The team in here are incredible, they go above and beyond for every customer. Will always come back to this Starbucks! Thankyou for being so positive, in a job that is very demanding😊

We usually avoid starbucks as we find the coffee of the brand a bit bitter. But we were tired and needed a place to sit for a break and some coffee to get us through the rest of the day. We did not regret it! Coffee was really good (hot caramel latte) and our kid enjoyed a cookies & cream 'frappe'.

Usually takes a while to get my order. Other than that, coffee is typical Starbucks Standard, no complaints there.

There are many tables and seats. Good place to take a rest middle of shopping in the mall.

Very clean and tidy, staff are absolutely lovely and very quick/efficient. They had a member of staff on training today and he done an amazing job. 10/10 from Starbucks as always. Such a great team 💚

Awful place staff look like should still be at school plus no espresso cups so mine came in a large paper cup and the cake so bland avoid at all cost and go to cafe Nero instead

A massive shout out to Megan(curly blonde hair with glasses). When I came in this morning she was so cheery and nice and when she charged me for my order it was overpriced but I thought nothing of it as a customised mocha and a wrap is already a tad pricey so I didn't question the nearly £13 order and she noticed and came up to me and explained what happened and promptly refunded everything. Amazing lass! Thank you!

I enjoyed attending your new cafe. Only 3 stars because. - It may be just the way you make cappuccino but mine was so milky I could hardly taste any coffee. I wasn’t sure if I should have asked for an extra shot. It wasn’t unpleasant.. but no coffee taste hit. 😀

Starbucks St Enoch is really good. The new cafe/sitting area is just wonderful and relaxed. Staff are the best.

I went to Starbucks in St Enoch with my mum on Tuesday 15/08/23 around lunchtime. when we went in, the place looks good but not enough tables on the inside and for myself who has autism , I don't really cope with small spaces or busy hours. also I would like to say one or some of the staff like Lou hasn't got friendly service or manners at all towards the customers who has a disability and/or Autism. I felt uneasy of how I got treated unfair with my mum who is visional Impairment and has a guide cane. that gives us both a disappointing experience at Starbucks. we won't come back. also Staff member Lou gave me the most uncomfortable stare like she doesn't understand what I'm saying. it hurts me throughout my fun day.

Perfect as always but stuff we're to busy talking to take my order then after ordering took ages to make it as they was talking again took about 20 minutes or more not happy but love the place

One of the best teams that have served me. Especially Betty! She is so sunny and with that big smile it was a pleasure. We didn't know what we wanted and she helped us choose. Also makes great drinks. Next time we visit, we will definitely come back, and I hope she will be there.

Popped in for a Oat Milk Iced Latte, I was served by Arlene who’s customer service was fantastic. She made my day by cheering me up and creating a drink I didn’t think existed. She also put a smiley face on my cup and wrote have a great day. Will be back soon!

Regularly pop in for a hot chocolate here, the staff are lovely and attentive, Lucy in particular is really friendly and helpful.

Daylight robbery. These bites are about 1 inch squared, and they ask for £1.30 for the privilege.

Situated in St Enoch centre. It was a quiet place tonight at 7pm for a coffee and sandwich.A flat White was served in a titchy little paper cup which i immediately asked to be changed and enlarged to a proper cup🙄 A four cheese toasty was tasty enough. No complaints there. You get served at the counter on the main centre concourse and then take your tray into the offset spacious coffee lounge. The furniture seating is serviceable but not the most comfortable. School dinners came to mind but a decent oasis in which to take time out, read a paper and chill. Coffee and sandwich came to £8.50, not great but i suppose average in this age of crisis.

Now making it a regular experience, when coming up to Glasgow to watch a movie👍🏻👌🏻
