Snappy Tomato Pizza in Aberdeen City

Gave it another try - went from two to one star. After an hour and 40 minutes and a couple of calls where I was promised it's on its way, then 20 minutes later that the driver was just around the corner, I said just to refund and I'd get Domino's. The driver turned up 18 minutes after that - "just around the corner" being another lie - and he must have passed the Domino's driver who arrived just minutes later. Just about to go round to the shop because they've not processed the refund yet, and I don't get any warm feeling about this disastrous mob. Snappy's a franchise - Kingswells Snappy is letting the franchise down drastically.

More than an hour since I placed the order, had to phone to find out what was happening. I'm told they're very busy but will deliver within ten minutes. Snappy Tomato Pizza in Kingswells has gone down rapidly in level of service: getting an answer when phoning takes forever - and speed of delivery: they used to take no longer than 25 minutes or so, this is the second time they've said 30 minutes and it's been 75+. So many other pizza/burger places to choose from, so that's what I'll do in future. Shame, food quality was usually pretty good.

The new owners are useless. They do not sell paninis or chinese food, and there is no wheelchair access or public wc at the premises. The windows are broken & my staffy has defacated next to the building. They don't sell red bull or frosties. I will stick to uncle bills happy lucky house chinese instead- snappy don't do xhinese food anymore! I used to love snappys egg fried rice.

I got a takeaway pizza from here last night 10/05/21 as I was running late after work. The service was good and the pizza was ready in about 15 minutes. The pizza was a "South of the Border" style and it was very tasty with plenty of toppings. The price was £6.50 which was reasonable for 7" small size pizza. I would give the pizza quality 9/10 and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for nice takeaway-style food.

Llegó la pizza empapada de grasa y fría. Intenté ponerme en contacto con la tienda y tanto el personal como el gerente tuvieron una actitud terrible. Probaría en otro lugar.

Excellent. Ordered food for delivery at ten pm. Was told it would take forty minutes. Arrived in twenty five minutes. Less than fifteen pounds for two pizzas, piping hot and very tasty. Top marks 😜
