On time , hot and flavoursome , best Dhansak I’ve had from a takeaway.

Usually a great place! We’ve ordered many times. However this evening food was very poor! Popadoms were soft and chewy. Chips were awful, cold and chewy. Curry was a watery mess. I’m putting it down to an off day!

Poppadoms tasted awful, chicken chaat and dhansak were not right, had much better elsewhere.

On the whole the food was tasty...apart from the lamb dishes we had we were just so chewy. It also wasnt very hot when it arrived!

Normally the takeaway is great. first problem ever but the lamb chops are black burned to a crisp and tasted burnt. I couldn't eat the. Hopefully I'll hear back from the restaurant.

overall, very nice, got the order right and did arrive on time. If I'm being picky, no cheese in the cheese and garlic naan and the overall time to get the food here was quite long(1 hour and 20 mins). Other than that, no complaints and enjoyed the food, thankyou!

This is quite possibly the best Indian food i have ever had. Everything tasted so good and was hot. Everything taste different and unique. Chicken is well cooked, veggies are perfectly cooked. Just everything was sooooo good!

We have ordered from Spice Garden so many times now that I have lost count. The food is always excellent and portion sizes are more than generous. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Food poisoning last week from the prawn masala. Nausea and sickness for four days. Food arrived quite later than we were told too. Will never order from here again. It’s the only place we’ve ever used too

2 lamb dishes ordered meat all very tough. Most of food almost cold.

The food was outstanding in my honest opinion. We are 2 miles away from the place and we order regularly from them for over a year now and we always appreciate the extra effort for all of our previous orders the past year. Tonight was a let down, after my second attempt to order via JustEat using a voucher I earned with my previous purchases (about £12 off) it was cancelled. Called the restaurant and they said they no longer deliver to the Canute Road area. Strange. Well, I was happy to order without using the voucher but good riddance. They could have just be honest, they don’t honour orders using the JustEat vouchers because I am happy to spend money for their food. Bye 👋

Very nice food, albeit quite oily. Not always consistent with flavour/spice but always tastes great regardless. Had a few different dishes from here and all have been very good. Also had good feedback from our family & friends who we've eaten with!

Good food but we booked for 6.20 and the app said it would arrive around then. I waited 45 minutes before chasing it. The delivery time on the app then got changed to 7.20 and that's the time it arrived. I had no communication from them as to any delay. Very disappointed on the service, especially when food isn't cheap.

Superb food and prompt delivery , got recommended to me by a friend and I have passed that on to more friends all very happy with it .

The lamb balti was delicious! Thank you for the man who delivered it on-time despite our distance from the store itself. This is definitely one of the best Indian meals we’ve had in Southampton.

I think this place is better than most restaurants within 10 miles. I have had a couple of delivery issues on really busy evenings but that should be expected. I've have even had taxi drivers deliver food which I can only say is customer commitment! Cant Fault the food either. Our go to place and we live in Hedge End

Best part of 1 hour 45 mins to deliver 3 dishes & 2 naans 6-7 minutes down the road. Polite and courteous drivers but I won’t be ordering again. Food was not hot and just eat “can’t do anything about that” apparently. 🚮 Food was on the bland side too which I expect but decent prices. Very skimpy on any dish involving king prawn.

Watery, tasteless curry and a very, very burnt nan bread. The onion bhaji’s were amazing but sadly the rest was a real let down.

Hands down, Spice Garden is the best curry every time we order we savour the experience: piping hot and tasty curry always. The Rogan Josh is delish!

Please can delivery driver come to back door as per sat nav as opposed to front door by the green. Front door is less convenient to driver and to me!! Thank you!! Was very disappointed watery cold and tasteless food and my partners lamb madras had no taste either and the chicken had an awful texture to the point I could not eat it .

I have not used this take away for a long time BUT once again they seem to have a very good chef as the first lamb dish was excellent. Full of taste and hot with the green chillies. Thank you

I order from this Restaurant almost every weekend (I live alone so it's a nice treat before my one day off) Ordering is easy, delivery (I do not ride anymore) is always on time, the food is always delicious and the drivers are all friendly :-)

New favourite Indian takeaway. Delicious food. I wanted to get it faster so I opted to collect instead of deliver, but it still took 40 minutes until it was ready to collect. So it’s slow, but definitely worth the wait.

Ordered from here a fair few times and recently seems to have gone downhill a little. The food is generally nice, nothing special and I would avoid any prawn dishes from here, there are tiny little overcooked prawns, not nice king prawns you would expect in a curry.

Absolutely delicious!! Rated 5 for quality and 3 for delivery time. Took an hour and fifteen mins to arrive after ordering. Was worth the wait though.

35 mins late food stone cold had to put in the microwave. Phone restaurant only to be told driver had left 10 mins before placed order 5.40pm received order 7.15 pm was supposed to be delivered at 6.40pm

Quick delivery. Food not great quality - chicken not cooked particularly nicely and my korma was extremely watery. I had to mop up the water on my plate from it, not very impressed unfortunately

The lamb pathia is simply to die for, easily one of the best in Southampton. Perfect level of spice, plenty of lamb that’s beautifully tender. The rice is fantastic, so fluffy and so flavoursome. Order from here all the time because nowhere else can really compete.

Too early about 15 mins and they didn't let me know when they delivery and I was shock. Foods is bit cold

The great food was almost 30 minutes late but it is worth the wait - their traditional curries are perfect and not too oily. Very flavourful!

Used them afew times on justeat.co.uk and usually speedy delivery and food absolutely tasty and I've tried afew indian takeaways so up there with some of the best in Southampton..well done chef and staff.. Here's a tip..try the chef specials as I know alot of people go for the standard meals as your find they are mainly their best dishes

A regular walk-in customer but first time ordering for delivery from Just Eat. Brilliant service and fantastic food, as always. I wouldn't expect anything less. I highly recommend that you try the tamarind chicken for a fantastic flavour which packs a punch!

This was the worst meal from spice garden the meal was so cold the bread was wet and soggy we are loyal customers but tonights meal was terrible arrived 35 Minutes lare in a Uber taxi who had meals lined up on back seat not in containers to keep it warm
