So disappointed my order was completely wrong. What was I only had a half an hour for my lunch break and now got no lunch very disappointed call the restaurant they’re not interested to tell me to call Deliveroo not very good customer services into noticed this is not a restaurant, it’s in the railway arches. Very disappointing indeed

Was not informed when my food arrived or informing me that the food is at the front desk. No calls or anything.

Ordered food on delivery platform, 2 pastas and received only 1 which was not packed properly and leaked over the bag. Even if you are very busy check your orders otherwise you leaving customers disappointed and hungry!

We ordered spaghetti. We did not get spaghetti. What we got was undercooked pasta that was still a tad bit too hard. Toppings were correct at least. And overall tasted decent.

Very disappointing experience. I got a large gnocchi Sorrento through mealpal. When I got back I saw they gave me a tineee tiny box, I thought it's fine, but then I opened it, and it wasn't even half full!!!!

Long waiting time and no apology

Así que fui a comer pan de ajo y espagueti a la bolonesa y estaba bastante lleno y lleno (una buena señal). Pedí un plato de spag con un poco de queso encima). y quería un poco de queso pan de ajo. El pan de ajo se había agotado (solo eran las 12:10 pm y no había relleno en la bolonesa (que me cobraron 20 p). Hay un caos en el diseño de la tienda en el que la caja está a la izquierda lado y el punto de recogida es el mostrador a la derecha, pero esto es difícil de entender al entrar en la tienda.

I know this was a harsh score, given the pasta was fresh and really tasty (couldn’t fault it in fact) but the price was mental. I had half what you’d get in a Coco large, and paid more. The garlic bread was disappointing too - hard as rock, no seasoning and didn’t taste of garlic. I want to support small businesses, but can’t afford to pay £7.10 for that kind of portion size!

Was on a course at the Red Cross building, popped in and had a mac and cheese, fast service and really enjoyed it

The worst carbonara I've ever had. The two minute cups from the grocery store are way better.

Wouldn’t bother with the mac and cheese if I was you. Much better choices so close to this location, won’t be going there again.

An insult to spaghetti bolognese

my cabonara was dry AF. these guys can't get pasta right.

I work in Orega next to City Point and I am regular customer of Spagbowl. I’m there at least once a week and I loved their pasta- till now. I have ordered Salmon Farfalle today cause that is my favourite. Was busy I understand that however in my bowl was barely any salmon and no sign of creamy sauce.!!!Meal was so dry as all I had it was just pasta with barely any salmon bits..!!!! £6.99 for bowl of plain pasta.??? I am very disappointed. I should probably come back and return it but my break was about to end.!! Not sure if I will be back. I understand that this place is popular and busy however if you set standards - follow them.!!!

I was arranging catering for our work trip to London. We had all day meetings and lunch from noon-1pm. I requested they deliver at noon. Day of they said they would be there at 12:15pm. OK fine. I informed them I was down in the lobby waiting. At 12:30pm they emailed me saying they were 10 minutes away. At 12:55pm they finally showed up to deliver. I had 20 people waiting an hour for lunch and they ended up having to eat it during other presentations. This was unacceptable to me. The food though wasn't bad. I over ordered because I had no clue about portions. I would say make sure to have them deliver your food BEFORE you think you need it.

Excellent value for original italian pasta, made on site. particularly helpful staff for convenient location

My niece was visiting me and we were sightseeing in London and came to Spagbowl to enjoy a beautiful lunch.....,,,,we both ate the special penne pasta with prawns and mushrooms and it was delicious......,,,,,,highly recommended

Trabajo en CityPoint frente a este lugar y soy un gran amante de la pasta, así que imaginé que esto sería el paraíso del almuerzo para mí. Pedí carbonara hace dos o tres años, que sabía solo a pasta y no un toque de carbonara. No regresé por bastante tiempo. Mi próxima visita (una promoción de CityPoint) Pedí boloñesa de espaguetis - esto estuvo bien, si no te importa mucha y mucha pasta y muy poco como complemento. Pero de nuevo, fue tan impresionante que no regresé. Hasta hoy. Volví a ordenar la carbonara en el apagado, la posibilidad de que mi primera vez fuera un golpe de suerte desafortunado. Se sacó algo de un recipiente grande a una pequeña sartén, se calentó durante un par de minutos y se me presentó. Pedí queso extra y me cobraron 40 p. Adicionales. Llegué a mi escritorio 2 minutos después para encontrar una pasta tibia, dura y completamente insípida. No "pancetta crujiente" - pero una carne grasa de alguna descripción. Era solo incomible y se fue directo a la papelera. 6. 20 para eso? Y eso fue una porción "pequeña". Arrancar. No volveré a hacer la 4ª visita.

