Smash Official in Bradford

I went to eat in. When I placed my order, I looked around and seen that the tables and the seats were quite dirty and weren't cleaned properly. The woman who served me was waiting with the food near the kitchen without saying anything. Just stood there with my food. A few minutes later, I went to check if my food was ready and I saw her just standing there with it. The food was ridiculously expensive. Paid £11 for the triple smash burger meal which didn't have anything extraordinary. Even a normal smash burgers that I've had are far better than this. I wasn't aware that the shop didn't have any sign showing HMC certification and I got the smash burger whilst unaware of this. The door is pretty messed up and makes a really annoying screech sound everytime someone enters. The door requires quite some force which is really strange. I won't go to this place ever again. Highly discourage going to this place.

This shop falsely claimed to be HMC certified. They went as far as fraudulently displaying a false HMC certification sticker on the shop window to mislead their customers. Also experienced poor customer service. I was misled. I saw the HMC sticker and gave the shop the benefit of the doubt. I contacted HMC who confirmed the shop is not HMC certified. Only after being caught out, the shop removed the fake certificate. This says everything about the business and how they treat and think of their customers. The customer service was very poor, a member of staff was using her phone ignoring customers waiting in line. My order was ready to collect through an online order, but had to wait 10 minutes due to not being served.

Ordered for delivery. Half order is missing and food was cold. Contacted the takeaway who have totally denied their responsibility in delivery service. Charged me just under £30 for a spicy chicken burger, 3 spicy wings and a can of coke! Avoid the Great Horton Road branch in Bradford people! Food is very basic, nothing fancy.

Disappointing Experience I ordered from Smash Official via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The food arrived ice cold, which is unacceptable. The chips were so overcooked they were more like crisps than fries. The burger, on the other hand, was cold and unappetizing. To top it off, there was no cutlery, napkins, or even a fork included in the order. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected much better.

Hard chicken fillet burgers everything was horrible not recommended

Took 25 minutes to make a milkshake because I had to ask him to make it when they were hanging around at the back of the kitchen.

Went in today with kids, spent 28quid phone order, no Salam no thank u, even kids noticed and said what strange service, makes it feel like ur custom is not appreciated.

Tried their tower burger , very soft and yummy but the price was too much as its a very good burger shop but nothing special for them to just increase the price like that

Rubbish food. Will not come here again. Waste of money and time. Got a smash burger with a chicken patty. Deadest tasting chicken ive ever had and i eat out regularly in various cities. I dont think a drunk white man on a night out would enjoy this. Stir fry donner wasnt even stir fried. Beef smash burgers were plain. Barely tasted of anything. Only do 2 sauces in tubs. I would avoid this place, save your money and eat elsewhere. Only given 3 sauce tubs between 4 meals and spending £39.

Ordered the nashville box. The burger was missing gherkins and no paprika on the chips. When I asked about this I was told they had stopped doing this and that it was an old menu. They basically lied! Poor service.

I was excited to come here and eat. Me and my cousin brother came in, ordered the naga box and chi tenders. The tenders and chips wasn’t special, it was ok. The grilled burger🤮. I ended up doing sick right after, stomach had serious aches. I had a bad headache after having it. The burger itself wasn’t cooked properly, very chewy not edible for kids to eat. I rang up and came in, they REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT GRILLED BIRGER WAS RAW! I’ve done a lot of sick outside next to Bombay stores and they still neglected the fact the burger was unedible. - The staff were very rude, they kept on saying they’ll give to the manager, but he never arrived 😂😂😭😭😭 what the hell!!! no wonder this place isn’t busy on great Horton road! I would recommend NOBODY SHOULD EAT AT THIS PLACE!

please teach the staff basic customer service as I didn't receive it today, the guy on the checkout was to busy having his convos on the phone rather then serving me and had to be prompted twice to take the order then to give when ready by chef, no please no thank you just a blank stare, burger was okay although overly salted on one side, had to ask for fries be salted andl some tissues and barely received half a pack of fries. These kind of things are important and can prevent returning customers.

Ordered via ubereats. Gave us wrong items. The matilda cake was way too sweet and tasted like a regular fudge cake. It also came frozen so very tough to eat. The beef burgers are nice but too small and portions are not filling at all.

I ordered an angry bird wrap meal I got a spicy chicken wrap meal instead which is cheaper. They had mentioned making up any price difference by adding some wings but they didn't. The receipt stated burger so I corrected the cashier to state it was supposed to be a wrap. I ordered a peri chicken wrap meal and specifically asked for no mayonnaise but it still had it in. Overall not impressed with the service and the taste of the wraps they both tasted the same. The attitude of the lad who packed my order was also not friendly, no salaam, no thank you, nothing, just a frown for some reason.

