Extremely appalling service. As an executive traveling over 70k miles a year across the UK, I use Starbucks for my coffee breaks very regularly. Furthermore, I am a long term SBUX share holder…. Very sad to see the atrocious quality of service at this branch, easily and exceptionally the worst service in a Starbucks I have encountered in the UK or overseas. Don’t have time to go into details but I strongly suggest Franchisee look at the calibre of staff on the morning of Saturday 24th August (especially the elderly woman at the drive-through)if they care about the profitability of their business!

I have been here on quite few occasions now and have to say won't be back. No-one in queue but had to wait a couple of minutes while the staff finished their conversation and acknowledge I was there. Repeat order thrice as staff not listening . Again had to wait for drinks whilst staff had further conversations ( if you can't work and talk don't talk). Cakes in bag even though sitting in ( all 7 plates were out) Service was slow and awful don't go if you are in a hurry. Otherwise just starbuck stuff though more limited.

We stopped to charge the car, and, given the option of KFC or Starbucks while we waited, we chose Starbucks. We ordered a small americano and a small tea. The coffee was far too large, and thus horribly watered down to tastelessness. The tea was £3, so I thought it would come in a pot, and hopefully of good quality. Maybe even loose tea. Silly me. A teabag in a cup, brewed at the wrong temperature. It was a dull brown colour - none of that hint of pink that comes with quality - and sharp, with none of the natural sweetness of proper tea. Both were served in disposable cups, despite the fact we were sitting in. Absolutely awful.

5 young members of staff on but only 2 actually doing anything. Not a single smile between them until their mates came in (obviously another staff member) who helped themselves to drinks for them and themselves. Another came I shortly after who managed to jump the queue over paying customers. Worst experience I've ever had in a Starbucks. Thankfully you can't mess up a coffee!

First time visit today, very nice facilities but all down hill after that. Very slow service with drive through customers being treated as priority, (why ?) the bacon roll was terrible in quality, quantity and over priced all served by emotionless staff. Next time I am in area will visit Greggs across the road, cheaper and has to be better. Will not be back.

Abysmal service. Joined drive through queue to be advised of 10 min wait and asked if we wished to order. We opted not to but we're then held in the queue as the car in front was waiting, which could have easily been resolved by asking the customer to park in the car park. No apology offered and no sense of customer service.

This franchise really does go from bad to worse & that will be our last attempt here. On this visit we entered, no customers in front but 3 employees making drive thru orders, no issues there. 5 minutes pass, zero acknowledgment from any staff as they continue to make & take new orders from drive thru, 10 minutes later we leave. This is a service driven industry & they have now reached all time poor levels, it’s a shame because there are some food staff there, clearly lacking direction & good management.

Disengaged team of staff delivering terrible customer service. I witnessed staff ignoring and tutting and rolling their eyes at customers. One member of staff stood shouting across the store to an elderly disabled customer that her order was ready, then looked at her colleagues in disgust as if to say "is it me"?, as the woman hadn't realised she was talking at her, when the polite/correct thing to do would have been to take it to her. The store cleanliness was poor, no napkins at all, dirty tables, rubbish left lying. Store was not busy, but staff looked like they were hungover and couldn't be bothered. Shift supervisor snapped at a colleague at one point. I used to be a frequent customer but sadly, the place has gone downhill.

Awful experience. I placed my order and waited to be greeted by a sour faced individual. This person served me a cappuccino instead of a frappiccino and when questioned about said order decided to tell that's not what I said. (Seen as I went in for a cold drink I think I know what was said). Secondly whilst waiting on the other drinks there where approximately 5 different customers waiting and all we got was a mumble of some sort of description of the drinks. I was stressed as I nearly had someone else's drink 3 times. How hard can it be 🤬

