Food was delivered quick and everything was hot, very happy will order again.

Used to be good, Ingredients have changed. They are using cheaper alternatives for sure! Collected Pizza from here yesterday and it made me and my partner feel unwell. Can only imagine the ingredients are all frozen nothing felt fresh about the pizza and cheese slid off the pizza which was made with a runny base almost as if had been watered down! Wouldn’t class this as a sauce! Will never be going back don’t waste your money on these guys! Asda make your own pizzas do a better job than these bandits save your money!!

Terrible..and that's being generous...wrong order was sent out placed an order for a stuff crust pizza and no stuffed crust pizza was delivered...phoned the shop...asked for correct order and was refused....then staff hung up

Had a pre Order for 5:55 today! The food Came Part cold. Mozzarella Sticks Hard, Onion Rings not cooked. Re used polly Box with Chunks out it! FREEZING cold Chips and Cheese! At least my Bottle Of Cola Came cold like the rest! Ridiculous! Tried to get refunded and Denied!

Disgusting and missed some of the order

Worst customer care service asked for them to send out another order as they messed it up they said they sent it 3x in 1 day they lied, I offered to show my security cameras that nothing came all I got was we can said tomorrow I’ve tried 3 days in a row now to get another order sent out for there mistake I even asked for a refund they declined, they are nothing but scammers managers are useless to

Decided to give doner wrap a go since no kebab place was open for delivery, how good choice that was! Really tasty doner meat in nice and warm pita wrap.

Pizza delivered earlier than expected cannot fault pizza for taste or presentation would order again and again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Not only has this restaurant delivered me the wrong order but also didn't bother to pick up the phone. In summary... horrible place & customer service that will ruin your Friday evening :(

Unfortunately I had chips missing from my order and although arriving early is great, this order was extremely early, around 40 minutes.

Food was fantastic, fast service and absolutely roasting hot on collection! Snappy never dissaponts

Always, always, always order from here whenever I am in Aberdeen. Great deals, great food, quick service and that my mum thinks square pizza is an amazing concept.

The pizza was really good and piping hot when it arrived. Delivery was on time. The onion rings were a bit soft instead of crunchy but I didn’t mind too much.

Warning...nice kebab...but do not have it with chilli sauce!!! Burnt my mouth out. I'll be doing the dance of the flaming bottoms tomorrow!

Snappy is one of the rare places (apart from franchises) that do stuffed crust. They also offer different sizes (apart from the standard ones, there is also the giant and the beast). Pizza arrived warm and cheesy. The only downside is the lack of some toppings that other places have (e.g. rocket, green olives ...) but all in all great 👍

second time ordering from here and both times food was late shame as the food was good wont be using again

Please dont order from here. The pizza was so greasy and had literally no taste. The texture was plastic and it just felt so unhealthy. The loaded potato skins were tasteless and a real let down. This was the worst home delivery I have ever had. We actually binned it after 1 'slice'

Food on time, but was let down by taste. Nothing really exciting , did not scintillate my taste buds. For the price I would have expected better.

On my pizza I had peppers instead of mushrooms.

Worst kebab I have ever experienced Chips cold Kebabs had BBQ sauce on them instead of chilli and both stone cold DO NOT EAT FROM HERE THE FOOD IS DIABOLICAL WHEN YOU PHONE TO COMPLAIN YOU GET LAUGHED AT

Amazing tasty food, and very polite and friendly staff quick service

I have nothing but good things to say about snappy tomato pizza the food is always hot and generally tasty I do like their burgers and chips rather than there pizzas this is due to me not being a big fan of pizza not reflective of the establishments pizza making skills.

Whilst there were no problems with the quality of the pizzas themselves, the delivery was 30 minutes late from the requested time. We buy pizzas from here to cater for a large number of our events, and this happens far too frequently. We are never getting pizza from here again!

food arrived on time however was already luke warm, the chips were like cardboard, the onion rings were soggy, the chicken bites were JUST cooked, the ice cream flavours were wrong, the cake was so dry it was like eating sand and I don’t know who taught the staff how to apply sauce to a burger but it looked like a victim of Jack the Ripper.

