Was served my Rox and was absolutely amazing! Wonderful coffee and good service! Would recommend to anyone!

I came to this location with 10 minutes to spare to order myself a drink. Spent 10 in a queue of 2 people to order my drink for it to taste like chemicals. Service was slow, and made me miss my train. Would not recommend if you’re in a rush or have 10 minutes or less to spare. Not worth it.

Got the stalest almond croissant that cost a fortune. Not fit for sale imo. Thought Starbucks was supposed to be good. I took it away and was on a train before I realized.

I was refused use of my Starbucks card, which is a first for me as a regular Starbucks customer. The person who served me muttered something about it being franchised or something or other (I just said okay because I was thirsty). Then, I was served an iced drink, which was still warm when I drank it. I’ve used this Starbucks a few times and have never had any issues, but after today I will not be using again. I’m annoyed at the quality of the drink, and customer service from the person who took my payment, especially when I paid nearly £14 altogether. I understand it can be tough sometimes, as someone who has worked in hospitality for over 8 years, but this type of service is not acceptable, and the refusal of using my Starbucks card, which had money on and a free drink on, is absurd.

A dismal,.dark space with a few hard seats and the most expensive cappuccino (and everything else) in Bedford, even more expensive than St.Pancras.But the staff are hard working but not paid the real Living Wage (a disgrace for the amount you charge. Starbucks continues to evade corporation tax but little choice here at Bedford station

Rox the cashier was friendly and gave me and my family excellent service.

Let down this morning 2 oat milk matcha latte's ordered got 2 highly frothed hot oat milks, it was frothed so much it was spilling over the counter probably lost all the matcha in the process.

I love this Starbucks! The staff here are always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They create a great atmosphere and make every visit enjoyable. And, of course, the coffee is absolutely delicious - the best way to start the day! Highly recommend!

I'm a regular at this branch of Starbucks, (same time every day) and always get a warm welcome from Anita and Jeni. Furthermore, because I'm a creature of habit, they know what my order is going ro be and it's ready for me by the time we've finished chatting! The premises is clean and tidy and thanks to a recent face-lift the decor is much improved with brighter lighting and better seating.

The prices just keep rising! This Starbucks franchise keeps putting their prices up and is now extortionate, it is more expensive than Kings Cross. Nor do they allow you to collect or use Starbucks rewards.

I was commuting through Bedford and I stopped at Starbucks and had an Iced Caramel Macchiato. And I’ll just say it was the best drink I had it really made my day. Plus the staff that were working at the time were really great☺️ Shout out to Vicky, Anita, Jeni and Klaudia ❤️

I’m a Starbucks gold remember and love Starbucks . I travel a lot for work and always find a Starbucks wherever I go . The Matcha frap is a favourite drink of mine and I have to say that Klaudia at the Bedford Train station location has just made the best Matcha Frap I’ve had anywhere in the world ! Additionally she’s got a great personality , always a pleasure to interact with her and the rest of the team .

Servers do not follow Starbucks procedures. One female chewing gum and dismissive and another is perfunctory.

The team always go above and beyond for our Thursday coffee orders big or small! They are always happy to serve us with a smile, give us recommendations and top class friendly service, thank you!!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past year and it is a joy whenever Anita is behind the counter. She and some of the other staff are always friendly and have a smile while being quite efficient.

I recently visited Starbucks and was served by Roman, who provided outstanding service. Roman is a fantastic asset to the Starbucks team, and I look forward to my next visit thanks to his exceptional service! The coffee is consistently excellent, and there are so many options to choose from. My personal favorite is the flat white, but their seasonal drinks always surprise me.

I visit Starbucks frequently, and it's consistently a great experience. The menu has a wide range of options, so there's always something new to try. My go-to is the caramel macchiato, but their seasonal drinks are fun and delicious too. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for working or catching up with friends. Staff are generally friendly and efficient. Roman was incredibly attentive, greeting me with a warm smile and making sure my order was just right. He took the time to recommend a new drink, which turned out to be delicious. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the coffee and the overall experience make it worth it. Plus, I appreciate their efforts in ethical sourcing and sustainability. Definitely a solid choice for coffee lovers!

Awful, Kerbside Coffee next door is far better

Appalling. A homeless man was offered to buy food from a lady this morning. She asked him to go inside and pick what he wants. As soon as the staff saw him they immediately said no… no. No! That they wasn’t allowed to let someone pay for his food. 1. They are refusing money from a paying customer. 2. He wasn’t begging, just simply looking at the menu to pick what he wanted. 3. I find it sickening that they would refuse to let someone purchase food for him when he is clearly starving and emaciated. The staff said they were advised by their manager that they cannot allow anyone to buy this man food. This was seriously off putting and I plan to complain to head office. I will never step foot in a Starbucks again!!
