Ordered tonight for take away delivery. Spoke to such a friendly person . Didn’t know what to order - never seen such an extensive menu so ordered a selection of both mains and starters . We couldn’t manage it all but what we did have was excellent, really tasty , the best onion Bhaji , garlic chilli chicken ever tasted . Will definitely be recommending !

This is our favourite place for good quality authentic Curry. The food is always fresh, hot, tasty and fairly priced. The owner and staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. The food always come early/on time. Portions are very generous too. I can't recommend this place enough!

We've had a few takeaways from here now & it's honestly one of nicest currys we've had! I've done collections for our orders & the staff are so friendly and the food is always piping hot and so fresh tasting. The side dishes are just as good as the main dishes We wouldn't go elsewhere now for our indian takeway!

I have tried most of the curry places in the area over the years but spicebox in my opinion is by far the best, the food is supherb across the menu from the currys to the grilled starters, always had friendly encounters with the guys that work there and when i order over just eat they always read the order notes and always make my chicken shashlik bhuna vindaloo hot 😂

Food is unreal. Wasn’t sure what to order called and spoke to a lovely man Kay on the phone, had chicken Balti with spinach slight hot, best Balti I’ve had, kebab also amazing. Can not fault! Came quickly, delivery lady lovely also. Thanks again will defo order weekly from now.

Also manage very well with huge orders therefore I definitely recommend for an event or family gathering. Your call is always connected very quickly as well as answered kindly and patiently, they are always happy to take your order. Additionally your food is guaranteed to arrive hot and within the time they have provided. I would argue that this is the number one place to head for a reliable and delicious takeaway in Birmingham. The first time I had a curry from here I was so impressed that I actually phoned them up to tell them how much I had enjoyed it. Highly recommended the chicken Dansak. Needless to say that this is the only Indian takeaway I will use now.

Every time we order from spice box we are impressed. The food arrives fast and hot and always delicious. According to a member of my family spicebox have the best chicken pathia he has ever had! We order from them a lot and have been recognised as loyal customers and have been rewarded for it whether that be with extra mint yogurt or whole curry’s! Safe to say when we want a curry we come to you guys!

This is by far the best Indian takeaway in the area I've ate from hundreds of different places all over birmingham me and my family are curry munchers to say the least. This place is 1010 get what ya pay for and the flavours unreal. Kitchen staff all friendly and the boss man is a real G. You will not be disappointed if you order. Thanks again boss man. We won a £20 voucher through our school raffle. Food was absolutely excellent, good sized portions, great value for money and the service received was great. Our bill was a little over the voucher but they didn’t charge us the extra. Definitely will be eating from there again.

If haribo made curry this would be it. Following on from this review the owner breached GDPR regulations and used my phone number from the order to call me and chastise my review and explain how I was wrong. This probably explains the good reviews, as he attacks customers who leave bad reviews and strongly suggests that they remove them or update them based on their mistakes. If you read this Mr Owner, if you contact me again I will get in touch with the police and the ICO, and one bad review is pretty insignificant given how you have bullied yourself to so many good ones. Best of luck but your food is truly awful.

Ordered and collected on 16/9 hassle free. Food was delicious and staff were really friendly. Potato aloo was amazing! Leftovers were even better the next day! Will definitely be ordering take out again😄 just eat order-chloe

Wow! It's a great little takeaway that has just opened round the corner from our house. The smells wafting from the door entice you in more effectively than a pied Piper. The chef's cook the food in front of your eyes and it's pukka scran. I had Lamb Acharri with garlic fried rice and poppadoms and it was one of my best experiences of the dish. Loads of meat in the meal and Mrs T and I are bursting now 😅😂🤣 It's still ace 👍

After hearing some fantastic recommendations i tried Spice Box tonight for the first time and from the moment i walked in i could watch all food being prepared and cooked, it was extremely clean, staff very polite and friendly and the food was all being cooked very authentically and the guys in there were very organised and efficient. I had a Lamb tikka starter and a Lamb balti with Pilau rice. I was blown away, everything was perfect, the mint sauce the best, lovely sized portion of fresh salad. The flavours were top draw and loads of meat. To top it off its cheap too. What a lovely bit of scran. This is my new food spot, i will be in there at least 3 times a week. If you havent tried it yet then do so, 20% off on Mondays too i believe. WOW 5 STARS

One of nicest curry’s I have had. Lovely finely chopped onion salad with some fresh coriander. Fluffy tricolour basmati rice and delicious chicken jalfrezi and fresh baked Nan bread.

Tried it as it’s new and local. First time the lamb dishes were pretty short on lamb. The flavour is really good though so I have given it a second chance and not regretted it Quick service. We’ve been using Spice Box for a good while now. They never fail to deliver excellent service and delicious food, going above and beyond to get our order to us, despite living slightly outside of their delivery radius. We are never made to feel difficult, despite having a very particular order based on their older recipes! Whenever I call, it feels like I’m speaking to an old friend and it’s fantastic to be able to trust a restaurant to always get things right the way that Spice Box do. Can’t praise their food and service enough, one of the best and most consistent butter chickens in Birmingham, easily. Thanks Spice Box!

The Onion bhaji is really good, I had the Tandoori Chicken Vindaloo, very hot and lovely. My wife had the Lamb Jalfrezi which was amazing. Excellent service and great food. We ordered a takeaway for 4 on New Years Eve and it was ready at the agreed time, piping hot and very well cooked. Tasted great and plenty of each dish. We did the same last year and it didn’t disappoint. Staff are friendly, helpful and it’s nice to be able to see the food cooking.
