Actually quite embarrassing how incompetent these people are. If you mobile order, the sticker prints out with the customisations already so how hard is it to read them and do your job properly? Not sure if it’s due to the franchise managers not caring about the beverage quality being handed out of their stores or what but these shops are so badly run. I need to give them a bit of credit since they are so consistently bad it’s quite impressive in a way. I’ve genuinely never got what I’ve ordered from here and I go back to give them benefit of the doubt and they manage to do it wrong all over again. I’m lucky enough to get a discount here but if I was paying full price I’d be fuming.

Stopped off for a coffee, and it was great as usual. Offered a cinnamon twirl and said yes for a change..... disappointing as it was obviously being offered as it was quite dry and stale. Also had the 5 cheese toastie, which tasted amazing. Service was great.

I’d never usually complain about a Starbucks considering I work in one of the franchise stores, but I went through the drive thru with my partner and ordered one of the shaken espressos. The drink itself initially had a funny taste, and then I realised that it was warm and the ice had melted. Clearly, the drink has been sitting out for a while and to be quick, they’ve handed it out at the drive thru. I know that these stores can be busy and it’s convenient to pull something like this, but considering the ice is melted and the drink is warm, it’s clearly been sitting out for a while. Not impressed considering how expensive these drinks are.

Met some friends here for coffee as we do quite regular. It was a cold/wet evening, first thing we noticed was the aircon was on even though it wasn’t necessary. We kept our jackets on as we were freezing. Music had been playing in the background but low enough to have a conversation. About 9pm just as we were going to order more drinks, the music volume was cranked up as it was deafening. Had to leave, as we couldn’t continue our conversation.

Small place. Seems to be more catered for the drive thru so there aren't many seats in the place but it's a good place to go for a catch up and an extremely large cup of coffee.

Staff weren't on the ball in terms of Customer service. 5 behind the till and still long queues on the drive through and in store. One member of staff shouted at the others to either get out their way or help on the drive through.

If I could give zero stars i would!! Ordered a pizza, pakora and chips with an extra pakora sauce. Usually a pakora sauce is always included with the pakora and a garlic sauce with the pizza. No sauces arrived and the pizza had a hair in it, which was discovered after my children had began eating. I telephoned salt n pepper immediately and they told me they did not see pakora sauce on my order and couldn't explain why I didnt have the free sauces which usually come either. Regarding the hair, I still have it as the restaurant refused to replace or refund as they need to return the full order and couldn't as my children had already started eating it. Very unhelpful, poor communication skills and will not use again. No apology or resolution. Will be reporting to the appropriate food hygiene authorities and definitely do not recommend!!!

Been here loads of times and the food has been very good un till now ... we bought two cheese pizza and they were absolutely disgusting dripping in grease and not cocked properly
