Starbucks Coffee in Haringey

This is a good Starbucks and there is a large quiet space downstairs to hide away and do some work

Seems so hard to get decent coffee and service these days around London. The Muswell Hill branch I thought may have been better but was left feeling underwhelmed by the service, the waitress felt like she really didn’t want to be there and lacked any enthusiasm to serve. The coffee was dismal also and matched the atmosphere and the cold wet British weather that it was today. Note to management, motivate your staff after all you charge us a fortune for coffee and if you’re not paying them well it’s no wonder they turn up to work feeling down and depressed.

I have been coming to this Starbucks almost every day, including weekends, for the past two years since moving to the area. The team here are always so friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, it’s hands down my favourite branch. Even during the busy summer months with long queues, they stay professional and keep things running smoothly. I’ve seen a few rude customers over time, but the staff handle those situations with such patience and grace! I have never had a bad experience here and would 100% recommend this branch to friends and family. The team really make it a great place to visit!

Friendly staff and nice place to sit

This has been my go-to place for the last 3 years, and I love the staff. They are friendly and sociable. However, for the last year, there have been a lot of issues with the toilet as it is constantly spreading a smell or just blocked. It's not the staff's fault, but it's definitely a big factor that should be fixed. A cafe must definitely have a clean, functioning toilet.

They dont answer the ohone and the order was missing a drink so 3 out of four people could have a drink gow ridiculiously absurf is that if my sight impaired self can read the order why cant they its expensive enough that it should be got right its not hard

I went this Monday and i pay £10 bill got exchange of £5 bill and when i use the next day to M&S they found its fake i went today Wednesday to return and inform them what happened the staff there looks upset that she thinks i came there to lie and have a £5 and talk to manager and the rules that they will never exchange like that even though they don’t have a machine to detect fake money and the fault of them leave the fake £5 to them Not very helpful staff even the manager unlikely to the M&S staffs and manger who assisted me well explain nice and showing their concern So disappointing and to upset for the service

Drinks were melted and watery and had leaked out all over straws and paper bag

The drink tasted like heated up coconut milk. It was too hot and the matcha tasted like it was burned by the milk/water being too hot

Lattes were warm however the hot sandwiches were cold when they arrived

I am annnoyed because i ordered this order the 1st time,they were nearby like really close, they couldnt find my location and they cancelled the order.So i redoreder it and they came on time.

Not the first time the toilet is not working - Previous Saturday it was also blocked. This Saturday the stuff have just told me that the toilet blocked. It’s Saturday and so many people are coming- café could work without toilet which is not working. Previously this cafe had this problem for many months. And this is the last time I m visiting this place. Hopefully, franchisor will pay attention to this as this is the quality of Starbucks, which are destroying by such places.

Order 15 min late. Driver went complete opposite way, didn’t respond when I asked him what he was doing. Drinks spilled including our cake. Wasted our money

One of the worst Starbucks staff members I have ever experienced. She added excessive amount of ice in my drink, took it back but instead of helping me she started blaming me that I drank half of it already and was smirking. Watch out for the staff, they are extremely rude. Took a picture of the drink which she claimed that she is just following the standards.

There have been more than 4 occasions where I have turned up in the morning and they haven't been open. Each time I checked the door and online and they were simply just late opening. The service is poor - the majority of staff are rude. Out of all the branches I've visited in London, this is the worst one.

My wrap hadn't been heated up was just in it's wrapper! I've ordered this several times before and it's always come cooked.

Bacon roll was embarrassing - 1 rasher of barely cooked bacon. No butter or sauce.

They mixed up our order with someone else's. Food quality is not an issue, but sending a completely wrong order is.

Unfortunately they sent me someone else’s order. 🙄 Not sure who was at fault. I’m not spending yet more money to order it again. I’ve left a complaint. Annoying; I was looking forward to it. 😞

Just want to say thank you Starbucks for being so generous today. I complained two weeks ago about my coffee. Just eat was unable to offer me a refund but today I received a larger coffee to make up my disappointment the other week. Thanks again Starbucks for making me smile this morning 😀. The driver was also very pleasant and friendly which also made my day, thank you 😊

Love ordering from this Starbucks, made a lot of orders with them recently and they haven't gotten one wrong or ever forgotten an item and their baked treats are always good. Thanks again guys

missing third drink - not giving me an option to say anywhere else

This is a nice Starbucks based in muswell Hill on the Broadway plenty of parking off the side roads and the staff are friendly and attentive a lot cleaner than most of the Starbucks in the area

I've been to this particular branch a good couple of times and I must say that the staff are very patient and amiable!. I would usually order the white chocolate mocha ( I ask for 2 pumps of syrup as I don't like my drinks too sweet). Lately, I've been ordering the two new dairy-free drinks on the block along with a cheeky treat ( my fave being the Cinnamon cream cheese muffin and caramelised biscuit loaf). Both treats taste moreish and they almost melt in your mouth but are not overly sweet, which I like. Lastly, I must give my biggest thanks to the Barista Maria who makes the best coffee!!!!

Lovely staff. Coffee is grand for what it is.

Not only was the order over an hour late but I order 2 toffee nut muffins and a toffee nut CREAM Frappuccino but instead they sent 2 blueberry muffins and a coffee Frappuccino. When I called to find out why the entire order was wrong, the woman decided to laugh about it and joke with the store manager whilst I’m still on the phone. Not happy at all

Unclean. Miserable staff. Ice latte means a cup of ice with a tiny amount of milk. Starbucks generally is no longer worth what you pay

You’ve forgot to put the second beverage. This is not the first time too. It is not a big deal I guess but just eat app makes it such a pain to receive a refund. Why is there no customer support chat or phone number so I can do that right away? Writing an email feels a bit extra.

Some one didn't put the lid on one of the coffees properly or the driver was rough but I lost half the coffee

Their Deliveroo phone number points to some other Starbucks across town and they haven't updated it in over half year. Outdated people seem to work there.

Honestly best Starbucks I've been to and I've gone to many. They make the drinks proper. Not a long wait from taking order to being given your drink. Friendly staff.

This is my 5th time receiving the wrong order. One or two times is understandable but I now I end up wasting £5 on a drink every time. I’ve ordered caramel latte with white mocha sauce. It came with no caramel syrup and no white mocha sauce - just a ice latte. This is extremely frustrating

My coffee was awful wasn’t even tasting like coffee. It had a taste of burned down coffee and that was all that could feel. The worst coffee I got from this brunch. In Islington they’ve done an amazing coffee with a completely different taste. I don’t know what is going wrong with this shop. They should clean their machines much more regularly. It’s a shame to pay for a coffee £5 and not even enjoy it.

Very disappointed my delivery spilled everywhere and no coffee arrived. I have contact just eat and no refund was processed. Not a happy customer. I had to rate it one star as I couldn’t submit this.

Small local coffeehouse friendly staff with a excellent selection of quality Coffee from experienced batistas..

Always delivered perfectly. No coffee spilled which is rare, other places take note.

I really like Starbucks but the Frapp I ordered was tasteless

I paid 50p extra for whipped cream on top which I didn’t get. But over all it was nicely made.

Next time I order a large matcha latte please make sure it doesn’t look like small one. I don’t know if Starbucks have become greedy but my drink was half full.

Absolutely horrendous service from these ladies every day not a single day do I come to get my coffee and leave happy, apart from the small lady with the curly blonde hair and the manager they are lost, the small blonde lady with short straight hair is Terrible and rude she needs to learn how to make a coffee, I ask for a lattè I get a cappuccino, prices never stay the same it's either up or down even though my order is exactly the same every morning Starbucks do something about this I am not the only unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!
