One of the most authentic souvlaki you can get in the area, yet, one of the cheapest. Great service, always on time and fresh.

Lamb was dry gristle and small pieces. Sausage was slightly warm dry and tasted as if it had been cooked the day before and warmed up - disgusting. Salad chopped so small it was like nothing ive ever seen and where was the lettuce? To top it all charge £2 more than the advertised price and only accept cash. Small businesses deserve support and patronage if they produce good quality food at a reasonable price. This place does not.

Haven’t had takeaway for some time as been dieting but tonight we had Kebabs from Souvlakia...a mixed grill, chicken shish and a halloumi kebab...they were absolutely delicious. The food tasted so fresh and clean and the portion sizes were huge. Will absolutely order from again. Was so easy on Just Eat too.

Authentic Cypriot cuisine. Great souvlaki and typical Cypriot treats. Try Patsitsio, kleftiko, and Souvla! Sometimes they don't accept card payments which is super inconvenient. They have to figure out a way. Cash is not always available.

Recently had our first souvlakia from this restaurant. The food was tasty and hot. We all enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back. The staff are really lovely. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

Where we live, there are not many Cypriot souvlaki establishments, but we are trying to find one that is decent and not too far to drive to. I ordered three kebabs (one pork and two pork mix with sheftalies). When I turned up at the estimated time, the lady behind the counter took ages to calculate the price of three kebabs plus 1 chips and 2 dips. This is not rocket science - and she even had a calculator. At first I was told £37, which I asked her to recalculate. She then took the menu and calculated again. It was £32. I couldn't be bothered to argue. When I had initially called to place the order, 3 kebabs and 1 chips was £24 so I don't know how 2 dips added an extra £8 to the cost. Regardless, I just wanted to take my food home and eat it whilst still hot. Unfortunately, the pitta bread was dry (they usually soak up the juices from the meat) and the meat was tepid, chewy, sinewy and not so tasty. In addition, the pork kebab had about 6 pieces of meat and one of the mix kebabs had 2 sheftalies, whereas the other had 3. Nowhere near the standard that i'm used to. Was annoyed at the lack of meat, the food not being warm and also being overcharged. The tzatziki was inedible as well, and the taramasalata was not nice either. Sorry, but I will not get my takeaway from this place again. Other friends are happy customers but I will not be revisiting.

Great food great service. Would highly recommend the chicken souvla. By far the best I’ve tried. A favourite for a Friday night

Tried for first time Cash only! It was very good I had spring chicken souvla salad and chips lovely soft and crispy skin Kyle had lamb shish in pita with salad soft juicy and tasty Added a tara which was very good And some kalmata olives great They deliver and use just eat as well Total bill £26

Nothing good very disappointed I don't understand why open shop if the don't know how to cook or customer service..I try chicken is overcooked and the tasty is ... terrible don't go

Great food and good portion, tasty too, but the take away menu not clear enough, like no delivery till 5pm, some dishes not available from 5pm, it's not make in the menu, when the shop is busy and under staff, one of the staff is really rude and answers back any questions you asked. BTW, their credit card machine don't work, if you have a big order, hope you have the cash ready.

Given they charge more than the usual kebab i was expecting something special. Chicken was ok but the lamb was full of gristle. And no sauce or whole chilli. Greek roast potatoes were tasteless.

As I was a regular customer, I decided to start getting a delivery service to my house. The radius is 3.5 miles and Danny the owner agreed to charge me a fixed delivery rate of £2.50. When I called up to order on the 12th June 2018, Danny decided to charge me £5.00 for delivery, because I am out of the 2 mile radius. I find this service to be very poor. U have just lost a good customer Danny with many others that have had issues with you. The funny thing is, you tell your customers that your Greek but your actually an Armenian lol remember Danny...the customer is always right! Out of principal over £2.50...u lost another customer. Maria!!!

I usually always go to Tavernaki in Potters Bar but thought I'd give this new takeaway a try. Well my fellow Greek cuisine lovers - I was not disappointed. The food was fresh well cooked and amazingly tasty. The establishment is impeccably clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The choice of menu is as you would expect with many side dishes to add to your main meal. I ordered 2 chicken kebabs, moussaka, village salad, fries, bourgouri and few dips, this was more than enough for 3 of us and indeed would have served 4 or even 5 hungry people. Highly recommended give it a try you will not be disappointed 😀
