Star Pizza in Kensington and Chelsea

Got my order wrong. Cba to rant but the quality is not worth the cheap price.

Dry and over cooked absolutely horrible

The food was DISGUSTING. Kebab had a very funny taste to it. Wedges were soggy. Chips tasted as though they’d been reheated. Took over an hour to deliver.

Absolutely brilliant food! I’ve been a customer for over two years, didn’t realise I could comment . The food is always hot and warm . The service is 1010, and uncle the owner is an amazing man !

Good value all round, good service

I normally ask for an authentic/original base pizza (this come as deep pan as standard). However, I was very impressed with the consistency and the taste of the pizza 👍👍

I'm used to my orders here being a little e mixed up sometimes but tonight my cake was missing and when I rushed out to the balcony to call the guy back he was literally just going through the door and didn't hear me. I have called the restaurant a bunch of times with no answer. Even tried the online help and they said theirs nothing they can do so I'll have to call. I'll be calling tomorrow to see what will be done about this.

Disappointed by the miniscule diced toppings.barely any mushroom anchovies and onions and not much of them..pizza just tasted greasey from cheese.had to throw it away unfortunately..great customer service and delivery..poor food quality on this occasion

Disgusting! the worst kebabs we had ever, I had to throw them , the meat was cold and cut in big pieces that was very hard to swallow. Like if they made them a a lot of hours earlier. Terrible.

Mediocre to say the least. Pizza was disappointing. All bread and thin topping. Kebab came without pitta. Average meat and a few slices of cucumber and tomato. This really was one of the worst take aways I've ever had.

Not good at all tonight Pizza’s we’re just warm and kebab meat some was inedible, shame used to be good pizzas always arrived hot, maybe just a bad night but not very good.

Desserts are store bought, nothing special but they are tasty. I paid i think 4/5 quid for a chicken burger and chip value for money was not good. Chicken patty was very thing probably just. A Birds eye patty no lettuce in the burger and the chips were quite oily and considering what I paid portion was small

This is literally the best pizza you can buy in London. The guy who owns the place is awesome, the food is always roasting hot, fresh and delicious and I’ve never had a bad experience with this place. I only wish pizza was healthy enough to order regularly

First part arrived 30 minutes late and incomplete. The rest of it arrived 45 minutes later. Finally had a complete order 2 hours after ordering, albeit very cold. By then I really didn't feel like eating. But they did throw in a free cake which is nice of them. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again because I'll be too worried this would happen again, sorry. Nice People, Horrible Order.

Food was still hot and fresh and the chicken wings were so tasty! Kids loved the pizzas. Delivery driver was on time and polite. No complaints 👌

I would have been better off eating dog food. The advertised "large" doner consisted of a small portfion of 8 dry pieces that looked like it was picked from the ground, it came with a flatbread the ones you find in supermarkets.

Delivery took a while, but food arrived hot and fresh. Jalapeño poppers were the best I’ve had in a long time. The delivery driver was also super friend. Wish we had the option to tip’

food arrived early but was barely edible the burger was burnt and dry the fried chicken was mushy and wet the drinks were warm and the pizza was greasy with over cooked toppings

very disappointed as the chicken were absolutely dry and very old. called the place to take Back the chicken and bring fresh ones. an hr later still no sign of anyone so had to call again and then the driver came. my children had to wait 2hrs in total for the food!!! Burgers were nice hence the two star...but never ordering from here again.

The sides were nice enough, but the pizza was horrible and burnt on the edge, it just tasted of onion and nothing else. It was supposed to be chicken and sweetcorn but there was no corn. Went in the bin :(

They delivered double on one item rather than what I ordered. Ice cream was wrong flavour even though i requested a specific flavour

Food was terrible mac and cheese has been put together using ready made can food and mozzarella and the chicken looks like it was from yesterday. The food was vile to say the least. The delivery driver was also a state he looked like he has been in a war zone. The dessert was frozen solid so it looks life there trying to maintain the shelf life. I think the restaurant reall Needs to clean up its act because i have found lots of better places to give money to.

Have to say slightly disappointed they suddenly increased the price of their pasta dishes by 1.50, but food was decent as always!

Bolognese was all spaghetti and ordered chilli con Recelved bake beans instead so paid for something not delivered Very dissatisfied

Pizza was amazing something different as crust was verry verry thick.. My one problem is the drink.. i ordered fanta and got a tango instead it is a difference due to sugar

Potentially could have been a good Pizza. The food arrived 30mins late after 20mins had already been added to estimated delivery time. Pizza was cold

The delivery arrived exactly on time, and the driver was very friendly, which was great, but the quality of the food was absolutely terrible. Let's go piece by piece: The garlic bread, although in a foil bag, was cold, hard and completely tasteless. The pieces were also very thin. The chicken pieces werent very warm either, and again, they were pretty tasteless, and the texture was terrible. The "Fanta" we ordered was actually a brand called "Miranda", which tastes entirely different. Don't advertise a thing if it isn't what you're sending. The donuts were stale and they tasted terrible. They had a strange flavour that shouldn't be in sweet foods. It's as if they've been left beside some strong tasting food in the freezers. Finally we come to the pizza. I couldn't even finish it, and I've eaten some terrible food in my time. My friend and I ordered a pizza each, and it felt like, the longer we took, the worse it was. It needed a good ten minutes more in the oven. The toppings on both caused the pizza to become slimy and, eventually, inedible. I think this may be the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Now I know to avoid the place, and I'd urge you to do the same.

The food was absolutely horrible woke up at 2am throwing up due to the overly cooked oily chips and the spaghetti was more cheese than actual spaghetti it was the worst would not recommend this please even if you are dying

I really enjoyed the sausage and chips and really enjoyed the jacket potato with beans and cheese was surprisingly really really good. It gets 4 star as the chicken was really dry and horribly seasoned but apart from that was very nice and good quality for money

food was about 20 mins late but arrived hot and was very good all round.. they did screw up my desert order though - I ordered a tennesee toffee cake and six mini choc donuts - what we got was a banoffee pie and a chocolate brownie. didnt mind too much as the banoffee was delicious and my so enjoyed the brownie anyway, will just mention it next time we order.. overall very good other than slight hiccups.. A+

The best pizza I have had and quick delivery

We had a nice (and long) day in London and were on our way back to our rental appartement. We spent a bit too much time in a pub before and it got quite late. Close to our place we passed this little fast food shop. Went in to get some Chicken Wings and a Burger. More fast food items and Pizza are on the menu too. The Burger was not really good. A bit small, a bit flat....not much going on here. The big chains surely do it better. The Wings were fine though. But it really was cheap, cost us only a few pounds and the staff was very friendly.
