Where should I start, we were welcomed with such a kindness by the owner. The shop was so picturesque with so many little details making the atmosphere that much better, the food was fresh, flavourful and reminded me of my time in Germany. Service was the best I have ever experienced and I would very highly recommend going there.

The Pizza is better than my expectations, it’s really tasty and authentic , the way of cooking is like Italian pizza homemade, food and ingredients are fresh and organic, highly recommend Salami pizza , also there are vegan options, especially thank you to Hossein who is the good chef, I would love to come back here again.

Happened to visit this pizza place run by Hossein. Excellent authentic pizzas made in traditional wood oven. The curst which is a mix of crunchy on the outside and soft inside is just wow and is fresh made with fresh toppings.

The guys looked after us and made some great pizzas. Had a nice conversation and enjoyed our food on the premises. Brought out extra seats for us and made an extra sweet pizza when we were out for our mates birthday.

I’ve finally found my favourite pizza place! Authentic Italian style pizza how it should be - All our food arrived freshly made & hot - I’m so impressed can not fault anything everything was perfect. So worth the price we payed, the delivery driver was from their own restaurant he was so lovely, very polite - they ran out of steak he apologised.. Thank you for going above and beyond with our order. Would highly recommend, I will definitely be ordering from Smokewood Pizza again 5* 🤤

By far one of the best pizzas ive had in a long time wood fired oven was done reallly quick but the flavours where imense full of high quality ingredients you could just tell with every bite was absolutely delicous can not wait to return went in initally for a garlic cheesey bread however went for a special and was not dissapointed all thanks to hussain keep it up

Best pizza in Cardiff without a doubt

Me and my partner have just tried the pizza and was delicious. The pizza man made the pizzas very quick and everything was handmade and good quality. He is very kind and he gave us a free drink as was our first time! Highly recommended. Thank you very much.