They serve the best smash burgers in town. I opted for a mix up burger as I wanted to have a crispy fillet instead of grilled one. The guy (Ahmad) on counter was so generous and amazing he did it and the team made on of the best mix up burger in no time. Must try spot and shot out to smash team

Went just dis afternoon heard great things about it…had afternoon offer so ordered 2 spicy burger meal wrap meal and chicken and rice..burgers and wrap wer decent I won’t lie to ya…but the chicken and rice was really awful there was probably more rice den the chicken…what really annoyed me der was dis a big guy on counter wen he give me da food for takeout i asked for sauces he goes we charge for em, I asked him why he said with the offers we charge for em so I give back to him and got angry as 1st time I went and diffidently my last time that ur charging sauces Brov av been all takeout places they have always given me sauces wid it, it’s not paying for it we can pay it, places like dat buts a person away like dat…one thing I will say der was short guy (maybe Pathan) was really helpful and polite and helped me the menu and told me the time will take no probz…but that other fat guy give him extra training

Tried ordering on their website for collection it all crashed each time getting to payment page, then ordered over phone, got there and stood at till with 3+ staff members just ignoring me stood about, looked like food hygiene inspector was in as they seemed flustered around a white guy in a white overall and register. Finally the lala man asked me my order and proceeded to tell his colleague to get my order, was offered one sauce 😆 2xmeals, had to be prompted to give the drinks that were part of the meal deal ordered and then they short changed me by a few pence 🙃 the food itself the chips, smash burger and donner stirfry was overdone, the wings were nicely cooked and doused in bbq sauce. For a place that is named after the food product they sell they should get that food right everytime but it just another none consistent overhyped joint in bfd.

One of the worst smashed burgers I’ve ever had! So so dry. I literally couldn’t eat it and I hate complaining. I told the staff and he told me that they make it dry on purpose because it’s ’healthier’ for you 😂. I said if I wanted to eat healthy I wouldn’t be here. Honestly it tasted like sand.

I had a double patty smash burger. The meat was not processed, no fatty bits, very tasty. The bun itself was light. Cheese and salad were fresh. Overall a very tasty juicy frag burger. Would recommend. Eat while it’s hot as bun can get a bit soggy if left for a while, due to the juices from the meat. Forgot to take picture of burger.

Food was good but they got my order wrong. By the time I got home and realised, it was too late. Poor excuses about why it was wrong and would not deliver the missing food to rectify their mistake.

I’m more of a chicken burger person than a smash burger person, but today I had a smash burger. I was expecting a thin and crispy patty, seasoned nicely. However it tasted pretty plain (meat not really seasoned) and not really crispy. I felt like it could have been smashed more to make it thinner and definitely could have been at least salted. Not really worth the £5 just for a smash burger on its own.

One of the best beef burger in town which they call it SMASH BURGER..! As a lover of cheese burgers new in Bradford, I was looking for a a spot to satisfy my craving of cheese burger. My first visit to this eatery was promising and and I wasn’t disappointed! The food was delish, high quality and hot. The ratio of meat to salad / sauces is perfect. The patty meat is fresh and you can feel freshness of in-house beef easily. Price to quality ratio is good. Portion sizes are adequate. I love the fact that the drinks they offer got nice range. Customer service I received was great. Would highly recommend. And the team on food preparation was quick n courteous. I ordered chicken dirty fries too. And honestly they were loaded with chicken n cheese in combination with taste of nacho n jalapeños made them yummy and portion size was satisfying. Overall, a satisfying burger experience with a classic American feel.

Overall very nice food and good service. Fast and Reliable. Prices are reasonable. Card Payment option. Friendly staff. Only criticism is that I have observed not all staff wear gloves when handling food and today there was one staff member too busy texting on his phone and when he came to give me his order he picked his nose. A couple of times they have given me the wrong order but overall I do like their food and service. Parking can outside can be troublesome at times. Service has gone down - rude staff. Order was wrong, chips and sauces were missing when I got home with the takeaway.

Ordered food from Bradford Shearbridge Great Horton Road Restaurant via Uber Eats and received confirmation of payment at 16:58 tonight, order was showing accepted immediately and a delivery time of between 18:45 and 19:15, rechecked app at 18:40 and the order had disappeared, phoned Smash Official and they said they have nothing on order an I need to contact Uber Eats, £21.77 out of pocket and still no food😡

Been a few times, very nice food, I always get the smash burgers and sometimes the Nashville tenders. Nice and fresh every time. The prices could be better to be honest but still a positive review in my book! I’ve noticed the people who work here are clueless in what they’re doing or just really dumb I can’t tell.
