Smoak Coffee in Manchester

Los ahumados son famosos por sus bagels, así que como parte de una gira gastronómica Chorlton, compartí el especial de pollo holandés con un amigo. Estaba delicioso (ver la imagen) 😋

What marks this coffeeshop out is the excellent customer service and great artisan coffee without the pretention that can often come in establishments like this. This is why I come back to this place more than other similar coffeeshops. The coffee is top notch and lighter in roast and doesnt have the ashy and bitter taste of many chain coffee places. But again it is the customer service of the staff that stands out. Its nice to be asked how your day is and be greeted with smiles and warmth which is often not the case in these sort of establishments unfortunately.

Small coffee shop on high street in Chorlton near Unicorn food co-op. It has a limited menu but was perfect for a coffee & bagel. The staff are really welcoming. Coffee was slightly bitter but enjoyable. I would come back here again if I was in the area.
