Sprinkles Renfrew in Renfrewshire

Nutella sundae was not great. Ice cream had melted by the time it got delivered and the Nutella sauce had gone Rock hard. Maybe put the sauce in a separate container. Not worth £11 Brownie cake and chocolate cake was delicious though for £3.50 each.

Lovely place to take the grandkids for a treat

The waffle tasted like a microwave heated waffle, the ice cream was ok though.

Had a missing item from my order so my son never had anything, tried to contact shop with 2 different numbers 1 never worked other went to voicemail. Tried to sort today by going into the shop who have told me to take it up with just eat!

Went in & was ignored for a good 10 minutes before gave up and left. Had about 6 staff walking about doing nothing. One seeing to themself instead of customers. Others left shortly after. Go to big licks. Definitely worth the higher price point for the immediate service

Waited in store for at least 15 minutes with staff walking around but no acknowledgment from them whatsoever. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Shocking service

Not impressed took guest to visit last time. Three attempts at getting our order right far from good enough. Has this a e changed hands so many changes no for the better. Please get the excellent service and menu back it was lovely place to have a coffee and cake no longer that

Awful. I ordered online as I was 15 mins away and thought it would be ready when I got there. It wasn’t. I had to wait another 15 mins and when I arrived the three ladies were standing there gabbing. Also, I paid £6.20 for six churros and a tiny tub of chocolate sauce. Embarrassing and not worth the money. Definitely will not be back.

Best value for ice cream and cakes. Today we had munchies box and was too much we had to take home some cake. The staff are so friendly, lovely with the kids. A nice relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable and clean with very reasonable prices.

Whilst the ice cream and food here is nice, the service is truly awful and the prices are quite high. You are always left waiting ages to be served then left waiting even longer for your order to be made. The staff seem to be prioritising the home deliveries and leaving the customers actually in the store until last. During our last visit, I witnessed a member of staff wipe her hands on her jumper and fix her hair whilst preparing food. She also used her fingers to push someone's ice cream into the tub as the lid would not close. Surely this falls short of basic food hygiene?

Have had a few assorted delivery boxs from breakfast 2 cakes ect. Cant complain about anything love this we shop/caffee👍keep up your good work. Thanx

Tasty ice cream and friendly staff

Appalling. Avoid at all costs. Milkshake (if you can call it that) wasn't blended at all, basically a blob of ice cream. Cookie dough was cold and overpriced for what it was. It was also over an hour and a half late.

I visited here with my family around 5.30pm. Saw a lot of photos on Facebook and decided to take the drive over to try it out. As we arrived the server was outside the building smoking. She came in just behind us and went into the back while taking her jacket off and straight out to the front she proceeded to lean on the counter with her notepad and pen waiting for us to order. Not enough time to wash her hands. Being our first time and the fact we had just sat down it took us a while to decide what everyone wanted. It was fairly quiet. We ended feeling pressured with her still standing there and us being right beside the counter. Between the 5 of us we ordered a chicken baguette, a coronation chicken panini, lentil soup, 2 crepes, ice cream and 2 milkshakes. Firstly the milkshakes were ok I have made similar at home. 3 quarters of my sons baguette was rock solid, this would have been noticed in preparation but still served, so he was disappointed that he couldn’t eat it all. The panini didn’t taste of coronation chicken and looked nothing like the one we had saw on Facebook so my husband was disappointed as this was one of the reasons he wanted to visit. My daughter and sister moaned that their crepes tasted like egg. In hindsight I should have probably complained while we were there but I felt like there was too many things that weren’t right I just wanted to leave. Also we tried to pay at time of ordering and she kept telling us to pay at the end. Don’t know what the big deal was letting us pay there and then. I definitely won’t be back.

I am so sorry to have to write this as Sprinkles is our firm favourite! The serviceethis evening was appalling! The queue was at least 40 minutes and the service was so slow! The staff working could have done a little more to keep customers happy - I wholeheartedly understand they may have been under pressure but even a smile would have gone a long way.

Not impressed ordered almost an hour ago and only now got a message saying order is cancelled ! Its Now to late to go anywhere else ! Absolute joke if you can't do deliveries DO NOT OFFER THEM!!! Poor service on your behalf and I can certainly say will never purchase from you ever again and yes I will pass this disaster order experience on to everyone person I know I the hope that they don't get let down as we have tonight.

I thought Sprinkles was an Ice Cream shop not a Bakery in Renfrew Town Centre! They do paninis and Baked potato s as well as soft drinks! You can sit inside or outside of Cafe with your Ice Cream of choice to enjoy!

