Hello, today on Friday evening decided to have great dinner with friends. Unfortunately, my order which I placed on Just Eat app @19:28 after one hour waiting, was cancelled @20:33 Meanwhile , the expect delivery time was changing all the time.. Please see all photos. I am not usually writing reviews but this was second time from Soprano Kebab , when this happens. Thank you Soprano Kebab for “good” dinner with friends.. If you want to stay without food then all good but not recommend to order from Soprano Kebab.

Kebab was wrapped in foil and fell onto the floor when I unwrapped it. You need to buy some proper containers for delivery , or not offer it , terrible not happy .

Portions were really small…for £9 for meat and salad we were very disappointed in the portion size!

I waited almost 2 hours before the food courier appeared, and said that another courier should have already brought it, (I don't understand why he came then) I asked and he hurried away without an answer... I tried to call the restaurant, but they hung up the phone, I'll never order from here in my life,..the way they behave..I'm sick of them...I did not receive the order

Had been hearing a lot about this place so I decided to try it .A nice tasting kebab with a different type of bread and sauces but the chips I got were tasteless, cold and limp.

The food is great BUT when it's not there, it's always closed. The place is probably closing down??? They could update their opening hours! But I recommend the kebab!!!

I ordered via uber eats a couple of years ago, and it was outstanding Went in there last week, and they were quite rude and we had to explain what we wanted 3 times.. got home and they hadnt litened to a word we said, got it ocmplayely wrong, these must have ben taken over as the last time I ate from here it was lovely, last week, was a completely wrong order and the meat was cold, and that was for collection.. never again!!! It was also like a childs portion!!! @ Soprano - Yes you did have uber eats, was probably 18mths - 2 years ago.. unless there was another Sopranos Kebab shop on Midland road, not even an apology for messing up our order last week in your reply!! says it all really, you were rude last week, and your reply is rude right now.. I have absoloutly no reason to lie that the food and presentaion was amazing the 4 times I ordered from Uber Eats back then, the presentation last week was a mess, the tiny bit of meat we recieved was cold and one of the orders the meat was wrong, and you even managed to get the salad requests wrong!! Excellent service!!! NOT!!!

Once again, my family and I used the catering services offered by the Soprano team and, as usual, we are very satisfied. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well.

Went here this evening for a takeout, cost £26 for 2 x kebab, 2x chips and 2 cokes! All in all value for money was good! Food was really good! And you get plenty of it. Clean place, lovely people and good food. All you can ask for really!

Not tasty and the service was on of the worst i received in Bedford.

Don't go here... The food was poor quality and not a wide variety in the mixed grill, was not even grilled or made by them (just frozen and grilled for a tiny bit of time). Tasted like rubber. We all got food poisoned with a bad gut. Not worth the price (over-priced)...

Amazing. I love coming here, the kebab plate is amazing and my husbands Zapiekanka looked great and was massive. Also premises is so clean.

Ordered MAXI but bun was medium, lot of vegetables. Ratio with meat is 50/50 so not worth 14 £. You can find much better food for this money

If you want that Eastern European tasting kebab you get in Poland, Lithuania etc then this is the place! Also the taste is way better than some of the other kebab takeaways out there! However the donner kebab is not as good as their chicken one in my opinion. Overall 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Generally best Kebab in Bedford (especially in Bread). Portions they offer are at least 3 times bigger from other places with similar menu (e.g. E-German, which is OK, however more expensive and way smaller). Vast variety of sauces, great taste, a lot of meat and vegetables/salad. I ordered large mixed kebab in bread for £10 and I didn't manage to finish it, left half of it for supper lol. Don't know anything about "stolen photos" but their FB page has a lot of photos with their logo/napkins next to the food. Even if they had some photos that were not theirs I can only assume people complaining about it don't know anything about e-marketing and when they go to McDolands they always get EXACTLY the same burger as shown on the picture. Overall - good food for fair price, you get what you order and won't be disappointed. I recommend, Krzysztof

The service is terrible. The lady who serves is very unpleasant. Kebab, lots of sauces, cabbage, onion, meat was almost invisible, I do not recommend it.

The kebab was great, but the service was terrible... The woman from the staff ignored me and when I noticed that I wanted to order something, she started arguing with me (because she couldn't serve three people who came together separately... interesting🤔) in general, an unpleasant atmosphere was created with "Mrs." who started shouting over me in front of other customers to the point of not wanting to eat 🤮 even though the food was great. Generally rude... (Unless to your friends)

Came here for lunch while visiting Bedford for the first time. I was blown away with the quality of the donner. The variety of different sauces was a pleasant surprise, it really complimented the meat and bread. I got mix meat and chips meal, and got the Mrs mix donner with bread. The bread was very similar to GDK bread from London, very tasty. Definitely would pay these friendly guys another visit if I am back in Bedford in the future. Keep it up guys!

The food is good, the staff should be more respectful and smile more. I asked for a large portion and to have the chips in a separate box, been charged 0.50 which I didn't mind, when I checked, the chips where in a foil not in a box, large portion was just bigger salad.. Disappointed

The food portions where good and on time. Unfortunately, the salad was soaked in the vinegar which made the kebab taste horrid.Will probably not buy again.

The food is very good, as well the place is clean, but unfortunately some staff only serve those in their country, for other nationalities it is a long wait. Not very happy with this I had experience twice, I was the first in line she told me that she takes my order but it takes more than an hour to wait and for his compatriot took it straight away. My friend, she is polish, was there in same day and she said just 10-15 mins waiting, so the place is good but another have to wait a long time because first they take orders from those who live in the same country, unfortunately.

Order through Uber eats food absolutely came cold not what I expected for paying £35 pounds. I would recommend who ever prepared my food to add more souces and more seasoning to the meet and get better drivers

We drove for over an hour to taste Polish kebab. I wholeheartedly recommend the delicious kebab, the owner is very nice! I also bought a takeaway kebab for my son, I couldn't believe how much meat was in the bun, the sauces were prepared on site. We will definitely come back. Turkish kebab is hiding! Poland from Sopranos deserves a medal

Fantastic kebabs, delicious, large and plentiful. BUT... For some time now, the big minus has been the service lady, not very nice, she serves as if out of grace, and the gem on the cake was a drink that was half a year out of date - no reaction, no apology 😐🤔
