Come an hour late!! Asked for sauce on side as kids don't like it and staff refused to pot it. They put sauce all over the food. When spoken to them on the phone I was greeted with a rude attitude from staff. Refusing to send out a new order or even to give a refund!!

the pizzas here are amazing and they dont skimp out on toppings still best pizza in town!

Not a bad place albeit like everything else expensive and not as much for your money but great for a quick bite with plenty on offer .

Have ordered so very many many times for Star. Last time tonight! Portion sizes have dwindled down so much! And what I just paid £10.50 for was an absolute joke. No more for me at St. John’s Road ! Yes we did order lots didn’t we!

1st and last time ordering from here. Ordered for a party, wrong pizza was sent. Phoned to ask to have food resent so could eat it all together hot and was told 'No, start eating that'. Awful customer service. Won't be going back. Can also see why they have 2 star hygiene rating. I'd avoid.

Incredibly rude. Wish we had checked the reviews. Wrong order delivered through just eat, called the store expecting them to ammend the order instead they insisted we made a mistake and did not offer any assistance. AVOID. The food my partner did eat he said was average and there are much better options locally. We will not be ordering from this store again, they have lost a family of repeat customers over a meat and chips.

Really rude stuff, they messed up my order and when calling to ask them if they could please correct there mistakes they tryed to say it was me that made the mistake i have the proof it wasnt my mistake but they still wouldnt deal with it food also arived cold and late if you like to be sent the wrong food or like to be spoken to really badly this is the place to go.

Ordered from here again tonight and as always very happy with my food! More than fair size portions, always seems to be quick delivery, and the staff are all so friendly and polite. Would recommend 100%

Never usually have a problem up until last night when I recieved my food and the chicken wasnt cooked to then have to phone them and they was nothing but rude. Got offered another one but declined due to being put off. I requested a refund as I still had the food and was willing to give back to them but to which they declined the service was so rude. I wont be returning.

We're family visiting from Newcastle. Placed a telephone order tonight as I lost my brother this morning and ordered a takeaway after a long day. My sister in law, who is vegetarian placed an order for garlic bread with mushrooms. The order was placed for collection (ORDER AMOUNTED TO £38) and the guy who took the call immediately had an attitude problem. On collection we noticed we had been given garlic mushrooms and not the garlic bread as ordered. I asked if I could order the garlic bread with mushrooms and pay the difference of £3.50. The attitude off the guy was disgusting, he said no, I would have to pay for the garlic bread, full price as well as the mushrooms!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE, ATTITUDE DISGUSTING. WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE GOING BACK!

Absolutely rude and disgusting customer service, from telephoning order to collection. Wont be returning. Spent £39. They messed our order up. Amongst our order we ordered garlic bread with mushrooms. We were given garlic mushrooms. I asked could I pay the difference of £3.50 to get the garlic bread with mushrooms. I was told no, I had to pay the full price for the garlic bread. I advised it was them that had mucked the order and I shouldn't have to pay for the garlic mushrooms as it was their fault! GOT TOLD POINT BLANK NO. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!

We put an order through on phone for 2 14 inch pizza and I chicken strips and cheesy chips when went to pick up pizza right but they gave us chips and chicken kebab when phoned up and said that was not our order told them again and again got the wrong order this is the 3rd time we have ordered and they have got it wrong so won't be going back there again

Nice food but not happy with restaurant. Paid for onion baji. Restaurant phoned and said they didn't have any did I want onion rings instead I said no. Said they would refund me which didn't happen. Despite asking them on my next 2 orders for the onion baji that i paid for I didn't receive it st all. Only £3.50 ,, but its the principle. You have now lost a customer who ordered every week now I will take my custom else where

I have never stayed in Yeovil, but did the walk up with a mask thing, and was not disappointed (Tuesday night) had a chicken donner and chips was epic, looking at the reviews was setting my sights low but this is unfair, staff were helpful and polite and engaging, had my food within a few minutes (was worried but didn’t need to be) food was hot, fresh and absolutely bang on, lovely flavour, under £10 for a meal I couldn’t finish (as good sized portions) would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.... I will be back next time I’m passing through, excellent 👍👍👍

Normally the food is average, about what you'd expect from a normal kebab place. However, tonight I ordered lamb kebab meat and cheese chips and just now when I was several bites in I found a bunch of this weird plastic thread stuff in amongst the meat. Like, a lot of it, not just a single strand. And now there's no one picking up the phone, I guess that's perhaps because it's quite late in the evening currently. Regardless, having a meal full of plasticy thread certainly put me off eating it and I will not be ordering from here ever again.