Awful customer service and work ethic from those whomst work within the shop. Chairs and tables aren’t looked after and the shop is a mess. Food is bang average so the long wait to get served by the lazy employees, is not worth the time, nor the money.

Sprinkles is always clean, with great ice cream, friendly staff and a great atmosphere . 10/10.

Great wee place for deserts, milkshakes and ice cream it has a very relaxing feel to it and great service prices are a bit high but you don't mind paying extra for the home made produce.

Amazing just gets better n better

Lovely shop in the heart of the Royal Borough of Renfrewshire Scotland. Situated on the Corner of Paisley Road and Inchinan Rd, Renfrew. Good to take your loved ones for a treat. They do desserts and light meals and fluffy drinks and colourful treats. Everything is freshly made and when you go there in the afternoon you will be blown away by how many clients it attracts. They do deliveries through the Just Eats Network and the staff are extremely efficient considering the mountain of orders they have to run through. When you go there you will know what I mean. Teenagers take over the restaurant on a Friday night and why wouldn't they... it's probably one of the coolest places to hang out in the area and they don't serve alcohol so that's also good to know if you are a parent. The music and atmosphere is always smooth and I challenge you to not move your head or start singing along while waiting in line. The owner is a lovely lady and hands on. My personal favourite is the veggie pea soup. I was waiting there for my order and about three other orders were for the soup. Honestly try the soup. Less than 5 minutes from the M8/ Renfrew or Braehead turn offs. Situated at a 4-way traffic intersection, where Inchinan Rd and Glebe St intersects with Paisley Road. Street Parking available within 1minute walk. Wheelchair friendly. Please like my review if it has helped you.

Love this place as does my 7 year old daughter! We love the pick and mix box where you choose 3 cakes, ice cream, sauce and sprinkles! Also a big fan of their banana split and chocolate peanut butter sundae! We visit at least once a week!

I found the place for coffee and cake a little bit of heaven in Renfrew.. Staff are ever so helpful polite and welcoming when I was in there were loads mums and tots I also on another visit had soup and toasty the soup did not taste right I left it the lady seemed a bit upset I left the soup as I said so sorry not to my taste. Toasty was fine I would certainly go back into sprinkles

Great way to spend a sunday, warm coffee and a sundae

Came for pancakes on pancake day. Queues were massive, not enough staff Pancake was decent but the pan hadn't been cleaned prior and so there was burnt bits on the pancakes giving it a bad flavour. Desserts are usually good here though!

Great little store with some of the best treats you can get! Sometimes staff can be a bit dry but I think it all depends on the busyness of the store. When it's a lot quieter, you'll find that the staff are a bit cheerier and up for a chat. Great selection of treats and the ice cream boxes with cookie dough are an excellent buy if you can't settle on just one dessert. Plus, creating your own milkshake is awesome!

Great dessert place for good prices

After having a few great experiences at sprinkles, i visited intending to have another good experience. With three staff behind the counter and a quite shop, i still managed to wait 10 mins before being served. once finally being served it appeared apparent that the staff member was uninterested in the customers and more interested in having a chat with the other workers! The ice cream was alright however, not worth the price. overall, my experience was not the best and definitely wouldn't bother to go back! Real shame as in the beginning it was a great wee shop!

The fact that there are 3 members of staff behind the till - yet you have to wait 10/15 mins to get served? Then when you finally get served you are welcomed by a torn faced, uninterested and severely lacking customer training assistant. The customer service received is just a joke. No pleasantries, no manners and no smile. Will definitely not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

Took my daughter here as she loves the cookie dough but this time our experience was very poor, 4 or 5 members of staff behind the counter none of whom looked particularly busy but none of them made any effort to serve us or even acknowledge us, when we eventually where served there was no smile or thank you and it just got worse, around 25 or 30 minutes later our cookie dough eventually came out, we were shouted over from our table to come pick it up, then I had to go back up again to get a knife and fork as the staff hadn't put any in or asked if we required any, after all this we opened the box to discover what looked like 2 cookies that had been stuck in the oven and left to burn, half of it went in the bin, I also have to agree with another reviewer about the seating area, it is very tatty and feels unclean, I'll stick to the cookie dough from Iceland from now on, it's far superior

Ice cream, milkshakes and various cakes, that is the mainstay of why people come here. The reason it's good and lots of choice. Got a sweet tooth then you got to come here. They do small snacks meals like soup, sandwiches, paninis etc but sweet is its ace card. You can eat in but limited tables. Weekends and holidays packed but for me takeaway all day. Give this a try without hesitation
