Starbucks Coffee in Bedford

Such a great place to pop into when grabbing some food for a long train journey with my children . Jenni always recommends something nice for my daughter to have and Anita makes great drinks . Thank you ladies

I was commuting through Bedford and I stopped at Starbucks and had an Iced Caramel Macchiato. And I’ll just say it was the best drink I had it really made my day. Plus the staff that were working at the time were really great☺️ Shout out to Vicky, Anita, Jeni and Klaudia ❤️

I’m a Starbucks gold remember and love Starbucks . I travel a lot for work and always find a Starbucks wherever I go . The Matcha frap is a favourite drink of mine and I have to say that Klaudia at the Bedford Train station location has just made the best Matcha Frap I’ve had anywhere in the world ! Additionally she’s got a great personality , always a pleasure to interact with her and the rest of the team .

Vicky is always super helpful and the service is friendly. I’ve been a few times now as I use the station often and i’ll always pop in and get the same order and they now know my usual! Staff are great and so are the drinks!:)

Came in early in the morning and was very happy with my drink. Stassie, Nathan and Klaudia made my morning better.

Always a great atmosphere in the Bedford train station Starbucks! Staff is lovely and so is the coffee!

Servers do not follow Starbucks procedures. One female chewing gum and dismissive and another is perfunctory.

The team always go above and beyond for our Thursday coffee orders big or small! They are always happy to serve us with a smile, give us recommendations and top class friendly service, thank you!!

Came in to try the new pistachio drink. Got served by Nathan and Vicky. We all had a little chat which was really nice, and the drink was absolutely delicious! This is my go to Starbucks in Bedford because the staff is always welcoming and genuine and the service is always top notch and speedy!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past year and it is a joy whenever Anita is behind the counter. She and some of the other staff are always friendly and have a smile while being quite efficient.

The staff is so lovely and fast. I love coming here even when I’m not catching a train. The store is tidy and has a nice atmosphere. Vicky, Klaudia and Nathan always deliver a great service and coffee

Staff are generally friendly and efficient. Roman was incredibly attentive, greeting me with a warm smile and making sure my order was just right. He took the time to recommend a new drink, which turned out to be delicious. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the coffee and the overall experience make it worth it. Plus, I appreciate their efforts in ethical sourcing and sustainability. Definitely a solid choice for coffee lovers!

I recently visited Starbucks and was served by Roman, who provided outstanding service. Roman is a fantastic asset to the Starbucks team, and I look forward to my next visit thanks to his exceptional service! The coffee is consistently excellent, and there are so many options to choose from. My personal favorite is the flat white, but their seasonal drinks always surprise me.

Such an inviting atmosphere, I was served by a lovely young lady with a smile. Another employee Vicky made sure I had everything I needed and put me at ease before my long train journey. Was very relaxed and an overall positive experience.

Awful, Kerbside Coffee next door is far better

Appalling. A homeless man was offered to buy food from a lady this morning. She asked him to go inside and pick what he wants. As soon as the staff saw him they immediately said no… no. No! That they wasn’t allowed to let someone pay for his food. 1. They are refusing money from a paying customer. 2. He wasn’t begging, just simply looking at the menu to pick what he wanted. 3. I find it sickening that they would refuse to let someone purchase food for him when he is clearly starving and emaciated. The staff said they were advised by their manager that they cannot allow anyone to buy this man food. This was seriously off putting and I plan to complain to head office. I will never step foot in a Starbucks again!!

Jack in the Bedford station branch made a great White Hot Chocolate, will miss him when he's gone, best member of the team.

Came in after a busy day at work needing a caffeine fix. I was served by Jim (He's just started at Starbucks) and great genuine customer service, having a conversation and a joke, rather than the usual robotic niceties you normally get in these places.

£3.65 for a black tea and they put milk in it. Don't trust this place if you have allergies.

One of the workers (Jack), caused me to spill my drink all over myself, as he overfilled the cup and then continued to ask me to place the lid on myself. This resulted in my drink pouring all over my jeans which are now stained. I am not happy about this at all as he barely apologised and didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