This is one of my favourite lunch in the go places near Liverpool Street. Great service from the employees, food arrives quickly and tastes great. What’s not to love!

They should change their name as SpagRoulette. You ask and pay for the large size, you get small. You ask spaghetti, you get farfalle. Al dente? Well, roll the dice...

It says it is supposed to close at 5pm, left for my rushed break to go straight there and it is not even 4:30pm and it is already closed nobody in there and no sign of why it is closed early. Very dissapointed as I have wasted my time on my break to find it closed way before time!

Pasta is ok, would’ve given 2 stars as food is ok but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous for what it is.

I have ordered the Carbonara pasta on a few occasions from Spagbol and it really is the very best that I have tasted......... I would highly recommend it 😉

Sauce is too watery and very bland mixed with very dry (old?) pasta. Definitely won’t make my list of lunch places to visit again.

Found a bit of green plastic in my Penne Carbonara, although the plastic probably tasted a bit better then the actual pasta

The pizza was a bit thick and chewy but the spaghetti was delicious, possibly too large a serving of spaghetti but that's better than too little!

I used to come here once a week, but today was the last time. The staff changed and is nowhere as friendly as they have been. They hiked the prices and made the portions smaller. When I asked what's going on, I was told that this is the right size of portion. The container was half full. The guy who said that this was right was a guy in a suit who I never saw there before. Sorry, you really lost a customer today, man in suit. Btw, the food is okay. The prices used to be, but smaller portions and higher prices don't combine...

There is a wide choice of tasty sauces and the pasta is added at the moment so I can have my favourite combination (eg penne bolognese). It is better than Coco di mama however not at the same level as Savure (which is also more expensive). Overall Spagbowl is a good take-away

Terrible and not professional!!! Never again

I occasionally meet friends in the city and as it was particularly hot and the bars were crowded so we opted for a takeaway pasta and pasta salad from Spagbowl.Service was fast and the food was amazing! The most difficult thing was to decide what we wanted to eat :) I was torn between the penne arrabbiata and a mini pizza but went for the pasta option. My friend had the chicken pesto salad. We found some space on some nearby grass and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and catch up.

I work near the Citypoint building in which Spagbowl is located and it's becoming my firm favourite lunch spot. I usually go for the carbonara and garlic bread - sooo nice and just like a taste of Italy at my small London desk! Very competitively priced as I'm finding salad bars seemed to be increasing their prices on the regular. Couldn't recommend it more and was shocked by other reviews that didn't praise it!

Amazing pasta and staff, could go there every day!

These guys buy their pasta from Tesco (or probably worse, if it's possible), they overcook it, add a store-bought sauce on it and happily hand it to you for 7 pounds. How are places like this allowed to exist is beyond me. Pity I can't rate this zero.

I've been here a few times in my lunch and whilst the food is nice, it's not great. As another reviewer has said, it's overpriced and I found the service to be poor.

I bought a voucher for here whilst on a city break with my family. Spagbowl itself is a small eatery in the business district of Moorgate. We had spaghetti bolognese, garlic bread and soft drinks, we had the regular size portions which are huge, tasty authentic Italian style. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The only down point for us was seating, there is a small stool area which was occupied, and no seating outside, although this is a minor issue and would not stop me from recommending this establishment to anyone. I wish my office in Liverpool would have a spagbowl nearby.

I eat here once a week at least. Home cooked pasta just like your mum makes. Love it. Bit pricey at around £5 for regular and over £6 for large. But to be honest the regular portion is filling. The large is over kill. Will be back for sure. Garlic bread is great too.

You have to love this place, if only for the sheer mountain of food you get for your money. It's a monstrous (and delicious) bowl of spaghetti, covered in a well-stewed bolognese sauce. The only issue is that there's very limited space - about three seats - so if you don't have a desk near by, you might struggle to eat.

Great coffee, tasty pasta dishes and new healthy options available. A regular already. Very reasonably priced too.

Lovely shop, located in the Citypoint building, in the rushing city of London. food is great, as well as the stuff, they always bring my mood up! it as an amazing value for money and they also have the best coffee in the city! I strongly recommend!!
