Upstairs in Holyhead Sailing Club with a fab view of the Irish Sea! 16 of us went for dinner & we all had a different meal (pre-ordered) it was FAB! Every single person had hot, tasty, home cooked food that all came out together & served by lovely helpful friendly staff. I have been in smaller parties a few times now & the food & service is always great, I highly recommend it. The views over Newry Marina are always impressive too!

I'm sure a lot of locals come here but if they don't they are missing out. Second time in a few weeks and both time top notch. Never mind your fancy dan places that charge the earth this is excellent home cooked food at a reasonable price with great service. Use it or lose it Holyjead. And super view of the breakwater and harbour.

We had a wonderful lunch in this friendly restaurant. The ladies serving and cooking the food were so friendly and the beef wrap which was like a Yorkshire pudding was amazing . Will definitely go back if I’m in Holyhead again.

Food was excellent, all handmade with lots of variety and excellent quality. The views were stunning, sat eating our meal overlooking the harbour watching the boats sailing around. The customer service was top notch, nothing was too much trouble. The price was very reasonable too. We had an amazing family meal (4 adults 2 children). Will definitely visit again. We'll recommend it.

4 of us in filthy scruffs visited on our lunch hour and received a nice, warm welcome, followed by delicious, fresh, home cooked food and great, friendly service. All at such a reasonable price, and without any long waits - even without pre booking! So nice to find somewhere with such a homelike, relaxed atmosphere with the added bonus of amazing views! Also a big thanks for accommodating a greedy pig like me who wanted bits and bobs that weren’t on the menu. Looking forward to our next visit to try the rest of the menu. 👍🏻 P.s. I highly recommend the Lasagne, with hand cut chips 😍 Definitely deserves 5 Stars PLUS!! Great to see local businesses doing so well. :)

Last night myself & five friends enjoyed a lovely freshly cooked evening meal at Spinnakers. Thanks to Susan & staff for making our evening enjoyable. I chose the gammon and I must say it was delicious.

Great location on the water. Very friendly wait staff. Nice menu. Ended up having the chicken fajitas. You can get alcohol but have to go downstairs to the bar and bring it up. All in all good value and very good food.

6 family members went for evening meal and were all impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the views from the windows with the ships coming and going. The staff member who served us was very attentive and good at her work - clearing the table when everyone had finished their meals. The food was well presented and cooked and plenty of choice on the menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back.

Brilliant menu made it hard to decide what to have with all the specials. The smell of cooking was delightful making it obvious that the food is all freshly cooked on site! The staff were really friendly, the food delicious and I would definitely recommend Spinnakers to anyone eating in Holyhead.,

We have been to Spinnakers for Sunday lunch nearly every Sunday for the past year. Like some others we have a regular booking there. Sometimes other members of our family come with us. They all love it there. It's home cooking, excellent value, and is much nicer than many of other local restaurants. Also the steak meal served in the evenings is better than anywhere else. Staff are lovely and helpful. Sue you deserve to do well.

Along with 7 of my friends we pre-booked our meal for last night. We all ordered something different but that didn't stop us all eating at the same time. The food was hot & delicious thanks to Sue & staff for looking after us all evening. The food is all home cooking and your plates are full. Yes you do go downstairs for your drinks but that's no big deal as the ladies & gentlemen toilets are also down stairs so why another ( reviewer ) had to say this was a down side is beyond me. Looking forward to returning again soon..

Very slow service indeed. Ordered off the specials board....frozen then microwaved lamb shank (singular) although it said shanks (plural) on menu. Shank was tiny, very over cooked and floating in watery gravy. Barely two bites of meat on it ! Came with frozen mash ...frozen peas. Nothing on the plate was 'homemade'. Second rate pre frozen or pre cooked, bought -in pub grub. Not drinks service....had to go downstairs to bar ourselves for those. Don't bother...go to the Sea Shanty instead....for pretty much the same price but vastly better fare. Second rate service and produce and the locals deserve better.

I visited here whilst at a First Aid Training Weekend, we booked a large table for approximately 18 people and pre-ordered. The food came out hot, in good time for the amount of people to be served and tasted lovely. All the staff were friendly and downstairs there was a disco going on at the bar which helped work off some of the meal.

First it is open to non-members. We were able to request the components of our breakfasts. Basically my wife prefers bacon, and I prefer sausages. Everything came freshly prepared, well cooked, and thoroughly enjoyable. A nice touch was my wife’s coffee had space for the milk, as requested; whereas I requested black, and it had been topped up with hot water. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, we were the only ones. However our experience was exploratory to find a place we could recommend for a breakfast to forthcoming visitors to Trearddur Bay. It filled the bill.

We enjoyed some fresh paninis at the cafe and the coffee was brilliant. The best part was the cookie pie that we give 10/10, the sweet treats were on another level. Fabulous quality and really friendly staff🧁The perfect pit stop after a coastal walk.

Terrible food and service, Paid £20 for two breakfast to takeaway at van on pentreath stretch, and didn't get everything that should of been in breakfast box and sent message to let them know whats missing and was told ( we had run out of mushrooms that's why they wasn't in the box... ) and I said I understand that places can run out but should tell people before paying and leaving with what thought should be everything, and she opened message and ignored me so I left it to following day for reply but nothing and still spoke with such attitude and saying having mushrooms missing from breakfast etc doesn't warrant refund enjoy your day as if to end of conversation. no apology and not letting me know beforehand could have changed things. but she doesn't care just wants money. Definitely not worth paying £20 for two sloppy breakfast and raw cheap sausages, will be going eles were everywhere else you get alot more for money and don't get spoken to like that and can actually have proper coffee and not in folding cardboard lids that burnt myself while drinking but she didn't care for either.
