Top quality pizza with a great selection of flavours. Whenever we were out in town, this was the place to finish! Really good price too, so cannot complain.

1 portion of chips had every version of cooked from just cooked mushy to burnt and left an awful greasy feeling after eating. beef burger ordered received cheeseburger - can't eat cheese! Just overall not great, sorry

They do the best pizza in town and have the quickest of delivery.

Staff are friendly and the food is always very good, never cold. It's near the town centre so takeout is simple and there's parking spaces nearby. Building is small but there is a sofa and there is typically not many people there so crowding is avoided. The menu is very long with lots of different options.

The kebab was delicious but the nan sandwich was uneattable.

I usually really enjoy the food I order. However this time, I ordered a chicken fillet burger, and when I opened the box, I was shocked to see a burger made up of cheap frozen processed battered 'chicken', and the cheese naan was really bland with next to no cheese in it whatsoever. Super disappointed with the quality of food, specially for the price.

Pizza was amazing, fudge cake was disappointing barley any sauce and extremely dry not worth £6.50

One of worse kebabs I’ve ever had. Chicken was awful the whole lot went in the bin! Only saving grace was the curly fries. £20 for a kebab and chips was an absolute joke. Will never go again!

Everything was delicious. The hot stuff was wrapped in foil and the cold stuff was kept separate. Clearly cared about his customers and their food.

Happy it was early but I/we was not ready one person in shower and we picked the time so should have been spot on, so the person in the shower got cold food as they were not ready for the delivery. Other than that food tasted nice and full of flavour. On the down side one of us didn't want a side salad but got it anyway and the sauce.

Food was tasteless I might as well eaten the paper it come in for a kebab and chips with cheese coming in at 18 quid I think the price was way over the top if you are charging that amount for your food it better be the best food I have eaten unfortunately this food was not great.

The chips were soggy and tasted like the polystyrene they came in, completely inedible. The chicken tikka naan bread was soggy and tasteless. We were sent the wrong drink. First time we’ve ordered from here, and the last.

Food was good except for the lamb shish kebab, the lamb was too tough to eat and I had to leave it out of my meal.

Delivery was on time and correct. Unfortunately the salad was so wet it made the pitta bread literally dripping and so soggy, I couldn’t eat it. Really wish they’d serve the pitta bread in a separate box or bag. The Food I ate, tasted good.. just spoiled by the soggy wet bread ..

Brilliant food, delivery time and friendly delivery guy, what else would you want?

A rather disappointing first visit to the Spice Hut. I ordered a small doner kebab, two pieces of southern fried chicken and a small portion of chips. The kebab meat was lacking flavour and texture. It was of very low quality and in the budget range of doner meat supplies. It does not taste of lamb and the meat is a combination of very cheap cuts including non-lamb meats. I notice the menu doesn't specify 'lamb doner' which also backs up my theory. The chilli sauce is mass produced and supplied in bottles, over sweet and over spiced. I've been eating take away kebabs for 45 years and can honestly say that the doner kebabs served up by the spice hut are very low quality. Some take-aways prepare their own doner meats by layering cuts of lamb on top of each other to form the huge vertical lump of doner meat. Spice Hut are sadly not doing this and are buying in cheap pre-made doner meat from a wholesaler. Sometimes cheap is no good. The chicken hasn't got a regular southern fried or kfc type coating whereby the meat is coated in flour then fried. The chicken I had was again bought in, pre-coated and deep fried. The coating resembled a supermarket version of southern fried chicken, heavily flavoured with too much pepper/chilli. The chips were very nice, cooked perfectly and to order, hence my review score of 2. Having moved to the KL area a short while ago I will continue my quest to find a kebab house that still prepares their own doner meat. Sorry Spice Hut but you really should think about spending just a few more pound on your products to build up a reputation of serving high quality food that is superior to your competitors.

Bought shish kebabs, chicken and lamb. Both excellent, plenty of salad, good value. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Without a doubt the best takeaway!! We always use spice hut and never had bad food from there at all. the drivers are always really friendly and polite to. Food is always hot and and fresh. Wouldn’t use any other takeaways apart from spice but.

Allways used to go to milenium, till I tried this one, it's really really good! Pizza pad isn't as thick everywhere else witch allows you to feel the toppings tasten, I allways eat Mexicana and it's brilliant, the only pizza shop round town that has normal pizza toppings, the delivery time is also amazing, and the staff there is really good and nice!

Not always the nicest on the phone, but pizza is pretty good. Can't beat 2-for-1 takeaway Mondays and Tuesdays to feed the family. Always calculate total on your own, they frequently charge the wrong price (seems accidental).