Ordered 2 drinks, mediums for both, total came to £10.20!!! Would’ve been cheaper going for a couple of pints. I’ve visited this place a number of times for the odd drink but this will be the last. I don’t know who sets the pricing but £10.20 for two drinks, one of which is essentially pre made with ice and the other coffee requires little human skill to prepare as the machine is fairly automated, is absolutely ridiculous. At least in Costa you see an actual coffee being properly prepared, their prices are significantly cheaper and the coffee is better too. At least half my visits have ended without actually purchasing anything as their card machine was down. No fault of the staff but something the franchisee should have had sorted out by now, possibly too busy sunning themselves on a far away beach off of the profits of their captive audience. Save yourself some money and go across the road to the McDonalds for your coffee, it’s significantly cheaper and tastes pretty good too. But then again, any Port in a storm I suppose…

The service was pretty fast and was way better than the super-slow Kirkcaldy Starbucks. This Starbucks is near the Angus House and it's good to have something strong from Starbucks before attending a meeting at the Angus House. The customer service was fine. I ordered a cookies and cream Frappe and a Butter Croissant and both were up to the mark. The tables were also clean and there were lots of spaces when I visited.

Really disappointed to try and pop in here for coffee on our road trip to discover that this is the only Starbucks we've ever come across which is not dog friendly. So a nice visit turned into one of us being essentially kicked out, so my partner waiting outside with our well behaved dog while I watched the server run out of cream then not be bothered to make more, serving us one full frappucuno and one deflated looking attempt; couldn't be bothered arguing since partner and dog waiting outside so just left, but probably wouldn't bother going back. Apparently it's "often the case that people walk in with their dogs cause they're allowed in other Starbucks" so... maybe a sign or perhaps a review of policy??

It's been a few weeks since i popped by this starbucks for a coffee, I am very pleased to say that the staff were very pleasant and smiling - which is nice !! the cafe was clean and tidy the coffee working area was also very clean, cakes well presented and kept clear of flies which can be a problem in hot weather !! the staff were very diligent and there was a very nice friendly ambience in the place - it is back in my top 3 starbucks in Scotland now !! Great !!!

Arrived at 1730 on a Friday evening as Google states the store is open until 2000 and I was shoo'd away from the door. Turns out this store picks and chooses when they are fully open or if its just drive thru only. No sign on the door or any clarification. No interest in customer service whatsoever. I know this sounds petty but when you drive a lorry which is around 50ft long and 14ft high, the drive thru isn't really an option.

Was good up until recently. Over the last few weeks omega, some staff do not seem bothered about the job at all. People leaving because they're not getting served. Tables not cleared. Ordered a finger buffet for my 60th birthday as was having a few friends round and didn’t want to cook - Leona and her staff certainly didn’t disappoint. The food supplied was amazing - well presented, tasty and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fuss free home buffet and will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Leona 🥰

We stopped for lunch on the road north after a lengthy drive. We have been several times before and everything was fine but NEVER again!! Food was very poor quality and we will not return. I had fish and chips..the fish was over cooked and dry and the chips had obviously been sitting forever, they were like cardboard, chewy and horrible. My husband had macaroni and garlic bread, he declined the chips but his plate was served with chips on it. The cheese sauce had split and was tasteless and the garlic bread was so hard it was inedible. Just under £30 for 2 meals and 2 drinks was not cheap for a lunch that couldn’t be eaten! We were that exhausted and just wanted home so we left without complaining but we definitely will not be back.

On the two occasions I've had food delivered from here, which was about six months ago and tonight, both times the food did not arrive at the pre-booked time, when called to chase up was told it was already on its way, both times this was a lie and another call an hour later reassured me it was now on its way. Both times I assumed they must have forgotten to do the pre orders and so we would have a late hot meal. Both times the meal was ice cold, not a hint of warmth on it!! Add to that all the missing items that were 'not worth bringing round' it has been the final nail in the coffin. I didn't leave a review the first time because we all have bad nights but it's now clear that they actually just are consistently awful and have the pattern of lying to the customers. A bit of advice for the shop, if the meal will be over an hour late just say that. kids and adults can cope better knowing our food will not be here for ages rather than hovering about waiting on it, getting more and more frustrated...and a bigger bit of advice, if you want customers to return make sure they get all their meals and that they are HOT or even remotely warm! Also should add the food is not good goodluck to anyone waiting for a delivery!

Always good food when I order from here. really nice spices with good heat when delivered.