Whilst the food was a nominal 15 mins late, it was delicious! 2 large pepperoni and 1 large south of the border for 3 drunken lads set us up nicely for a night of drinks and games, thankyou very much! Spot on Lad!

Good pizza at a low price. Food came piping hot, not like some pizza delivery’s do. It came a lot earlier than it was expected and tasted great.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Got 2 medium instead wouldn't moan tho as it was for the kids so they were happy.

Terrible customer serivce food was almost a hour late stone cold called the resturant shortly after the food was due and assured the food will be with me within a few minutes 45 minutes later had to call back and was told the food had. Been out for delivery since we last spoke so end up paying for late cold food wont be fooled twice will be ordering elsewhere

Food was good but that is twice now I have received a herbie pizza instead of a hot herbie. TBH I should have phoned to say but I didn't want to wait another hour for food.

Restaurant added ten minutes to delivery time. Food still arrived late. Chips cold and soggy. Lukewarm pizza dripping with grease. Enjoyed the can of Fanta though, so I suppose it could've been worse.

The food, when it finally came, was surprisingly tasty. Unfortunately it came well over an hour late, after they had already added 10 minutes to the 50 delivery time from a place that is literally 5 minutes drive from here. I worked in a pizza place myself, so I know it can be busy, and I understand cooking times, but almost two and a half hours for one pizza, one burger and one portion of chips??? That's taking "snappy" to the very limits.

Rubbish why give you a time of delivery should just say that we will get it to you sometime this evening After hours of waiting for food and two calls to the shop just to get told some really rubbish reson why you still have NO FOOD sorry but drivers has broken down we can get it to you but it will be about a other haft hour. So I just thought I'd have to say sorry but NO THANKS think that you can get someone else who has a desnte car to deliver your order not a junk buckit WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN that for sure . Now I have to wait for my money back if i don't get it i will be down to the shop for it in cash

Food could have been a little better but overall was happy. Burgers are quite greasy and didn't have much cheese .

Pizza and onion rings were tasty though the chocolate fudge cake was quite dry and not very fudgy. Fast delivery.

i rate the service with the food. Food arrived quickly but the food's standards were low. Extremely oily food, pineapple seemed to be the fibre core of the pineapple on the pizza which made it tough to eat. Didn't finish either pizzas that we ordered. (pepperoni prairie and Hawaiian) Will not order from here again.

The delivery was quick. Delivery man was really friendly. Pizza was good except it tasted slighlty of garlic which it dosent usually. Other than that it wad great would order again

Worst so called chicken burger I've ever eaten! Bits of spicy chicken rather than a burger was disgusting

So far the only good part of this order was the quick delivery time. The burger was different from what I have ordered in the past. Phoned up to check if I had been sent the right burger. It apparently was so I was happy just to eat the burger. Until I took a bite out of it and the chicken was over cooked struggled to even swallow. It was so tough and chewy and tasted so bad. Phoned up to get the bigger changed and I have never spoke to someone as rude as I have this person. He kept refusing to refund me as I had taken a bite out of it. He kept trying to act like a big man telling me he owns all the snappys in Aberdeen while raising his voice. The garlic bread I also ordered wasn't the great. Out of my whole order the only thing that was any good was the only thing they never cooked and that was my ice cream. In the end I finally got a refund on the burger. But I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Will never be ordering from snappys again. Thank you mr häagen-dazs for a yummy ice cream haha

Unfortunately my ice cream was missed off my order so that's really disappointing but the food was nice. I had a cheeseburger and chips and it was good, nothing special but it's exactly what I wanted.

Burnt dry pizza, over cooked chicken and dry garlic bread, didn't have time to complain / wait for more so binned it, disappointed kids.

Quick, tasty, best chicken nuggets ever had. And use correct packaging so food comes hot and not all steamed up.