DO NOT USE Awful slow service, over 2 hours for a delivery 1.4 miles away, when order arrived in complete, phoned, 45 mins nothing received. Phoned again, 3 times was hung up on, sworn at and accused of lying. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Food was not worth the wait

Terrible service from start to finish. Food took well over two hours to arrive! When it finally did it was missing part of the order. We phoned immediately to be told it was definately in the bag! It was not!Four of us checked!We were then told it would be sent out straight away. 40mins later, still not arrived so we phone again and were hung up on 3 times by a very rude and arrogant man saying he wouldn't reimburse. Disgusting service, we will not be recommending and would never use again. Ruined our holiday!

DO NOT USE. The most rude people I have ever had to deal with. We ordered a meal, told delivery was 1.5 hours, but over 2 hours later we got cool food, kebab was mainly salad kebab and no meat, part of order was missing, immediately rang, told was coming, 45 min later no driver. Would never go here again have used them several times and always been good, ordered on just eat called them two hours later and they had forgot to make our order, and then they cancelled our order was not happy as we had a hungry child waiting for tea

Customer service is absolutely disgusting order incorrect despite clear instructions n delivered to wrong address apparently 13 now looks like 15...so not only does the delivery driver argue he's right standing at number 15....but the restaurant staff answering the phone are abusive.... I think trading standards need a call.... Rip off merchants save your money

As vegetarians, we ordered what was advertised as a mushroom burger, thinking it would be vegetarian obviously - it came as a beef burger with mushrooms on, with no indication of that. Also, we ordered an onion bhaji, which was dry and tasted absolutely disgusting. Overall a very bad experience. Definitely would not recommend.

Food is okay, but very late last time I ordered.

Absolute joke! 2hrs 30mins for our order to arrive.Sent it back in the end. Called after the first hour and no apology. Just told it'll be another 30mins. A shame really as they do nice food but the waiting time gets worse every order.

If you like grease and soggy burgers go for it, if I could have left a no star review I would worst take away I've ever had.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering! Ordered at 5:55 for a delivery for 7:30 on just eat, they pushed. Back to 8:00 which was fine, 8:30 comes around and still no food so call them they then tell me it’s on the way and should only be a few minutes. 9:00 comes and still no food so my partner calls he was told the same thing that it’s on it’s way and the driver had to do a total of three drops so if our food is cold it’s not our fault, my partner then asked for a refund to which he was told to F off and was hung up on. Don’t waste your money or time here

great food. Sadly one of the men that work in the kebab shop are quite hostile and unsure why. Every time I go into the kebab shop he shouts and screams ‘get out’ at me. Really not sure why but would advise to stay away from him. Quite an angry man

We ordered our food at 6.04pm. We are still waiting at 7.43pm. Found up at 7.30 to be told driver is only just leaving. This is a joke. This is our 3rd time in trying this shop. But the delivery is absolutely shocking. Steer clear.

Just received my food. The driver was rude and insulting. I ended up apologising for the inconvenience when it should have been him. When I finally got to my food, the kebad was cold and chewy and was not right even though on the order it specifically stated what was meant to be taken off it. This lead to me wasting most of the food and wasting my money.

Delivery was a disaster. It said it paid through the card only for it to arrive and be told that I had to now pay with cash. Delivery driver was rude and obnoxious. He was completely unprofessional. He then went on to complain that he couldn't find the house number and it was dark to see. When we gave him the money and he left, the pizzas were okay. However the kebab was cold and wrong. Meaning a waste of food and money. Never order from here again.

I used to work in a pizza shop. The pizza there was superb. Star kebab are as close as they can be. Highly recommend them.

Delivery was late , no apology , just a "we are very busy" and they charged a service charge on top of delivery charge for a takeaway that was late.

Doesn't take card and ended up with a cold chewie Lamb shish.

I ordered my food they told me it would only be an hour two hours later I have to call up and they try telling me that I hadn’t ordered any food or payed for anything it wasn’t until I said that I could get the proof that I did that they then so called ‘found my receipt’ and that my food with be with me ASAP.. never again.

Appalling delivery!! Waiting for 2 hours! My husband rang after 1.5hrs and they said it was 1 minute away. I rang half an hour later on a different phone stating the food still hadn't been delivered and the man proceeded to tell me it was 1 minute away... having absolutely no answer when I asked him who I was and what my address was, as I hadn't told him! I therefore questioned how he knew that mine was 1 minute away! I don't often review things or get angry with these sorts of situations, but his lack of customer service was not good enough.

Not only was the food late but my kebab meat arrived without the salad. This restaurant used to be good but it’s very poor now, food is always late and order has been wrong the last 3 times

Hopeless, reckon the food would have been nice if it was hot, but it was luke warm at best as the delivery driver got lost and couldnt speak English... food then turned up with a different driver who found where a was no problem!!
