Star Pizza & Kebabs in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

We get take aways from here all the time. Now we live in Hunstanton. The kebabs are lovely and better than all the ones we used when we used to live in London. The pizzas are really great too. Plenty of toppings and nice flavour,

The pizza is disgusting. They do no use mozzarella, instead they use some really crap cheap cheddar style cheese. It tastes vile and was stone cold and only live 1 and a half miles away. When complaining to them you get a load of abuse and told you are a liar!! I hope this place goes bust.

Not sure why this place receives such low reviews 🤔 We popped in yesterday evening and had a large chicken kebab accompanied by a kofte. Cooked there and then. Polite friendly fellas. Hot and tasty food.

Got a delivery tonight for two Donna meat kebabs the meat was dry tasteless not fresh at all the chips were rock hard like they been cooked 4 times the chillie sauce for 1 £1 was oil in a tub ville the salad was the best my dog wouldn't even eat the meat sort it out had good food from you before was nice but I wouldn't recommend it as made me feel sick

I love the pizzas from this takeaway, the bases are really nice and thin and the toppings are excellent but I wish they would use mozzarella. I was surprised that the cheese was a type of cheddar rather than m,ozzarella so it didn;' taste like a proper pizza, although it was still nice.

The chicken shish is so over cooked it is hard, dry and going black. The chillli sauce is more like a paste. Doner meat is slightly better. Overall some of the worst kebabs we have ever had. We won't return.p

I honestly don’t understand why all the bad reviews of this place the food is so tasty always arrives warm and on time plus if there’s an issue with the order they are so quick to solve it ! I’ve been ordering for a few years and never thought to write a review but today after having a mix up with my order and them being so professional solving I just had to thank them in some way. Will continue to order from here and everyone should defo try and not be discouraged by bad reviews

Overpriced , cheap and tasteless. We had a round of Donna meat each , it was like leather and tasted of nothing , the pizza was all doughy . Chips was dry , cans of drink warm . 3 out of 4 of us had upset stomachs and the runs later that evening Never again

Myself and my brother made the poor decision of paying a visit to this dive. The food was very overpriced, I understand that everyone has to make a quid but if your charging top dollar then it's got to be top draw and this was far from it. My brothers chicken was like rubber and had zero taste except the tingle sensation left on the roof of your mouth as if it was on the turn. Straight in the bin it went. As for the donner, don't even go there, jeeez it was tasteless and executed as if it had been made at wohan market. Don't even bother using this place. We should have driven to Lynn.

We had a home delivery last night. We were up all night with chronic stomache ache. This place ought to be closed down. Will never have anything from this place again

Bought 2 medium pizzas last night. I had meat feast and my boy had pepperoni. He had half of his. I had half of mine then 30 mins later bought it all back up. Absolutely disgusting

Strongly recommend ordering the curly fries with cheese and garlic sauce. The strength of the garlic sauce leaves you experiencing its unique tang for hours - what else could you want? Completely worth the £5. If you’re in the area then you have no excuse not to order some. Just thinking about it now my stomach is rumbling…

Pizza and chips gross. Hardly any tomato sauce on pizza so tastes like your eating cardboard. Disgusting waste of money.

These people messed up our order of drinks which we wasn’t faced about and said they can bring it back in there own time But when they did bring it back we didn’t hear the door we got a phone call of foul language and verbal abuse from the phone operator, the driver was very apologetic as we told him what the operator was saying to us and he said his Considering the issue we had with this one man, we will not be ordering from this kebab shop again with no fault of its own but because of the phone operator.

This isn’t a great place, expensive also and the staff that work there have no customer service skills. Think Hunstanton is limited to pizza takeaways so can see why the place exists but if you can avoid I would. Oh and they don’t take card payments which during the current COVID situation you would think they would, so don’t forget your cash (cash machine at TESCO or on high street) Parking limited on street but big car park on other side of road, accessible by going past the oasis leisure centre.

Went here after a few drinks with my boyfriend. Hands down the worst pizza that has ever been presented to us. It tasted like someone had found it under the fridge, dusted it off and threw it in a box. Not only was the dough stale; but somehow the pizza was cold after we walked 5 yards to our hotel room.Really really poor.

Poor food.. on holiday and food was close so tried it and food was pink.. paid £40 between 4 and food had to be taken back

We often get the free delivery service as we adore their pizzas, best ones in town. Always succulent and well topped with ingredients. Staff are always friendly on the phone and they are always faster than the predicted time given, which is wonderful for hungry tums.

Had a take away from here. The chicken kebab meat, kofte and lamb were lovely however, the Donna meat and potato wedges were very greasy and salad was swimming/drowning in liquid, not impressed at all with these items. It’s such a shame because it let the rest of the food down so badly it will probably stop me using them again.

Had another kebab from here and really enjoyed it , seen a few pizzas going out whilst waiting, but haven’t tried them yet

Called here twice whilst on holiday for kebabs. Really enjoyed the chicken kebab and the salad which came with it was lovely too (actual salad rather than shredded white cabbage!) The staff were really nice, friendly and polite. Will call again when we return.

Had a kebab from here and to be fair it was ok , not the best Iv ever had . Not much of an option in Hunstanton though so if you fancy a kebab I’d go again. Seen a few people collecting pizzas whilst there but not tried them.

Found multiple hairs in my food. Star kebab has plummeted down hill stay away used to rate stat kebab but they no cant even serve a meal without a hair init.

Used this takeaway several times now before reviewing to make sure of consistency and have to say that it's very good. Delivery service available too, it's who we use for our kebab or pizza nights in. Establishment has a 5* hygiene rating. Staff are very friendly and the service is super quick. Just be aware that payment is by CASH ONLY.
