ill overnight, cannot recommend more

Very good hotel. Central location next to bus terminal and train. Very comfortable bed must be super king. Delightful staff. Very accommodating. We will be back.

Stayed 3 nights for a course always a pleasant stay trouble free and excellent location for my purposes good all round stay .

The location is central especially for the buses and train station, honestly you would be hard pressed for a better location. Some of the area around the hotel is a little seedy but it is near the docks so sort of to be expected and I would not expect any trouble from anyone, also the main area around the hotel is perfectly fine and it's within a main nice shopping centre. The staff themselves are friendly and make conversation which is nice, I also visited at Easter and there was a small hand written card with some cheap chocolate eggs wrapped on the bed, a very nice touch. The hotel however falls down when it comes to noise, I could clearly hear the couple in the room next to mine talking until after 1am and you can hear everything. A huge let down but on the positive the air conditioning works and the bed is super comfy. Would I stay there again, honestly probably not solely due to the noise issue

Perfect room on the top floor, great views of the city and comfortable bed, specious warm and clean with lots of coffee and tea.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of town. Had an initial issue with room on arrival, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Angus. Angus deserves a special mention and gets 5 stars from us. The rest of the team we interacted with were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Well done the team!
