Always nice food , go here alot , never use anywhere else, we live in a village outside and travel as its so good , just wish you got free prawn crackers with orders over £20

We decided to have a takeaway from the Chinese as we were staying at Raywell Country Lodge. The food was promptly delivered. We chose one of the banquet meals and it did not disappoint. We couldn't eat the whole meal because it was so filling so I had the rest later on.

Disgusting food - was charged extra for asking for gravy separate £1.50 EXTRA - not meant chips even though they were dry and scabby - they have changed their name - always dodgy when they do that. Will not go there again and they only take cash HMMMMM!!

Normally a good delivery service, but to be told 1 hour delivery (on a Tuesday night!) Which is acceptable and it to turn up 1 1/2 hour later after ordering 😒. Rang and cancelled but the delivery guy still turned up, 10-20 mins is acceptable but not 30 minutes!

Had a few starters and some mains x was beautiful , go here all the time .. Happy Christmas see you next year .

Really poor service when they get your order wrong Had friends over so decided to order from So Wok Hessle got the order of food home started to serve and one of the dishes was missing the duck meat element that had been ordered tried to call them over 21 times until we got them to answer only to be told in a round about way tough then when pushed I was told that is what I ordered which I pointed out was not correct Really poor service hopefully the person that had ordered the vegetarian dish had a backup or that would definitely 2 evening spoiled Food was ok but not up to normal standards

This was a lovely family tea . Been here a few times and always nice . Will be back again .plenty of food all enjoyed .

Ordered crispy noodles as my main meal (they’re amazing). To be delivered. What arrived were standard, side dish noodles. Called So Wok to ask for them to redeliver correct order. Got told it was our fault, and we had ordered plain noodles (my husband definitely did not - who would do that for their main meal?!), and that they would charge us for a new meal, plus the delivery fee. We couldn’t eat together and I was disappointed at the lack of apology or assistance, so we told them not to bother recharging us! So I had no tea :( We have ordered from them regularly for a long time, but I was so disappointed by their customer service, I won’t go back. Not the first time they’ve got the delivery order wrong, but this is the first time it was my main (only) meal. If you don’t mind not receiving your meal, or getting something else instead, take the risk!

Food arrived very late, was over cooked and almost cold. Gave me stomach ache and the woman who took the order could not understand English. Very poor.

Absolutely phenomenal! The delivery time was astounding! I was genuinely shocked at how fast the food the order arrived (under 20 minutes at most). The quality of the food was also perfect, perfect taste, temperature and texture. All in all i 100% recommend to order from So Wok!

Often stop by here for food to take home. Nearly always have Banquet for two that costs around £17.00. We always have at least one meal portion left over. The mix of dishes, prawn crackers and rices is well chosen and very tasty No supplements needed!

Delivery service absolutely terrible. Ok if you’re happy to wait 90mins plus for your takeaway. Food quite nice once it arrives.

We always use this local take-away at New Year. We phoned through our order on New Year’s Eve prior to collecting as we live nearby. We ordered a house special fried rice and a king prawn fried rice (93 and 95 on the menu), and a portion of chips. It was ready when we collected. It was hot and tasty although the rice was slightly greasy. The chips were gorgeous! The total bill was about & £15. All in all we enjoyed our meal and would return.

Myself, my partner and some friends ordered from here one Saturday. It took us over 10 minutes to get through which was understandable given a Saturday night. It took over an hour and ten minutes for the food to arrive but the driver did apologise. I ordered chicken balls with lemon sauce and duck with pancakes, it was very filling. The chicken balls were delicious but the duck was a bit too crispy.

Food Very Poor Arrived Cold and Dull of Grease. Tried to phone to complain they would not even answer the phone. Avoid Avoid.

Used this place on many occasions and always good food with great veggie options. Also delivery available
