Called in for a coffee and a light bite. Couldn't believe the price and the quality of food was atrocious. £3.60 for a cool cappuccino £4.75 for a sausage roll, burnt on bottom £3 for a few days old fifteen bun Definitely never be back

We visited the tea shop after a long walk. We ordered take out scones and drinks. At £2.85 for a scone it was very expensive! It was only when I got home and checked the menu I discovered that I had been charged 80 pence for a tiny amount of jam. A menu on display outside the door would be helpful and would have avoided me feeling ripped off.

We arrived for a cup of coffee after walking the trails on the Castle Ward Estate. The Tea Room is in the Stable Yard and has many original features with open beams, stone walls and old furniture including sofas and armchairs. The coffee was an excellent top quality latte. There was a good assortment of unusual and delicious-looking cakes and traybakes, but we were on a diet. Must come back to sample them another time. The sofa was comfortable and the heating was good. A CD of assorted chamber music and easy listening provided a good relaxing background. They also do a small range of cooked food and freshly prepared sandwiches for lunches, and cream teas in the afternoon.

Lovely locally sourced food with a beautiful tipi setting.🌟 Delicious juicy burger and yummy flatbread. Staff were friendly and totally spot on with their recommendations for both food and suggesting we walk around the lake after. 💚The atmosphere inside the tipi is buzzing. It's clear that the staff and management are passionate about the sourcing locally and being as organic as possible and very fresh produce. ☕🍰We loved it so much we came twice once for lunch and then back for a coffee and cake..... Chocolate and peanut butter cake and the brownies ..... Were to die for.... Wolfed them down so no photo. Highly recommend Fodder and can't wait to return next time we visit Northern Ireland. 💕

Just had a cortado. Very weak with very little coffee flavour. Also, staff should wash their hands after sneezing into them.

Blue Cedar is right in centre of Ballynahinch. Locally owned and the food is homebaked with a wide variety to choose from. Ample seating and for all weather. Variety of plants to pick from after you are finished your coffee.

Although this little bus station cafe is small and always busy because of those who are passing through, I can honestly say some of the best coffee in Downpatrick is served here. Very reasonably priced, and they have specials on regularly to suit the season. Even if you're not making a trip anywhere, stop here for a lovely brew and a fresh baked good or confectionary of your choice to carry you through your day.
